benestar social; a Castelló, aquells orientats a la comunicació comercial i corporativa;
Publicity, in its broadest sense, has acquired weight in the Autonomous
Community of Valencia as a subject of academic study since 2000, when degrees
in the field of publicity began to be granted and a group of young researchers
received doctoral degrees. At present, a wide range of diverse lines of
work is being carried out. At the Universitat dAlacant, at the Universitat Jaume
I in Castelló, and at the Universidad Cardenal Herrera - CEU in Valencia proper,
besides analysis of publicity texts, subjects such as communication systems and
policies, and courses in persuasive communication are being researched. Each
university, however, has its own idiosyncrasies. The Universitat dAlacant focuses
more on social welfare studies; the Universitat Jaume I, on commercial and
corporative communication; and Cardenal Herrera - CEU, on publicity processes
and techniques, and the new technologies
The initial syn-rift infill (Upper Triassic-Lower Jurassic) of the Neuquén Basin involved a complex stacking of lava, pyroclastic and sedimentary units, in which volcanic rocks compose up to 72% of the infill. The high-quality outcrops of the southern Sañicó depocentre, which was uplifted and exposed during the Andean orogeny, were studied in order to determine the lithofacies arrangements, the tectonostratigraphic framework and the main controls over the syn-rift succession. The tectonostratigraphic study made it possible to determine three sections characterized by the predominance of effusive, pyroclastic or sedimentary deposits. These sections indicate three different evolutionary stages of the volcanic rifting. The onset of this rift stage was dominated by effusive rocks with minor ignimbrite and alluvial volcaniclastic units, which indicates the occurrence of composite volcanoes at the boundaries of the depocentre. The mid-rift stage was characterized by the development of fault-controlled, large ignimbrite deposits intebedded with volcaniclastic alluvial deposits and lava units, which suggests a volcanotectonic depression related to asymmetrical and incremental subsidence. The end of the volcanic rifting event was marked by a decrease in the volume of the volcanic rocks and the occurrence of low-relief effusive aggradational volcanic edifices and lava fields in close relation with alluvial, deltaic and lacustrine units. The analysis of the synrift sequence in the Sañicó depocentre showed the complex relationships between tectonic and volcanic controls which occurred in different magnitudes and times during the rifting evolution.Centro de Investigaciones GeológicasInstituto de Recursos Minerale
Fracture test of a Gothic ribbed vault
A Gothic ribbed vault has been built at the School of Architecture of Madrid in order to investigate the construction complexities of this kind of vaults. The ribbed vault is described in the manuscript of Alonso de Vandelvira, and its shape was reconstructed making using the drawings this architect from the 16th century. The fracture test was carried on by loading the central keystone of the vault until its collapse took place. The experiment was filmed and by doing so, it was possible to observe the failure mechanism of the vault. At the same time, it was interesting to compare this collapse experience with the results obtained using two different me-thods. First, a stability calculation was carried out through graphic statics, and secondly a calcu-lation was performed using the rigid-block analysis method. The focus of this paper is to show and analyze the results of both studies

Alimentación responsable en la escuela pública. Una experiencia de eco-comedor autogestionado. (CEIP "Gómez Moreno. Albayzín. Granada)
At CEIP Gomez Moreno Infant and Primary School –a recognised state school in Granada’s Albayzin neighbourhood–, a group of parents, strongly committed to a Universal and Public education system as a tool to correct social inequalities, has taken on the direct management of complementary and extracurricular school services, in order to give back to society applying the specific skills and qualifications of the school community from a democratic and civic participation perspective. Among the services comprehensively and voluntarily managed by the parents’ association (AMPA in Spanish), the most successful one having the highest impact on the educational community is the school’s dining hall service, which includes the use of local and organic produce, as opposed to a general process currently taking place in Andalusia by which catering services subsidiary to large business groups are being widely implemented, leading to the indirect privatization of this public service. The results: the forceful assertion of public education, both inside and outside the community context, by means of a daily dining service with an on site kitchen serving locally sourced and organic meals; high levels of satisfaction from its users; the achievement of parents’ empowerment, as co-responsible citizens for the proper functioning of the public education service in the path towards excellence; and the contribution to the consolidation of sustainable social models.
Citrate and Polyvinylpyrrolidone Stabilized Silver Nanoparticles as Selective Colorimetric Sensor for Aluminum (III) Ions in Real Water Samples
The use of silver nanoparticles stabilized with citrate and polyvinylpyrrolidone as a sensor for aluminum ions determination is proposed in this paper. These non-functionalized and specific nanoparticles provide a highly selective and sensitive detection system for aluminum in acidic solutions. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy. Surface plasmon band deconvolution analysis was applied to study the interaction between silver nanoparticles and aluminum ions in solution. The interaction band in the UV-visible region was used as an analytical signal for quantitation purposes. The proposed detection system offers an effective AND wide linearity range (0.1-103 nM), specificity for Al(III) in THE presence of other metallic ions in solution, as well as high sensitivity (limit of detection = 40.5 nM). The proposed silver-nanoparticles-based sensor WAS successfully used for detecting Al(III) in real water samples.
literatura.Odontoameloblastoma (OA) is an extremely rare mixed

Nitrogen mineralization in soils amended with organic by-products of olive oil and sugarbeet processing industries
Mineralization of organic-N supplied te two different types of soils by an alpechín
(olive-oil mill waste water)-compost and a beet vinasse after three consecutive years was studied.
Results were compared with those obtained for a mineral fertilizer treatment and a control
(unfertilized). N-mineralization can be described by a first order kinetic model. Both organic
residues produced an important increase in me organic-N loading of the soils which is slowly
released over a time.Peer Reviewe
