Determination of Influence of Auxiliary Ingredients on Antioxidant Activity of Extract of Leaves of the Quince and Grapes Seed Meal in Phytogel with the Use of Spectrometric Method with the Dpph Indicator System
To study an impact of auxiliary substances on gel containing extracts of quince leaves and grape seed meal, which is based on polymethylsiloxane.Pharmaco - technological and physicochemical methods. In this study, a spectrophotometric method is applied to determine an antioxidant activity of the gel.We examined an impact of auxiliary substances on the gel. According to the results of studies we chose auxiliary ingredients which improve not only gustatory quality but also technological parameters. Applying spectrometric analysis, we investigated an antioxidant activity of phytogel. The gel has a structure of rigid matrix, which is built through a process of condensation of methylsilanetriol and siloxane bonds between the silicon atoms, which makes it possible to maintain and stabilize active natural ingredients. The experiment proved that the extract of leaves of quince and grape seed meal have some antioxidant activity. But, upon the introduction of stevia extract as a coregent taste, the gel that contains quince leaf extract and grape seed meal increases the antioxidant activity. Phytogel has antioxidant activity of 84% relative to the reference sample, which suggests that the gel can resist the harmful effects of free radicals, which are constantly produced in the human organismIt was confirmed that the addition of auxiliary substances into the gel with the extracts of quince leaves and grape seed meal based on polymethylsiloxane increases bioavailability and therapeutic efficiency, in particular, the antioxidant activity, of the gel.Stevia extract as an adjuvant in the phytogel, as gustatory corrector, increases the antioxidant activity of phyto pharmaceutical drugs
Morpho-functional basis of endothelial dysfunction in diabetes mellitus
The diabetes mellitus (DM) inevitably progresses and leads to complications, among which the main place is occupied by micro- and macroangiopathies. The presence of endothelial damage in DM can be established even before macroscopically significant damage to the vessel. At the same time, there is no summary ED characteristic for diabetes. The aim of the study is to make a comprehensive evaluation of ED in DM -1 and DM-2 types.Materials and methods of research. 60 persons, including 53 DM type 1 and type 2, with a severe course (state of decompensation) participated in the present study. We used the method of estimating ED by the number of circulating desquamation endothelial cells (CECs) at the stages of decomposition with simultaneous determination of NO2- and NO3- metabolites of nitric oxide.Results and discussion. In patients with diabetes, the level of CECs increased in 3-5 times and ranged from 1800 to 11,200 cells / ml. The average amount of CECs in patients with diabetes was 3358.5 ± 366.3 cells / ml.Conclusions: Endothelium is involved in the pathological process at DM. This is evidenced by a significant increase in CECs in the blood plasma. The use of this method allows to detect ED before clinically considerable vascular impairment and reflects the severity of the course and duration of DM

Pairing state in multicomponent superconductors
We use the microscopic weak coupling theory to predict the pairing state in
superconductors of cubic, hexagonal, or tetragonal symmetry, where the order
parameter is multicomponent, i.e., transforms according to either a
2-dimensional or a 3-dimensional representation of the crystal point group. We
show that the superconducting phase usually breaks the time-reversal symmetry
for singlet multicomponent superconductors. The superconducting order parameter
for triplet superconductors in most cases turns out to be non-magnetic.Comment: 7 page
Use of lipids of Chlorella microalgae in poultry meat marinades and sauces recipes
ArticleThe aim of this study is to develop formulations and technologies for fermented poultry
meat products with the addition of whey and lipid extracts obtained from Chlorella microalgae.
Lyophilized microalgal biomass was obtained from cell suspensions of Chlorella sorokiniana
(strain 211-8k) cultivated in a closed photobioreactor under laboratory conditions. For the cell
wall disintegration, the biomass samples were homogenized using a high-speed homogenizer at
10,000 vol min-1
for 5 minutes. The lipid extraction was performed on a Sohxlet apparatus Buchi
E-812 SOX with the solvent extraction system ethanol: n-hexane (1: 9). The higher fatty acids
composition of the obtained microalgal lipid extracts was determined by gas chromatography
with flame-ionization detection using nitrogen as a carrier gas. The ω-3 and ω-6 content
represented 26.59% and 19.05% respectively, which indicates that these lipid extracts have high
nutritional values. The curd whey was obtained from cow's milk of summer and winter production
from 2017 to 2018 (Lomonosov district auxiliary farm, Leningrad region); and lyophilized Direct
Vat Set (DVS) cultures (Ch. Hansen, Denmark). The organic acids and carbohydrate content in
the serum was determined by ion-exclusion HPLC. The FD-DVS CHN-19 culture was selected
to produce a serum with improved organoleptic characteristics and a lower propionic acid content
(0.01 g L
-1
). To obtain an optimal ω-3 / ω-6 ratio, a phyto-additive mixture based on sunflower
oil and lipid extracts from C. sorokiniana microalgae at a ratio of 5–10: 1 is proposed to be used
in recipes and technologies of sauces and marinades. It is established that the use of curd whey
marinades allow to increase the water-holding capacity (WHC) by 6−8% and to reduce losses
during heat treatment of poultry meat from 2 to 11%
The influence of motor activity on the development of cardiac arrhythmias during experimental emotional stress
Experimental emotional stress which can produce various disorders of cardiac rhythm: sinus tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, ventricular, extrasystoles and paroxysmal ventricular tachysystoles was studied. In these conditions the adrenalin content in the blood and myocardium is increased 3 to 4 times. It is found that moderate motor activity leads to a relative decrease of adrenalin in the myocardium and arrest of cardiac arrhythmias
