    THE FRACTAL DIMENSION-BASED DESCRIPTOR OF THE MICROVASCULAR PATTERN ON THE HISTOLOGICAL SECTION

    The microvascular pattern in the histological section, i.e. the point-pattern composed of capillaries perpendicular to the plane of section, contains information about the three-dimensional structure of the capillary network. Histological processing is followed by the shrinkage of tissue of uncertain magnitude. In order to obtain relevant information, the scale-independent analysis is necessary. We used an approach based on the Minkowski cover of measured set. The true fractal dimension of the point pattern is obviously of zero, but the artificial result of the algorithm can be related to the complexity of shape. We fitted the log-log plot by the modified rounded ramp function and the slope of the oblique part was used as the fractal based descriptor. We demonstrated on histological samples of the heart that this fractal-based parameter has the property of scale and rotation invariance

    Způsoby měření permeace kompozitních materiálů

    Standardní navíjené kompozitní nádrže typu 3 nebo 4 využívají vnitřní nepropustnou kovovou nebo polymerní vrstvu tzv. liner, který sice dobře zabraňuje pronikání plynu nebo média z nádoby jeho stěnou, zvyšuje však hmotnost nádoby. Proto roste zájem o nádrže typu 5. Jejich znakem je, že jsou schopny udržet uchovávaný plyn uvnitř bez použití lineru. Dostatečnou nepropustnost kompozitní stěny je třeba prokázat experimentálně. V současné době se využívá několika metod pro měření propustnosti tzv permeace. Hlavní nevýhodou je jejich náročnost na vybavení a realizaci. Proto byla navržena nová, zjednodušená prvotní metodika, která pracuje se vzduchem. To umožní porovnávat permeabilitu různých kompozitních materiálů a skladeb relativně mezi sebou a umožní výběr vhodných variant pro náročnější metody zkoušení. Dále je navržena úprava této metody pro užití i jiných plynů a pro možnosti porovnání výsledků se standardními metodami

    The aim of this thesis is to analyze and assess the quality management system in a chosen firm and to propose measures that would lead to the improvement of its functioning. The theoretical part deals with quality management in manufacturing companies, describes the individual approaches to quality management, tools and methods. The practical part describes the quality management system in the company Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o., České Budějovice and its assessment is performed based on an analysis of documents relating to quality management, interviews with managers and employees of the quality department and observing the functioning of the quality management system. Thesis is then focused on several areas with potential for improvement. One of them is documenting of product audit, with lack of evaluation of the records of the tests. Proposed measure is electronic archiving of records and statistical processing of data from tests on these records listed. Another area is related to the archiving of samples. Set of measures to improve the samples archiving system is applied, together with cost saving measures
