Import 23/08/2017Tato Bakalářská práce popisuje mé působení ve společnosti Tieto Czech, kde jsem absolvoval individuální odbornou praxi na pozici Java Software Developer. V tomto dokumentu popisuji společnost samotnou spolu s historií, interní aplikace se kterými jsem pracoval a úkoly, které jsem dostával a řešil. Také popisuji některé technologie a strategie jenž jsem používal. Dále se detailněji věnuji deployment problematice a Single Sign-On implementaci pomocí moderních autentizačních protokolů. Na konci práce představuji projekt Locker, jeho cíle, návrh a vzhled. V závěru se zmiňuji o zkušenostech a vědomostech, které jsem během praxe nabyl, použité znalosti získané výukou na vysoké škole a shrnutí praxe celkově.This Bachelor thesis describes my activities in Tieto Czech company, where I completed the individual professional practice like Java Software Developer. In this work I describe the company, along history, internal applications which I met and my tasks which I have got assigned to solve. Also I describe used technologies and strategies. I focus on the details of deployment and Single Sign-on implementation with modern authentication protocols. I introduce Locker project, his goals, proposal and appearance. Automatic epilepsy detection using fractal dimensions segmentation and GP-SVM classification

Objective: The most important part of signal processing for classification is feature extraction as a mapping from original input electroencephalographic (EEG) data space to new features space with the biggest class separability value. Features are not only the most important, but also the most difficult task from the classification process as they define input data and classification quality. An ideal set of features would make the classification problem trivial. This article presents novel methods of feature extraction processing and automatic epilepsy seizure classification combining machine learning methods with genetic evolution algorithms. Methods: Classification is performed on EEG data that represent electric brain activity. At first, the signal is preprocessed with digital filtration and adaptive segmentation using fractal dimensions as the only segmentation measure. In the next step, a novel method using genetic programming (GP) combined with support vector machine (SVM) confusion matrix as fitness function weight is used to extract feature vectors compressed into lower dimension space and classify the final result into ictal or interictal epochs. Results: The final application of GP SVM method improves the discriminatory performance of a classifier by reducing feature dimensionality at the same time. Members of the GP tree structure represent the features themselves and their number is automatically decided by the compression function introduced in this paper. This novel method improves the overall performance of the SVM classification by dramatically reducing the size of input feature vector. Conclusion: According to results, the accuracy of this algorithm is very high and comparable, or even superior to other automatic detection algorithms. In combination with the great efficiency, this algorithm can be used in real-time epilepsy detection applications. From the results of the algorithm's classification, we can observe high sensitivity, specificity results, except for the Generalized Tonic Clonic Seizure (GTCS). As the next step, the optimization of the compression stage and final SVM evaluation stage is in place. More data need to be obtained on GTCS to improve the overall classification score for GTCS.Web of Science142449243

Kalibrace velkoobjemového scintilačního spektrometru gama záření v oblasti vyšších energií

The purpose of this thesis is to calibrate a high-volume gamma-ray scintillation spectrometer in energy levels higher than those of natural radionuclides and common calibration standards. It is achieved by a method called neutron activation analysis, that utilizes slow and 14 MeV neutrons to bombard elements of H, C, N and O. These activated elements then dexcite with emission of gammarays with energies up to 11 MeV. The calibration on common standards allows us to only calibrate in the energy range below 3 MeV. The energy calibration in this range does not apply in the higher energy range as the calibration shifts with great deviations. Total of 36 measurements were performed to gather data on which the calibration would be carried out.Cílem této práce je kalibrace velkoobjemového scintilačního spektrometru gama záření v oblasti energií vyšších, než vyzařují přirozené radionuklidy a běžné kalibrační etalony. Toho je dosáhnuto metodou zvaná “neutronová aktivační analýza”, která využívá pomalých a 14 MeV neutronů k bombardování prvků H, C, N a O. Tyto aktivované prvky poté podléhají deexcitaci doprovázená emisí gama záření s energiemi až 11 MeV. Kalibrace na běžných etalonech nám umožňuje kalibrovat pouze v oblasti energií do 3 MeV. Energetická kalibrace v této oblasti přestává platit v oblasti vyšších energií, kde dochází k posunu kalibrace s velkými odchylkami. Franchising: Business under the Auspices of the McDonald's Global Brand

Import 11/07/2012Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza postupu převzetí franchisy ve společnosti McDonald´s. V teoretické části bude detailně vysvětlen pojem franchising a další pojmy, které se s ním pojí a následně budou uvedeny základní poznatky obchodního, občanského, živnostenského, správního a pracovního práva, které se určitým způsobem vztahují k franchisingu. V praktické části je popsán postup, jak získat licenci u společnosti McDonald´s. Vyhodnotím fungování firmy na základě SWOT analýzy, díky které budou zjištěny silné a slabé stránky a příležitosti a hrozby. Poté budou navrženy doporučení, která by zaručila zůstat společnosti absolutní špičkou v oboru. Nakonec bude franchisový řetězec McDonald´s srovnám s jinými řetězci, které působí ve stejném oboru a bude zhodnoceno převzetí licence McDonald´s.The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of franchising in McDonald´s. In the theoretical part the term franchising will be explained as well as further terms connected to it; part of this legal regulation as for commercial, civil, licensing, administrative and labour law will be, too. In the practical part the process of obtaining the license of McDonald´s is described. Company functioning is to be evaluated by SWOT analysis. Recommendations assuring the company to stay on the top in its field will be provided. Assessment of the Impact of Planning on Land Prices in a Selected Location in Přerov

Úkolem diplomové práce je posoudit vliv územního plánování na cenu pozemk ve vybrané lokalit v Perov. Práce je rozdlena na dv ásti. Teoretická ást se zabývá právními aspekty územního plánování a popisem vybrané lokality. Praktická ást se bude zabývat analýzou vývoje cen pozemk ve vybrané lokalit. Posouzení probhne jako ocenní jednoho vybraného pozemku v lokalit, ve všech stupních územního plánování. Pozemek bude ocenn jako zemdlský, zemdlský urený k zastavní územním plánem, pozemek stavební – nezastavný a stavební pozemek zastavný stavbou.The task of the thesis is to assess the impact of spatial planning on land prices in the selected location in Prerov. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with legal aspects of the spatial planning and a description of the selected site. The practical part will deal with the analysis of the evolution of land prices in the selected location. The assessment will take place in recognition of one of the selected estate in the area at all stages of urban planning. Experimental Analysis of Heat Transport in Concrete And Steel-Concrete Composite Structural Members

Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku měření teploty, pórového tlaku a vlhkosti v betonových a ocelobetonových prvcích za zvýšených teplot s ohledem na použití jednotlivých postupů a měřidel v praxi. Na tuto teoretickou část dále navazuje praktická část, ve které jsou aplikovány poznatky z teoretické části. Je popsán návrh a postup experimentálního měření teploty v betonových a ocelobetonových prvcích s následným vyhodnocením naměřených výsledků.A theoretical part of the thesis is focused on measurement of temperature, pore pressure and humidity in the concrete and the steel-concrete composite structural members at elevated temperatures with respect to the usage of the respective procedures and gauges in practice. Design of Rotary Screen for Bypass Dusters Sorting

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na konstrukční návrh zařízení určeného k třídění bypassových odprašků. Zařízení je součástí systému vyprazdňování sila a jedná se o náhradu stávajícího hvězdicového třídiče. Tato náhrada má za úkol zkvalitnit koncové vlastnosti produktu. Parametry pro vypracování byly zadány firmou DSD-Dostál a.s., Dřevohostice. V rešeršní části jsou shrnuty základní druhy třídičů a principy třídění sypkých hmot. Úvodní část dále pojednává o problematice vzniku tříděného materiálu, jeho využitelnosti a charakteristických vlastnostech. Výpočtová část je zaměřena na návrh rozměrů třídiče, volbu pohonu a pevnostní kontroly zvolených komponent. Součástí přílohy je výkresová dokumentace obsahující sestavný výkres třídiče a výrobní výkres bubnu.This master thesis focuses on the design of equipment used for bypass dust sorting. The equipment is a part of the silo emptying system and it shall replace the existing star-shaped sorter. The purpose of this replacement is to improve the final properties of the product. Parameters and requirements were submitted by DSD-Dostál a.s., Dřevohostice. The research part summarizes basic types of sorters and the principles of the process used to sort powdery and bulk materials. The introductory part also deals with the issue of the origin of the sorted material, its usability and characteristic properties. The calculation part focuses on the design of the sorter dimensions, the selection of the driver and on the required strength of selected components.
