Порівнюються основні принципи, тенденції, напрямки і особливості цього процесу. В диссертационной работе анализируется процесс формирования украинской политической элиты в конце 10-х и в 90-е годы XX столетия, т.е. в переломные для Украины исторические периоды. Сравнительный анализ охватывает элиту Украинской Народной Республики, Западно—Украинской Народной Республики, Гетманщины и современной независимой Украины. Особое внимание в диссертации уделяется главному общему направлению в этом процессе — формированию новой политической элиты в периоды строительства украинской государственности. Сопоставляются основные принципы, тенденции и особенности этого процесса. Анализируются трудности и специфика современного этапа трансформации элит. Исследуются процессы ротации политической элиты в современной Украине в сравнении с аналогичным процессом периода Центральной Рады. Рассматривается роль экономической и военной элиты в формировании политической элиты. Анализируются общие процессы образования элиты периода Освободительных движений и в современной Украине. Рассматриваются взаимодействие и взаимовлияние политической элиты и контрэлиты. Дается анализ политической ситуации в Украине не только с позиции классовой борьбы, конкуренции идей, но и с точки зрения эволюции политической элиты. Рассматривается эволюция политических партий, "партии власти", национальной политической элиты в первое десятилетие существования независимого Украинского государства (1991- 2000 гг.). Исследуется трансформация бывшей элиты — номенклатуры СССР — в элиту независимой Украины. Анализируются возможности украинских политических партий с точки зрения принадлежности их лидеров к политической и экономической элите. Рассматривается региональный аспект и местные особенности в формировании политической элиты по принципу партийности и землячества. Анализируется борьба украинской элиты между регионами и центром, между разными ветками власти: президентом, руководством Верховного Совета Украины, премьер-министрами. Дается системное теоретико-методологическое осмысление проблемы формирования политической элиты. СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ОЩУЩЕНИЯ СУБЪЕКТИВНОГО БЛАГОПОЛУЧИЯ И ЖИЗНЕСТОЙКОСТИ РЕПАТРИАНТОВ

The authors emphasize the relevance of the study by psychologists of the problem experiences of well-being and distress of individuals, in the need to adapt to an ever-changing world, oversaturated with information. At the same time, many people are forced to change the place of residence and living conditions. In addition, in this regard it is important to investigate factors of feeling of subjective well-being of these people, and well as their overall satisfaction with life. The authors presented a brief transactional analysis of the state of scientific problem feeling subjective well-being. The problem field of empirical research is outlined research in establishing links with satisfaction with life and the vitality of the personality of repatriates from different countries. Correctly, a sample of the study was formed, reliable and valid ones were selected psychodiagnostic methods, logically presented stages of the study. Qualitative analysis of empirical data is based on evidence-based methods of statistical thesaurus. Key findings of the study on seniority residence of immigrants in the new country, the level of resilience and psychological well-being, will allow formulating a step-by-step the program of psychological support for immigrants experiencing dissatisfaction with living conditions.Los autores enfatizan la relevancia del estudio realizado por psicólogos sobre las experiencias problemáticas de bienestar y angustia de los individuos, en la necesidad de adaptarse a un mundo en constante cambio, saturado de información. Al mismo tiempo, muchas personas se ven obligadas a cambiar el lugar de residencia y las condiciones de vida. Además, a este respecto, es importante investigar los factores del sentimiento de bienestar subjetivo de estas personas y su satisfacción general con la vida. Los autores presentaron un breve análisis transaccional del estado del problema científico sintiendo un bienestar subjetivo. El campo problemático de la investigación empírica se resume en la investigación para establecer vínculos con la satisfacción con la vida y la vitalidad de la personalidad de los repatriados de diferentes países. Correctamente, se formó una muestra del estudio, se seleccionaron métodos confiables y válidos de psicodiagnóstico, etapas lógicamente presentadas del estudio. El análisis cualitativo de los datos empíricos se basa en métodos de tesauro estadístico basados en la evidencia. Los hallazgos clave del estudio sobre la residencia de ancianos de los inmigrantes en el nuevo país, el nivel de resiliencia y el bienestar psicológico, permitirán formular paso a paso el programa de apoyo psicológico para los inmigrantes que experimentan insatisfacción con las condiciones de vida.Авторы подчеркивают актуальность изучение психологами проблемы переживания благополучия и неблагополучия отдельными индивидами, в связи с необходимостью адаптироваться в постоянно меняющемся мире, перенасыщенном информацией. При этом множество людей вынуждены сменять место проживания и условия жизни. И в связи с этим важно исследовать факторы ощущения субъективного благополучия этих людей, а также их общую удовлетворенность жизнью. Авторами представлен краткий транспективный анализ состояния научной проблемы ощущения субъективного благополучия. Намечено проблемное поле эмпирического исследования в установление связей удовлетворенностью жизни и жизнестойкости личности репатриантов из разных стран. Корректно сформирована выборка исследования, подобраны надежные и валидные психодиагностические методики, логично представлены этапы исследования. Качественный анализ эмпирических данных основан на доказательных методах статистического тезауруса. Основные выводы исследования о стаже проживания репатриантов в новой стране, уровне жизнестойкости и психологического благополучия, позволят сформулировать пошаговую программу психологического сопровождения репатриантов, испытывающих неудовлетворенность жизненными условиями

Work of higher education institutes in Kuibyshev in extreme wartime conditions

The article analyses the work of institutes in the city of Kuibyshev during the second world war. The war terms for the higher education institutions in the city of Kuibyshev were caused by the beginning of the Great Patriotic War and set by the normative legal acts which were adopted by federal and municipal, government and party authority. According to these acts all the institutes lost the main part of learning campuses, some of them were supposed to be closed. Laboratories and educational property were moved to the warehouse and as a result lost its value for educational process. It reveals the initiative position of institute directors who objected to closing the institutes and offered the plans of institute work in extreme wartime conditions. The educational process was organized in the own remaining areas as well as in the rented schools and technical colleges in the evening and even night time. The diverse institute work such as learning, scientific, educative, public, economic was changed according to the current objectives and tasks of the state. Moreover, the authors show the contribution of Kuibyshev institutes into the Victory. The authors conclude that spiritual and physical overtension of teaching staff and students, their firm civil position, the support of local party and government authority helped to keep Kuibyshev institutes as the higher education institution system which promoted establishing a strong industrial center during the postwar period in Kuibyshev region

Determining the effect of cadmium on embryogenesis in isolated administration and in combination with selenium and germanium citrates

Cadmium compounds found in biological systems form the ecological crisis of the planet. An urgent task for researchers is to determine the morphological changes that occur in the body under the action of cadmium compounds in both prenatal and postnatal ontogenesis. The article discusses the results of effect of intragastric administration of cadmium chloride/cadmium citrate in isolation and in combination with selenium and germanium citrates on embryogenesis of pregnant female rats. The aspect of the accumulation of cadmium salts in the liver of a 20-day-old embryo by polyelement analysis was also studied. The use of multielement analysis showed that the highest level of cadmium accumulation in the liver of embryos was found in the group of isolated administration of cadmium chloride. It has been proven that cadmium citrate accumulates in the liver to a lesser extent than cadmium chloride in the liver. The accumulation of cadmium chloride with selenium citrates, germanium in the groups of combined administration showed a decrease in the cadmium content in the liver of embryos. An analysis of the basic indicators of embryonic development of the experiment proved the embryotoxic effect of cadmium salts during enteral administration in modeling chronic cadmium intoxication, which is expressed in a decrease in the number of embryos in the litter and an increase in embryonic mortality in relation to the control group at all studied developmental periods. A decrease in embryonic mortality and an increase in the number of embryos at all stages of gestation in the experiment with the combined administration of cadmium salts with germanium citrate and selenium citrate indicates their antagonistic effect on cadmium embryotoxicity
