The Urgency of Strengthening Creditor Legal Protection in Fiduciary Guarantee Agreements
In a fiduciary guarantee agreement, both the fiduciary recipient and the fiduciary giver according to the fiduciary guarantee law are equally given legal protection. However, there are still weaknesses in legal protection for creditors, exacerbated by the practice of implementing fiduciary agreements in the field, among others in the form of not registering fiduciary objects (only stopping at making authentic deeds). Then, in the practice that occurs, the financial institution in entering into a financing agreement includes the words fiduciary guarantee. However, ironically, it is not made in a notarial deed and is not registered at the Fiduciary Registration Office to obtain a certificate. So, it is not surprising that due to such practice, cases of slow and difficult execution of fiduciaries are a problem. This research is to answer the question: the urgency of implementing strengthening legal protection for creditors in fiduciary guarantee agreements? To answer this problem, the author conducted normative legal research by looking at sociological conditions that occurred or were based on field facts. The results of this study indicate that a fiduciary guarantee that must be made with a Notary Deed, can provide legal protection if the process and procedures are following Law No. 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantee, and Fiduciary Guarantee was born since it was registered. In addition, in the practice of administering fiduciary guarantee agreements in Indonesia, legal protection efforts for creditors have not been fully implemented for fiduciary guarantee agreements. This is due to the juridical and non-juridical inhibiting factors in the form of inconsistencies between the mandates contained in the legal basis of fiduciary guarantees and the practices of their organizers
Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran Serta Aktifitas Belajar Siswa pada Pelajaran Pkn melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Bermain Kocok Dadu di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Serang
. Kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah seharusnya berlangsung menarik dan menyenamgkan, aktifitas siswa sebagai pembelajaran selalu antusias dalam mengikuti setiap mata pelajaran. Namun Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukan lain, kegiatan pembelajaran yang seharusnya menarik, penuh aktifitas, kreatifitas dan ide-ide cemerlang itu tidak ada, yang ada hanayalah kelas yang pasif. Guru merupakan ujung tombak dalam keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar, oleh karena itu guru dituntut untuk bisa berinovasi dan menguasai berbagai metode dalam menyampaikan meteri pembelajaran yang akan di sampaikan kepada siswa. Kurangnya variasi dalam model pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor malasnya siswa dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar sehingga berakibat pada tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa. Untuk menumbuhkan semangat, keceriaan dalam belajar dan tidak membosankan dibutuhkan sebuah metode belajar diantaranya ”kocok dadu” sebagai salah satu dari model pembelajaran aktif, pada hakikatnya merupakan permainan tradisioal dengan tujuan supaya siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran tidak jenuh karena pembelajaran ini mengajak siswa untuk bermain sambil belajar.

ANALYSIS OF MULTIPLE-CHOICE QUESTIONS IN CLASS VII MATHEMATICS AT SMP NEGERI 6 BANGKALAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan upaya memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan penilaian dalam pembelajaran di kelas VII di SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. Soal ujian yang digunakan oleh guru hendaknya diuji kelayakannya terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui masing-masing butir soal dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kompetensi yang akan diukur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal pilihan ganda pada mata pelajaran matematika. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Validitas butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran matematika pada peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan terdapat 20 soal valid dengan persentase 100% soal berkategori valid. Proporsi tingkat validitas soal didominasi oleh soal-soal yang valid sehingga soal dapat dikategorikan bervaliditas tinggi, (2) Reliabilitas butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran matematika itu penting pada peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan memiliki tingkat reliabilitas tinggi dengan R1 = 0,937, ini berarti soal reliabel atau hasil penilaian relatif stabil, dan dapat dipercaya/andal, (3) Tingkat kesukaran butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran matematika itu penting pada peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan menunjukkan tingkat kesukaran soal rendah yaitu 0% sedangkan tingkat sedang dengan persentase 75% sehingga membuat soal berkategori mudah yaitu 15%,(4) Daya pembeda butir soal pilihan ganda mata pelajaran matematika itu penting pada peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan pada terdapat 100% atau sebanyak 20 soal berkategori daya pembeda baik. Dari hasil kesimpulan yang telah dipaparkan di atas, hendaknya guru terus melakukan upaya-upaya yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi diri dan kualitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan, salah satunya dengan menguji kelayakan soal ulangan sebelum digunakan dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilities, uji daya beda, uji tingkat kesukara
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA FLIPBOOK BERDASARKAN MODEL ADDIE DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KECEPATAN DAN DEBIT KELAS V SD
The lack of use of learning media in learning mathematics makes it difficult for students to understand learning materials, especially in speed and debit learning. There is a need for learning media that can make students more interested and more understanding when learning speed and debit. There is a solution, namely to develop digital learning media in the form of flipbooks. Based on this background there is a general problem formulation, namely how to develop flipbook media based on the ADDIE model in learning speed and debit for grade V elementary schools. With the aim of developing flipbook media based on the ADDIE model in learning speed and debit for fifth-grade elementary school. The flipbook learning media is based on the ADDIE model with research designs, namely development research and design and development research methods. The participants of this study were fifth-grade students and fifth grade teachers. From the results of the study, the responses of students and teachers were very positive towards this flipbook media. Based on the results of the assessment of the flipbook learning media product from the material, media, and language experts, it obtained a percentage of 86.22% with the "Very Valid" category. Then the results of student responses get a percentage of 90.55% with the "Very Valid" category, while the results of teacher interviews conclude that flipbook media is feasible to use. So based on these results, this flipbook media product is feasible to use during the learning process at school
PERAN GURU BK DALAM MENGATASI KENAKALAN SISWA
Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari anak menuju dewasa yang tergolong dalam siswa, memiliki potensi besar untuk melakukan hal menyimpang dari kondisi normal. Seperti ada pergolakan pada diri mereka untuk melakukan hal-hal yang berbeda dengan yang ada di sekelilingya. Mereka yang menyimpang memiliki dorongan untuk berbuat demikian, disebabkan pada dasarnya setiap manusia pasti mengalamai dorongan pada situasi tertentu, kenakalan remaja dalam hal ini peserta didik dapat dikata gorikan sebagai perilaku menyimpang. Perilaku menyimpang dapat dianggap sebagai sumber masalah karena dapat membahayakan sistem sosial. Sehingga perlu adanya peran guru BK dalam mengatsi masalah kenakalan tersebut. ada beberapa tindakan yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya untuk mengatasi kenakalan remaja terkait dengan fungsi dan tujuan bimbingan dan konseling melalui upaya preventif, represif dan kuratif. Upaya Preventif yang dapat dilakukan melalui program BK di sekolah, diantaranya adalah: Pemberian Informasi, Bimbingan Kelompok dan Layanan Mediasi. Upaya Represif yang dapat dilakukan melalui program BK di sekolah, diantaranya adalah: Home Visit dan Konseling Individual Dan Kelompok. Upaya Kuratif yang dapat dilakukan melalui program BK di sekolah, diantaranya adalah: Konferensi Kasus dan Alih Tangan Kasus
Peningkatan Kemampuan Berbahasa Anak melalui Metode Bercerita dengan Membacakan Buku Cerita Anak di TK Periskatani Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung pada anak usia dini menggunakan media kartu pada anak Kelas A Taman Kanak-Kanak Periskatani Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Tindakan kelas, subyek penelitian inin adalah 27 anak kelas A TK Periskatani yang terdiri dari 17 anak laki-laki dan 10 anak perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif. Peningkatan ketrampilan proses sains dikatakan berhasil apabila 80% dari jumlah anak termasuk dalam kriteria baik dan sangat baik. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Observasi dan Refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi/catatan lapangan , wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan cara triangulasi dengan mencari data dari berbagai sumber data. Hasil Analisa siklus kemampuan motoric pada siklus pertama kemampuan motoric halus mencapai 29,6%. Siklus kedua hasil kemampuan belajar mencapai 81,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpukkan bahwa melalui kegiatan finger painting dapat meningkatan kemampuan menggambar pada anak Kelas A TK Periskatani Kecamatan Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor
Konsep Pembelajaran Matematika Sekolah Dasar Berlandaskan Teori Kognitif Jean Piaget
This study aims to explain the concept of learning mathematics in elementary schools based on Jean Piaget's cognitive theory. The focus of this research is how the concept of learning mathematics at the elementary school level is based on Jean Piaget's cognitive theory. This study used a qualitative approach with a library survey data collection method. The data analysis carried out in this study is a form of data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model with three stages of data analysis. From the results of this study it was found that elementary school students are children aged 7 to 12 years who are in the concrete action stage, and they understand reversible and conservative logic operations in the concrete action stage
Identification of Morphometry and Carcass Composition of Local Sheep at Different Growth Rate
Sheep fattening farms have been recently growing rapidly to produce better quality of sheep meat and fullfill consumer's demand. Sheep fattening and breeding farms should be developed proportionally to obtain sustainable sheep flock in the market. Twelve male lambs (less than one year old) were selected based on their average daily gain (ADG), consisting into two groups: 6 fast growing (FG) and 6 slow growing (SG) sheep. Some morphometric parameters in body and head parts of sheep and their carcass production and composition were measured and compared between the groups. The results show that chest circumference, body height, body length, head length and muzzle, top and bottom neck circumferences of FG sheep were significantly higher than in SG sheep (P0.05). It is concluded that selection of fast growing sheep can be recommended by using some morphometric parameters. The selection would not also negatively affect the weight and percentage of carcass composition
UPAYA GURU DALAM MENANGANI LEARNING LOSS SEBAGAI DAMPAK PEMBELAJARAN DARING PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS V DI KECAMATAN TAROGONG KALER
The research was background out to determine the implementation of class V mathematics learning in semester 1 online, find out the causes of learning loss in class V semester 1 students in online mathematics learning and find out the efforts made by teachers in overcoming learning loss in class V semester 1 students in online mathematics learning. Learning loss is the loss of student knowledge caused by not maximal material received by students. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative method, the data obtained is then described according to the findings in the field without any control from the researcher. The participants of this study were five class V mathematics teachers and three students from each school in Tarogong Kaler sub-district. The results of this study are teachers use the lecture and assignment method during online learning, the media used by the teacher in the form of YouTube videos and source books and online student learning outcomes have decreased knowledge due to learning activities experiencing obstacles such as ineffective methods, less supportive facilities and a less conducive environment so that the material received by students is not optimal and students experience a decrease in student ability or learning loss. The efforts that teachers make to students in dealing with learning loss are by providing exercises, repeating mathematics material to the basics, conducting guidance, coordinating with parents and conducting home visit
