Uwarunkowanie przebiegu procesu relacji w szkole wyższej

Problematyka pracy dotyka uwarunkowań przebiegu procesu nawiązywania relacji osobowych w szkole wyższej w dwóch głównych kontekstach. Pierwszym z nich są przeobrażenia edukacji, szczególnie szkolnictwa wyższego pod wpływem szerszych zmian społeczno-kulturowych. Drugi nawiązuje do problemu komunikacji międzyludzkiej, jej teoretyzowania oraz rozumienia. Wiedza o relacjach społecznych kształtowanych i nawiązywanych w specyficznym środowisku szkoły wyższej pozwala zaś wnioskować o środowisku akademickim. Proces komunikacji międzyludzkiej odzwierciedla także wyobrażenia jednostek o szkole wyższej. Celem badania było rozpoznanie uwarunkowań oraz identyfikacja kluczowych czynników, które mogą wpływać na nawiązywanie relacji osobowych między studentami a nauczycielami akademickimi w szkole wyższej. Praca ukazuje wybrane teorie w naukach o komunikowaniu, wybrane teorie podmiotowości oraz uwarunkowania społeczno-kulturowe, osobowościowe i przestrzenno-symboliczne w relacjach społecznych.The subject matter of doctoral dissertation explores factors that influence the process of forming interpersonal relationships at the university level, within two main contexts. The first one is a transformation of higher education as a result of wider socio-cultural changes; while the second refers to interpersonal communication, its theory and understanding. The knowledge about social relations that are formed in a specific environment of university, makes it possible to draw conclusions about academia more widely. The process of communication between people reflects individuals’ ideas of higher education. The purpose of this research is to recognise key factors that may affect the relationships between students and academic teachers through selected theories of communication, subjectivity, as well as socio-cultural, individualistic and spatial and symbolical basis of social relations

Perang Suku Di Distrik Kwamki Narama Kabupaten Mimika Papua Dalam Perpektif Sosiologis

Abstract: Tribal wars are conflicts that often occur among people in various regions in Indonesia and even the world. The conflicts that occur are quite diverse. One of them is inter-tribal conflict or often called tribal war, tribal wars have been going on since long ago until now, inter-tribal wars are happening in the Papua region, especially Timika which is located in the Kwamki Narama district. In this discussion, researchers used qualitative research methods. With the previous research approach. Researchers can use several theories put forward by sociologist figures such as Ralf Daroldof, Coser and Durhem relating to the conflict that occurred in Kwamki Narama. As well as researchers can find several factors that cause conflict, and can find several solutions that can be used to resolve the conflict. Keywords: Conflict. Tribal Wars. Multicultural. Mimika/Papua Abstrak: Perang suku merupakan Konflik yang sering terjadi di kalangan masyarakat di berbagai wilayah di indonesia bahkan dunia, Konflik yang terjadi cukup beragam. Salah satunya iyalah konflik antar suku atau sering di sebut perang suku, perang suku sudah terjadi sejak dahuluh sampai dengan saat ini, perang antar suku yang terjadi di wilayah Papua, terlebih khusus Timika yang bertempat di distrik Kwamki Narama. Dalam pembahasan ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif. Dengan pendekatan Penelitia yang sudah terdahulu. Peneliti dapat menggunakan beberapa teori yang di kemukakan oleh tokoh-tokoh sosiolog seperti Ralf Daroldof, Coser dan Durhem yang berkaitan dengan konflik yang terjadi di Kwamki Narama. Serta peneliti dapat menemukan beberapa Fakor-faktor yang menyebabklan terjadinya konflik, dan dapat menemukan beberapa solusi yang bisa di gunakan untuk menyelesaikan konfilik tersebut. Proyecto de aprendizaje en Educación Primaria: El agua como recurso de Educación para el Desarrollo

Este Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) pretende acercar al lector a la práctica de la Educación para el Desarrollo a través de una propuesta de intervención en un aula de Educación Primaria. Utiliza el agua como tema principal o núcleo generador para concienciar y sensibilizar al alumnado de Primero, Segundo y Tercero de Educación Primaria del Centro Rural Agrupado "El Pizarral", situado en la localidad segoviana de Bernardos, sobre las problemáticas existentes en torno a este bien y recurso escaso. El TFG se divide en tres partes bien diferenciadas. En la primera se realiza un estado del arte sobre el origen, la evolución y la conceptualización del Desarrollo Sostenible, la Educación para el Desarrollo y la Metodología por Proyectos. En la segunda parte, mostramos el diseño de la propuesta didáctica. Y en la tercera parte, mostramos las reflexiones didácticas derivadas de la implementación de la propuesta de enseñanza junto con el análisis de los resultados procedentes del proceso de evaluación llevada a cabo. El documento termina con un apartado de conclusiones que dan respuesta a los objetivos del TFG.Grado en Educación Primari

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en el diseño, desarrollo y evaluación de una propuesta de Innovación Educativa, trabajando como principal contenido la Educación para el Desarrollo en África. Con esta propuesta se pone en práctica la didáctica basada en la metodología por proyectos y es implementada durante el periodo del Practicum II, en un aula de Educación Infantil, en el centro educativo CEIP «Marqués de Lozoya», situado en la localidad de Torrecaballeros, Segovia. Cryogenic Durability of a Carbon Fiber Reinforced Cyanate Ester Composite: Degree-of-Cure Effect

The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) will be located approximately 1.5 million kilometers from Earth, producing extremely cold temperatures on the optical portion of the observatory. Specifically, the Optical Telescope Element (OTE) and Integrated Science Instrument Module (ISIM) will operate at approximately -240 C. Construction of the structural components of the OTE and ISIM require bonding dissimilar materials together, e.g. Invar-36 (an iron-nickel alloy) to a carbon fiber reinforced cyanate ester composite (CFRCE) with an epoxy adhesive. While these materials enable the cryogenic stability required for optical performance, their joint strength at these extreme conditions presents a unique design challenge. Therefore, the current study presents a detailed investigation into the optimization of cryogenic composite durability. It is demonstrated that by controlling the degree-of-cure of a laminate, one can achieve an enhanced resistance to microcracking and an improved residual strength following cryogenic cycling to -253 C
