[EN] Not populated or low-populated territories development due to the railroads construction exerted considerable impact on regional planning of the country. Construction of the Great Siberian way – the Trans-Siberian Railway was one of the significant events of the end of the 19th century. Numerous new settlements and the cities, such as Novosobirsk, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk appeared on the map of the country. Krasnoyarsk began to develop violently and grew by 270% after railroad construction in 1897 - 1911 years. New created structure of resettlement entailed industry development. A lot of the new productions were transported from the central part of the country during the Second World War. Factories were accommodated along the railroad generally. The majority of objects of cultural railway heritage remained on the railroads territories in present time. The pioneer settlement of railroad workers in the city of Krasnoyarsk – is the Nikolaevskaya sloboda escaped. Typically Siberian residential buildings and style life still characteristic for that unique area. The strategies of the renovation of the area Nikolaevskaya sloboda oriented toward the tourist quarter of the Siberian city is required. Development of the city continues. Krasnoyarsk, thanks to the railroad, became the million plus city. Light rail transport, rewatching municipal warehouse territories under cultural clusters, business and residential districts is supposed in the future. Development process is oriented to transformation of the transport oriented district (TOD).Petrosyan, E.; Kilina, E. (2018). The authors analyze the selection of preventive measures in the form of house arrest in Russian criminal procedures on the basis of universal and European standards of guaranteeing respect for individual rights. The article states that the application of preventive measures significantly restricts the right to protect the dignity of the individual, the right to freedom and personal inviolability, the right to free movement, choose the place of residence. The authors argue for the alternative method of applying the house arrest. as a form of prevention This preventive measure, unlike detention does not provide for the isolation of a person from the usual conditions of daily existence and to a greater extent guarantees the rights of citizens before the court decision

Modern politics penetrates all spheres of human existence. This undoubtedly intensifies the study of politicaldiscourse. Along with the development of traditional peculiar features (institutional, special informativeness, semantic uncertainty, and many others), new ones arise due to the modern context. Open media landscape andvirtual communication transform both the structure of the subject of political leverage from an individual politicianto a large party, a state, and the object of home or foreign general public, which further influences the language ofthe text as well as its genre and style. This article considers the statements of the Ministries of Foreign Affairsexpressing the official point of view on an event. Official statements made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of acountry form a special genre that combines both a spoken and a written forms of messages accompanied by amandatory web version. One of the goals of such statements is to create a specific media image of the country - thespeech image of both the homeland and the partner/opponent country aimed at shaping the public opinion andvalues of the addressee. To carry out the analysis we applied the method of isolating semantic dominants in order todetermine the main speech methods of creating the image of the country. The investigation was conducted on thematerial of the official statements of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and Poland made from 2010 to 2018with such functional units as Pol’sha [Poland], polyaki [the Poles] and their contextual synonyms Varshava[Warsaw], pol’skiye vlasti [Polish government], pol’skaya storona [the Polish party] and Rosja, rosyjski, Rosjanin. The findings of the study can be disseminated onto the political discourse as a whole as well as on its linguisticfeatures

The development of recent technologies has changed the way of brand advertising, what we are now living is focused on advertising in digital spaces, all product of the new needs of a digital consumer that demands and manifests its participation, and makes its experiences known to a brand or product. The fundamental thing now is the brand experience. In this new digital environment, advertising, informational content, entertainment content and the playful component come together through videogames to make way for a new advertising strategy, which groups these aspects together and is called Advergaming. This new advertising strategy through videogames is produced by the need to provide brand experiences directly to the consumer through two fundamental elements, which are entertainment and interactivity, to maintain emotional links between brand and consumer, especially focused on the fans of the Harry Potter brand, known for the sagas of his books and movies seen in our country, and this time the case study will be the advergaming Lego Harry Potter 1-4.Tesi

Fock space localization, return probability, and conductance of disordered interacting electrons

We numerically simulate the low-energy properties of interacting electrons in a random potential using the Hartree-Fock based exact diagonalization method. In particular, we investigate how the transport properties are influenced by the combined effects of disorder and correlations in the presence of the electron spin. To this end we calculate the participation number of many-particle states in Fock space, the return probability of single-particle excitations, and the Kubo-Greenwood conductance. It turns out that in the strongly localized regime interactions increase the conductance whereas for weak disorder interactions decrease the conductance. In contrast, single-particle excitations in general experience a localizing influence of the interactions.Comment: 4 pages, 4 eps figures, Proc. of the Symposium on Wave Propagation and Electronic Structure in Disordered Systems, FORTH, Heraklion, Crete, Greece (June 2000

Unveiling Stability Criteria of DNA-Carbon Nanotubes Constructs by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy and Computational Modeling

    Get PDF
We present a combined approach that relies on computational simulations and scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) measurements to reveal morphological properties and stability criteria of carbon nanotube-DNA (CNT-DNA) constructs. Application of STM allows direct observation of very stable CNT-DNA hybrid structures with the well-defined DNA wrapping angle of 63.4° and a coiling period of 3.3 nm. Using force field simulations, we determine how the DNA-CNT binding energy depends on the sequence and binding geometry of a single strand DNA. This dependence allows us to quantitatively characterize the stability of a hybrid structure with an optimal π-stacking between DNA nucleotides and the tube surface and better interpret STM data. Our simulations clearly demonstrate the existence of a very stable DNA binding geometry for (6,5) CNT as evidenced by the presence of a well-defined minimum in the binding energy as a function of an angle between DNA strand and the nanotube chiral vector. This novel approach demonstrates the feasibility of CNT-DNA geometry studies with subnanometer resolution and paves the way towards complete characterization of the structural and electronic properties of drug-delivering systems based on DNA-CNT hybrids as a function of DNA sequence and a nanotube chirality
