On Solving Comfortable Fractional Differential Equations

This paper adopts the relationship between conformable fractional derivative and the classical derivative. By using this relation, the comfortable fractional differential equation can transform to a classical differential equation such that the solution of these differential equations is the same. Two examples have been considered to illustrate the validity of our main results

A Study of the Effect of Some Natural and Human Factors on Date Palm Cultivation in the Hilla District, Iraq

The current study aimed to study some of the natural and human factors that affect date palm cultivation in the south of Babil Governorate, as the natural factors included the surface, climate, water and soil, and the human factors included labor force, capital, market, fertilization, transportation and marketing. The study includes several areas in the south of Babil Governorate, such as (Al-Hashimiyyah district, Al-Qasim district, Al-Tali’a district, as well as Al-Hamza Al-Gharbi district and Al-Shomali district) as all these areas contain palm trees. The rate of rainfall and wind speed in the study area were based on previously published information. It showed The results of the study indicate the impact of natural and life factors clearly on the decline in the productivity of palm trees through the problem of soil salinity. Also, human factors have the greatest impact on the decline in palm productivity through its role in providing water requirements for palm trees, the lack of number of workers in the agricultural sector and the neglect of farmers, and Thus, the productivity of palm trees is deteriorating in quantity and quality

The Relationship Between the Random Walk of the Returns of Financial Market Indices and Market Efficiency: an Analytical Study of the Indicators of a Sample of Arab Financial Markets

Purpose:  The aim of this article is to study focused through the sample that was selected for the Arab financial markets (Iraq, Kuwait, Dubai) on testing the behavior of the returns of the stock indices for the sample to verify whether they follow the random walk or not.   Theoretical framework: The concept of financial market indices and market efficiency was considered as a  complex multi-tiered system. theory of capital markets functioning were employed in the study.   Design/methodology/approach:  At the weak level, the research dealt with the returns of the daily market indices during the period from January 5/2021 to December 1, 2021.   Findings: through the use of three tests, which are to test the normal distribution of the studied observations using the test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test), and the time-series stability test (Stationary), which is known as the unit root test through the use of the modified Dickey-Fuller Test, and the serial self-correlation test (Q-Stat) as part of the financial markets efficiency test.which means that the conscious investor can benefit from achieving extraordinary returns in those markets.   Research, Practical & Social implications: We suggest a future research agenda and highlight the contributions made to executive and financial market.   Originality/value:  The research concluded that the random movement hypothesis was accepted, and that the stock indices reflect all the historical information in the researched markets, and then the efficiency of the studied markets at the weak level.

Healthcare libraries in Saudi Arabia: Analysis and recommendations

Purpose – The paper aims to gain a detailed understanding of the current health library/information environment in Saudi Arabia, to identify problems, issues, and areas for improvement, to make recommendations for improvement, and to instantiate these in models and prototypes. Design/methodology/approach – A mixed method empirical approach is used in 11 health libraries, including literature survey, institutional profiling, questionnaire, interviews, non-participant observation, and examination of documents. A model for supporting change management in Saudi health libraries is proposed, and a prototype for a Saudi Health Information Network is developed. Findings – The healthcare libraries are well-used, and appreciated by their users, and the staff are generally satisfied with their work. Problems and issues are identified: use of information communication technologies and digital resources; lack of proactive information services; education, training and continuing professional development for health library work; limited strategic planning and policy for these services. Recommendations are made for improvements. Research limitations/implications – The empirical research is limited to health sciences libraries in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The prototype health information network has not been evaluated by users. Practical implications – Recommendations are made to enable the government of Saudi Arabia and its various agencies to support improvements in the existing health sciences libraries and information provision. Originality/value – This is a detailed study of the health library environment in Saudi Arabia, illustrating factors typical of the situation in many other countries. Stability of Linear Multiple‎ Different Order Caputo Fractional System ‎‏

In this paper, we introduce a new equivalent system to the higher order Caputo fractional system ‎‎(CFS) . This equivalent system has multiple order Caputo fractional derivatives ‎‎(CFDs). These CFDs are lying between zero and one.‎ As well ‎as, we find the fundamental solution for linear CFS with multiple order CFDs. Also, we introduce new criteria of studying the stability (asymptotic stability) of the ‎linear CFS with multiple order CFDs. These criteria can be applied in three cases: ‎the first, all CFDs is lying between zero and one. The second, all CFDs are lying ‎between one and two. Finally, some of CFDs are lying between zero and one, ‎and the rest of these derivatives are lying between one and two. The criteria are ‎depending on the position of eigenvalues of the matrix system in the complex plane. ‎These criteria are considered as a generalized of the classical criteria which is ‎used to study the stability of linear first ODEs. Also, these criteria are considered ‎as generalized of the criteria which used to study the stability same order CFS in ‎case when all CFDs lying between zero and one, also in case when all CFDs lying ‎between one and two. Imam al-Qudduri's Answers to the Violators' Inference About the Verses of the Wife's Residence Through the Book of Abstraction

This research demonstrates Imam al-Qudduri's answers to the violators' inferences about the verses of the wife's residence through the book of abstraction, the impact of housing on women, the family, and society, and how to address it. In terms of the legal provisions entailed by it, the right to housing that God Almighty legislated as a cover for the spouses, and stability for the Muslim family, the researcher used the comparative analysis method by presenting the opinions of the jurists (may God have mercy on them), and their evidence, to reach the most correct opinion. The most prominent findings of this study are: Imam al-Qudduri (may God have mercy on him) attained a high scholarly status until he became the Head of the School of Thought (madhab) in Iraq, and al-Dhahabi said, about him, that he was called the Hanafi Sheikh. The essential prerequisites of housing for a woman to stabilize their marriage and to create an atmosphere of love that is suitable for the continuation of this marriage. An explanation of the legal rulings that spouses must follow when exercising this right in order for one of them to not outnumber the other through the rights granted to them. Studying the Magnetohydrodynamics for Williamson Fluid with Varying Temperature and Concentration in an Inclined Channel with Variable Viscosity

         في هذا البحث تم دراسة الهايدروديناميكا (MHD) لمائع وليمسون خلال قناة مائلة عند التغيير في التركيز و الحرارة عندما اللزوجة متغيرة. استخدمنا طريقة سلسلة الاضطراب باعتماد عدد وزنبرك  للحصول على صيغة معتمده لحقل السرعة. كل النتائج للعوامل الفيزيائية ( معامل دارسي (Da), عدد رينولد (Re), عدد بيكالت (Pe), معامل المغناطيسي (M)) حيث نوقشت نتائج المشكلة باستخدام قيم مختلفة كما في الرسوم التوضيحية.          In this paper, the Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) for Williamson fluid with varying temperature and concentration in an inclined channel with variable viscosity has been examined. The perturbation technique in terms of the Weissenberg number  to obtain explicit forms for the velocity field has been used. All the solutions of physical parameters of the Darcy parameter , Reynolds number , Peclet number  and Magnetic parameter  are discussed under the different values as shown in plots

 عندما يتعلق الأمر برسم الأشكال ثلاثية الأبعاد فإننا لا نحصل على أسهل من برنامج كوكل سكتش أب Google sketch up, فإن الأهم في الرسم ثلاثي الأبعاد و خاصة في ميدان المعمار هو مدى سهولة استخدام البرنامج والقدرة على تحويل الفكرة إلى واقع افتراضي، و برنامج Google sketch up  يوفر خدمة سهلة الاستعمال و غير متطلبة لجهاز حاسوب قوي، و كلنا نعلم أن الأوتوكاد من أقوى برامج الرسم ثلاثي الأبعاد (إن لم نقل الأقوى) ولكن صعوبة استخدامه و الوقت اللازم لتعلمه أدى بمعظم المهندسين إلى اللجوء إلى البرنامج الأسهل, إن برنامج الأوتوكاد لا غنى عنه ولكن برامج Google sketch up أعطى حلول أسرع  وخيارات كثيرة بالإخراج النهائي. تطرق البحث إلى مشكلة استخدام برنامج الأوتوكاد ومعاناة مدرسي الرسم في فهمه واستخدامه, في المقابل تعرض إلى مميزات برنامج كوكل سكتش أب ومقارنته ببرنامج الأوتوكاد, وعرض نتائج استبيان أجراه الباحثين على عينة من مدرسي الرسم الهندسي في المدارس المهينة, والذي تبين أن اغلب مدرسي الرسم يعانون من صعوبة برنامج الأوتوكاد, وبالتالي فان هذا البرنامج لا يؤدي الغرض المتوقع منه, لذا أصبح من الضروري إيجاد بديل على الأقل لاستخدامه كوسيلة عرض المجسمات من قبل مدرس الرسم الهندسي وهذا البديل هو برنامج كوكل سكتش أبGoogle sketch up. When it comes to drawing 3D shapes, we do not get any easier than the Google Sketch Up program. The most important part of 3D drawing, especially in the field of architecture, is the ease of using the program, the ability to turn the idea into virtual reality, the Google sketch program Up, provides a user-friendly service that is not required for a powerful computer, and we all know that AutoCAD is one of the most powerful 3D drawing programs (if not the most powerful) but the difficulty of using it and the time it takes to learn has led most engineers to resort to the easiest program. indispensable but Google sketch programs gave up solutions faster and many choices in final directing. The study examined the problem of the use of the AutoCAD program and the suffering of the drawing teachers in understanding and using it. In contrast, it showed the advantages of the program, and compared it to the AutoCAD program, and presented a questionnaire by the researcher on a sample of the teachers of the engineering drawing in the degrading schools. program AutoCAD, and therefore, this program does not result in the expected purpose of it, so it became necessary to find an alternative at least to use it as a display of sculptures by engineering drawing teacher, and this alternative is a program Cockle  Google sketch up
