STUDY OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: WORKLOAD ON JOB SATISFACTION AND WORK STRESS
This study aims to describe the effect of workload on job satisfaction and job stress well on employee performance. Staff from East Jakarta Integrated Services Implementation Unit, 65 respondents were sampled. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hypothesis testing results show positive and insignificant workload on performance, the positive and significant workload on work stress, negative and significant work stress on performance, positive and significant job satisfaction on performance, the positive and significant workload on job satisfaction. This study shows an important influence on research on job satisfaction and job stress; this also shows that job satisfaction and job stress function as intervening variables between workload and employee performance. The findings of this study prove that the workload needs to be indirect to employee performance through job satisfaction and better work pressure. Authority Analysis of Counting the State Financial Loss in the Investigation of Criminal Act of Corruption in Indonesia (Study at the BPK Representative Office and BPKP Lampung Province)
The authority to calculate the state losses in corruption, until now, is still a problem that must be addressed with government policy in conducting investigations Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) and Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). Both of these bodies in issuing products for calculating state losses, apply different process of completing the product of the investigation conducted. Information from Indonesian Republic Police (Polri) investigators prefer the BPKP as a partner in determining state losses in a criminal act upon request of the investigators to BPKP to calculate the state losses. The method used in this study normative research and the approaches used are juridical and empirical approaches. The results of the study is BPK pursuant to Law No. 15 of 2006 has the authority to calculate State losses carried out by the Main Investigator Auditor (AUI) which has the authority to conduct Investigation Examinations, Although the Supreme Audit Agency Acts and has the authority to calculate State losses,. In addition to the BPK there are other bodies that have the authority to calculate State lossesy, that is Corruption Criminal Investigators that are more likely to use BPKP to calculate State losses compared to BPK
Analisis Perbandingan Abnormal Return dan Likuiditas Saham Sebelum dan Sesudah Stock Split
This study aims to determine differences in abnormal returns and liquidity of shares before-after stock split at companies listed Indonesian Stock Exchange. By using purposive sampling method then selected 25 samples of companies that meet the criteria. The period of observation for 5 days before - 5 days after stock split. Test of paired samples t-test showed the difference in average abnormal returns and liquidity of shares before- after stock split, this indicates that the market reacted positively to the stock split
Effect of Quality of Work Life on Performance Employees with Variables Work Commitments Intervening in Millenial Generation Employees in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Head Office
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of quality of work life on employee performance with work commitment as an intervening variable on employees of the millennial generation of PT head office. Port of Indonesia II (Persero). Determination of samples using Probability Sampling method with 160 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis method. The results of the study showed that 1) the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that if the quality of work life in employees of the millennial generation of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) the better the employee performance will increase, 2) the quality of work life will have a positive and significant effect on work commitment, indicating that if the Quality of Work Life in employees of the millennial generation of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) the better then the employee's work commitment will increase , 3) work commitments have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that if the Work Commitment to millennial employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) is getting better then the Employee Performance will increase, and 4) the quality of work life on employee performance through work commitment has a positive and significant influence, showing an increase in the Work Commitment of millennial employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) able to mediate the influence of Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance
THE EFFECT OF EMPOWERMENT, SELF EFFICACY AND JOB SATISFACTION ON JOB PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE'S PROCUREMENT ENTITIES
The aims and purposes of this research are to identify and assess the direct effect of empowerment, self efficacy, and job satisfaction on job performance.This research is a quantitative research which conducts survey research methods and path analysis. The population in this study are Unit Layanan Pengadaan members in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia which amount to 262 people in which 158 people are used as samples. Analitical tools of path analysis have been conducted to analize the data. Based on the result of examination of the hypothesis, its been concluded that (1) Empowerment has positive and significant effect on Job Performance; (2) Self Efficacy has positive and significant effect on Job Performance); (3) Job Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on Job Performance; (4) Empowerment has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; (5) Self Efficacy has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction; (6) Empowerment has positive and significant effect on Self Efficacy.Keywords: Empowerment, Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance, Path Analysi
Evaluasi Sistem Neraca Pangan Wilayah Dengan Pendekatan Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) (Studi Kasus pada Dinas Pangan Kabupaten Bone Bolango)
Kelangsungan operasional organisasi tidak lepas dari peran tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang dimiliki dalam internal organisasi. Suatu organisasi memiliki standard dan menjalakan prosedur operasional untuk mencapai tujuan yang memiliki nilai strategis. Suatu sistem informasi menjadi tanggung jawab dan praktik kerja yang digunakan para eksekutif bisnis untuk dapat memiliki pandangan pada sasaran organisasi tersebut. Penerapan sistem Neraca Pangan Wilayah (NPW) dalam meningkatan akses, mutu, dan tata kelola, sejauh ini masih belum optimal dalam penggunaanya. Masih terdapat pengguna yang belum memahami menu-menu pada sistem NPW. Pendekatan metode Technology acceptance Model (TAM) digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan sistem Neraca Pangan Wilayah dengan hubungan antar konstruk TAM di Kantor Dinas Pangan Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Dalam metode TAM terdapat lima konstruk yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), attitude towards using (ATU), actual system usage (ASU) dan behavioral intention Technology use (BITU). Pada lima konstruk TAM tersebut disusun menjadi enam hipotesis hubungan antar konstruk. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus dari slovin yakni jumlah populasi yang dibagi dengan taraf signifikan atau persentase dari populasi yang kemudian ditambah satu. Hasil analisis statistik menujukan terdapat empat hubungan antar konstruk yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan sistem Neraca Pangan Wilayah. Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Petani Jagung terhadap Pelayanan Lembaga Pemasarannya di Kecamatan Lubuk Pinang Kabupaten Mukomuko
This research was conducted in Sumber Makmur village, Lubuk Pinang subdistrict Mukomuko District from in March 2015 by surveyed 92 corn farmers as samples. This study is aimed at investigating the performance and the benefit of an attribute services marketing institutions agribusiness in support of corn in kabupaten mukomuko and estimating satisfaction level of corn farmers to marketing institutions services in support corn agribusiness in Kabupaten Mukomuko. The purpose of the first analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the purpose of the second analyzed by Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. From IPA results, it can be drawn conclusions that marketing institution 1 services aspects that need to be improved and are considered important for farmers are fast service, right and always respond to help the farmers of corn, the accuracy of scales and willingness to respect and serving officers and by prioritising the needs of farmers. Then the marketing institution 2 services aspects that need to be improved and be considered important for farmers are communicating information the quality of corn desired consumers to farmers, the ability to communicate from the officers and openness and honesty in giving information service. Corn growers were satisfied with marketing services institution 1 with CSI of 70,65 %, and to marketing institution 2 with CSI of 72,21 %
The Mediating Role of Motivation and Job Satisfaction in the Relationship between Compensation and Organizational Commitment in Micro Finance Institutions
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in Islamic microfinance services. This research has four variables: compensation as an independent variable, motivation, job satisfaction as intervening variables, and commitment as a dependent variable. The subjects in this study were active employees in one of the Islamic microfinance services. It is Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT). This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale with 240 total valid responses. The data were analyzed using Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 24. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on motivation, compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through motivation and job satisfaction as intervening variables. This study finds providing several important implications for research and implementing microfinance services
COMPENSATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS INTERVENING
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research conduct at PT. XD Sakti Indonesia. The population is employees belonging to grade 2 (non-staff); The sample was taken, 200 respondents. Primary data and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The findings of this study prove that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which can further improve employee performance. The independence of employees in performing has not been able to show their ability according to their duties and responsibilities, which is caused by the lack of employee confidence
