    Measuring The Level of Employee Performance and The Factors that Influenced at PT Gici Group Batam

    This research is to determine and analyze the factors Compensation, Loyalty and Organizational Commitment influence on Employee Performance at PT Gici Group Batam. Results Data collection obtained sample of 87 respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Gici Group Batam. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, using Pearson rank validity test and Cronbach-Alpa reliability test against research instruments. To assess the influence of compensation, loyalty, and organizational commitment influence on employee performance in PT Gici Group Batam, used path analysis. After doing research and testing show Compensation, Loyalty, and Commitment of organization have positive and significant effect on employee performance. &nbsp

    Factors Influencing Employee’s Well-Being and Job Performance: The Perspective of State-Owned Enterprise Employee

    State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) play a crucial role in ensuring stability and control in Indonesia's economy, especially before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic COVID-19 has accelerated the digitization of public and private sector activities in Indonesia and other countries. To adapt to the accelerated digitization caused by the pandemic, SOEs must continue to grow and develop to achieve their targets and goals. The intended goal of this study is to inquire into the impact of technostress, perceived organizational support (POS), total reward systems (TRS), and work-life balance (WLB) on job performance, as mediated by employee well-being (study of SOEs employee). This research employs a quantitative approach to investigate the direct and indirect impacts of the dependent variable through the utilization of the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique. The study focuses on a sample of 263 respondents who are employees of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). This research highlights the role of perceived organizational support as a key driver of job performance mediated by employee well-being. The findings emphasize the significance of effectively engaging all generations, particularly Generation Y and Generation Z, within SOEs to strengthen job performance and accomplish organizational success. Furthermore, the study uncovers that employee well-being acts as a full mediator in constructing the connection between the variables under consideration and job performance. This finding emphasizes the importance for companies to continuously maintain perceived organizational support, ensuring that employees feel their well-being is being taken care of and their contributions are valued, especially for the younger generations (Generation Y and Z) who are the successors within the company

    Purchasing Behavior of Fashion Products in E-Commerce, Trust and Commitment as Moderators

    E-commerce is emerging and creating new opportunities for most businesses by leveraging marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada. Fashion products are still the prima donna in e-commerce; consumers will tend to prefer to shop for fashion in e-commerce, which causes interest in buying fashion products to continue to increase coupled with the existence of model and design innovations. This study aimed to analyze the effect of fashion innovation, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on purchase intention and the moderating influence of trust and commitment between the relationship between purchase intention and online shopping behavior. The research method used is descriptive causality with a quantitative method approach. The research sample is Generation Y in DKI Jakarta, with a total of 190 respondents. Data collection used online surveys and processed and analyzed using SEM-PLS 4. The findings of this study indicate that purchase intention increases, which is affected by fashion innovation, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, then purchase intention can also mediate to improve online shopping behavior. Furthermore, moderation of commitment weakens the relationship between purchase intention and online shopping behavior, while trust is not proven to be moderating. Thus, the Theory of Planned Behavior concept is proven to shape purchase intention and online shopping behavior in fashion in e-commerce

    Factors Influencing the SME’s Performance

    The aim of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture, information accounting management, innovation capability, and SME's performance in Tangerang Selatan. Additionally, it analyzes the nonlinear relationship between the variables of organizational culture, information accounting management, innovation capability, and SME's performance. The research utilizes the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method of analysis. The study period is 2023, and a total of 14,356 observation data were processed. The author found that organizational culture has an influence on information accounting management, information accounting management has an influence on SME's performance, organizational culture has an influence on SME's performance, organizational culture has an influence on innovation capabilities, information accounting management does not have an influence on innovation capabilities, and innovation capabilities have an influence on SME's performance. This study provides insights to policy regulators and policymakers, specifically the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, to enhance the performance of SMEs in Tangerang Selatan, considering the ongoing regulatory reforms in Indonesia. The study can be regarded as an advanced research that explores the relationship between organizational culture, information accounting management, innovation capability, and SME's performance as supporting factors for national economic growth. Furthermore, it expands existing studies by considering SMEs operating in Indonesia

    Research aims: This research is based on the phenomenon that occurred related to the existence of several limitations faced by the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia in carrying out audits of financial statements in public sector entities. This condition risks affecting audit quality, resulting in the emergence of information gaps between BPK RI, the public and related stakeholders. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze whether the effect of each independent variable (X1, X2 and X3), including electronic audit (e-audit), audit judgment and the detection of corruption affecting audit quality as the dependent variable (Y ). Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used is a quantitative method. This study examines the effect of e-audit, audit judgment and corruption detection on audit quality. This study uses primary and secondary data with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this study is the IB Auditorate as a work unit equivalent to echelon II under the Main Auditorate of State Finance I at the Head Office of the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia. The number of respondents in this study were 40 auditors/examiners in the IB Auditorate. The type of analysis in this study was statistical descriptive analysis. The statistical analysis tools used are the SPSS and Eviews applications. Research findings:  The results of the empirical study revealed that each of the independent variables (X1, X2, and X3), including e-audit, audit judgment and detection of corruption, had a positive and significant effect on audit quality as the dependent variable (Y). Theoretical contribution/Originality: Future research is needed to develop with other indicators besides the quality of electronic audit (e-audit), audit judgement, corruption detection and audit quality

    Relationships between Work Environment and Employee Engagement mediate by Job Satisfaction

    This research examines impact of work environment on employee engagement, and more that the role of job satisfaction as a mediator. We are empirically test relations between work environment and employee engagement mediate by job satisfaction in a national private bank in Indonesia. The data from questionnaires on job satisfaction, work environment and employee engagement collected from s survey that we received from 893 respondent via online. The structural model is based on four construct, which tested using structural equation modelling (SEM) using IBM SPSS v25 and IBM AMOS v24. An increase in work environment both positively relates to job satisfaction and employee engagement, and it shows also that job satisfaction mediate positively significant work environment to  employee engagement. This research confirm that job satisfaction mediate work environment to employee engagement although it is never consluce yet from prom previous research. Work environment and job satisfactin both positively and significaly impact employee engagement and these constructs may strengthen employee engagement, as well as work environment impact to strengthen job satisfactio

    Saat ini Indonesia khususnya Provinsi Banten sedang berada pada masa new normal, dimana semua organisasi, baik organisasi publik maupun private (swasta), dituntut untuk memiliki keunggulan bersaing agar mampu bertahan dan mandiri. Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Banten sebagai organisasi publik terbesar yang bergerak dalam bidang pelayanan penyuluh pertanian di Provinsi Banten (yang selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini disebut sebagai organisasi), memiliki tenaga penyuluh pertanian yang beragam kompetensinya, dituntut untuk memiliki keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja yang tinggi dengan tetap mengedepankan emotional intelligence, teamwork, dan organizational citizenship behavior yang baik, terutama dari tenaga penyuluh pertaniannya sebagai garda terdepan (gatekeeper) pelayanan penyuluh pertanian yang profesional, mandiri, berdaya saing, dan berjiwa wirausaha. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini didasari dari latar belakang penelitian yang menyatakan pentingnya Kecerdasan Emosi (Emotional Intelligence), Teamwork, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior bagi peningkatan Kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Provinsi Banten. Permasalahan penelitian ini yaitu, bagaimana meningkatkan Kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Provinsi Banten melalui peningkatan Kecerdasan Emosi (Emotional Intelligence), Teamwork, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Secara garis besar tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosi (Emotional Intelligence), Teamwork, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Provinsi Banten. Kebaruan (novelty) dari penelitian ini yaitu belum ditemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas tentang pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosi (Emotional Intelligence), Teamwork, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Provinsi Banten, baik secara metode maupun aplikasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Banten, pada bulan Februari 2022 - Februari 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh penyuluh pertanian di Provinsi Banten yang berjumlah 650 orang. Sampel berjumlah 210 orang. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling yaitu sampel ditarik dari kelompok populasi secara acak dengan bantuan software Microsoft Excel.  Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif, dimana data diambil dengan metode penelitian survei, dan menggunakan kuisioner, lalu diuji dengan uji statistik, dan software program aplikasi SmartPLS Pro Versi 2.3.m3. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langung positif Kecerdasan Emosi (Emotional Intelligence), Teamwork, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Provinsi Banten

    Kompetensi adalah kemampuan dan karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh seseorang pemangku jabatan berupa pengetahuan, keahlian, sikap dan perilaku yang diperlukan dalam melaksanakan tugas serta jabatannya. Kompetensi terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu kompetensi umum dan kompetensi khusus. Kompetensi umum merupakan kemampuan serta karakteristik berupa pengetahuan dan perilaku. Untuk kompetensi umum dapat diperoleh dengan melalui pendidikan formal ataupun non dan pelatihan. Kompetensi khusus merupakan kemampuan serta karakteristik berupa keahlian yang diperlukan dalam melaksanakan tugas jabatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara simultan maupun parsial apakah terdapat pengaruh pengalaman kerja ataupun pelatihan terhadap kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh auditor internal pada Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian, Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. Pengaruh yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah pengalaman kerja yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing auditor dan pelatihan yang telah diikuti oleh auditor. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi baik dari wilayah Inspektorat I, II, III, IV dan Investigasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Untuk mengukur besaran sampel yang akan diteliti mengggunakan rumus slovin dengan menggunakan data primer yaitu melakukan penyebaran data menggunakan kuesioner kepada masing-masing auditor selaku responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif melalui analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi auditor internal secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan baik secara parsial maupun simultan

    Artistic Orientation, Financial Literacy, Digital Literacy, and MSME Performance

    The limitations of research linking artistic orientation with performance motivate researchers to examine artistic orientation in creative MSMEs. Their uniqueness is that they combine art and economics, resulting in original creations and the ability to compete and succeed in the market. To combine these two things, a performance improvement strategy is needed, among others by increasing literacy. This study examines whether managers perform better artistically and whether financial and digital literacy affects performance. This study uses primary data from questionnaires to 344 creative MSMEs in Yogyakarta. Data analysis using Partial Least Square - SEM results show that artistic orientation has a significant effect on non-financial and financial performance. Financial literacy and digital literacy have a significant effect on financial performance

    Abstract   This research is a literature review that examines various literatures on the implication transformational and transactional leadership. The purpose of this research is to find out the implications of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational commitment; similarities and differences behaviors of transformational and transactional leadership towards organizational commitment. The method used in this research is integrative literature review which assesses, criticizes, and synthesizes different literatures to create new theoretical framework. This research finding shows that transformational and transactional leadership have implications on the commitment of each employee to the values ​​and goals of the organization. Transformational leadership builds long-term relationship while transactional leadership builds short-term relationships with subordinates based on shared goals and rewards are given when subordinates are able to achieve goals and vice versa sanctions are given if the goals cannot be achieved. Creative and innovative behavior is not the main thing but status quo is important
