    Fundamental movement skills and physical activity of children in low-income families

    The purpose of the study was to determine the level of physical activity and basic movement skills in low-income families. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method through surveys. The study sample included 32 children aged ± 9 years, consisting of 19 boys and 13 girls from low-income families. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling. The instruments used in the study were the population income category, the 2nd Edition Test of Gross Motor Development (TGMD), and the Instrument Physical Activities Questionnaire (IPAQ). The results showed that children in low-income families tend to have a body mass index underweight (thin), and basic movement skills are lacking. But in physical activity, boys tend to be moderate, and children tend to be low (low).     PENGARUH OUTDOOR EDUCATION TERHADAP SELF EFFICACY

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh salah satu perubahan yang terjadi selama masa remaja yaitu kebanyakan remaja bersikap ambivalen dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi. Kemudian salah satu tugas perkembangan remaja adalah remaja mampu menerima dirinya sendiri dan memiliki kepercayaan terhadap kemampuannya sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh outdoor education terhadap self efficacy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen melalui exsperiential learning. Dengan desain matching pretest-postest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota FK3I Bandung Selatan sebanyak 28 orang yang terbagi kedalam 14 kelompok eksperimen dan 14 kelompok kontrol. Melalui tiga program kegiatan yaitu hiking, climbing, dan camping. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengolahan data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari outdoor education terhadap self efficacy. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari self efficacy pada kelompok yang mengikuti outdoor education pretest dan posttest memilki rata-rata 93,64 dan 100,5. Sedangkan kelompok kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan memiliki rata-rata pretest dan posttest sebesar 91,07 dan 87,64. Outdoor education dapat menjadi bagian dalam materi pembelajaran penjas, mengingat potensi yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia terutama dari sisi demografisnya

    MODEL GERAK DASAR MELALUI PENDEKATAN BERMAIN BERBASIS APLIKASI UNTUK ANAK USIA 9 TAHUN

    Keterampilan gerak dasar penting dimiliki semua anak-anak guna menunjang aktivitas fisik di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat pendekatan bermain berbasis alikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (RnD) melalui model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang. Pendekatan statistika yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rata-rata, simpangan baku, normalitas, homogenitas dan paired sample t-test melalui SPSS 21. Proses penelitian ini menghasilkan variasi gerakan berdasarkan model yang dikembangkan yaitu: 1) Permainan nonlokomotor yaitu: Lempar Paket, Gulat Semut, Tarik Tambang, Cerita Pendek, Lewati Lorong, Merayap Menggelinding, Menghindari Roket, Menghindari Komet, Hindari Kucing, Jadi Pesawat, Jadi Bangau, Kereta Api Satu Kaki, Kuli Panggul, Kereta Api, Jalan di Atas Balok, 2) Permainan Lokomotor yaitu: Cerita Jalan Hewan, Putar-Putar, Ular-ularan, Halang Rintang, Kucing Tikus, Mengambil Bintang, Lompat Balok, Tumpuk Lompat, Balok Berjalan, Ambil Bintang, Tangkap Burung, Tangkap Nyamuk, Lewati Sungai, Jadi Katak, Lompat Garis, Jinjit Pesawat, Jalan Satu Kaki, Satu Garis, Parasut, Lingkaran Binatang, Jalan Menyamping, Menjadi Rusa dan Bangau, Jadi Patung, Lewati Balok, Lompat ditempat, Lompat Tali dan Lompat Tali Berjalan. 3) Permainan Manipulatif yaitu: Jalan Lurus, Jatuhakan Benteng, Bola Pantul, Lempar Bulan, Lempar Bintang, Tangkap Bulan, Tangkap Bintang, Saling Serang, Rolling Traping, Tendang Kejar Tahan, Bolak Balik, Pukul Lari, Segitiga, Mini Softball, Pantul Warna, Ambil Bola dari Lawan, Dribble Zig-zag, Melayang, Lempar Bumi dan Mini Volley. Model yang dibuat menunjukan bahwa model gerak dasar melalui pendekatan bermain berbasis aplikasi Asik secara efektif meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar. ********* Fundamental movement skills mastery is essentially important for every child to support their physical activity in their future life. As its importance, this study is aiming at developing the fundamental movement models through playing activities and examining its effectiveness. In this study, the researcher applied and developed the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) model of Research and Development (RnD) research design. It involved 64 students as research participants. The statistical approach of the test of average, standard deviation, normality, homogeneity and paired sample t-test were calculated by utilizing SPSS 21.     The Contribution of Outdoor Education Activities to Enhance Indonesian Bullying Victims’ Resilience

    This study is objectively intended to recognize the contribution of outdoor education activities on the students’ resilience.  Appropriate interventions are needed to enhance the resilience of elementary school students in the effort to overcome bullying. This study employed an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study’s participants consisted of 278 students (187 males of an average age of ±11.4 years, 91 females of an average age of ±11.6 years) from four schools at Cimahi. This study is an experimental research with one-group pretest-posttest design. Interventions were administered in 2-hour meetings over a 14-week period. The outdoor education activities implemented as interventions included hiking, climbing, orienteering, outdoor game, and camping. The research instrument employed was the Resilience Scale. The Paired Sample Test showed the significance level 0,000 < 0,05, it means that there was a significant improvement in the elementary school students’ resilience gained through the outdoor education activities. By this improvement, it is expected that outdoor education activities can equip the students psychologically to overcome any kind of bullying demeanor. In conclusion, the outdoor education activities could enhance the bullying victims’ resilience as the result showed that the implementation of outdoor education activities significantly effects on the students’ resilience

    Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Bermain Bola Voli

    Keterampilan bermain penting dimiliki oleh setiap pemain bola voli. Penguasaan Teknik yang baik tidak cukup untuk menampilkan performa pada saat bermain bola voli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implemntasi teching games for understanding terhadap keterampilan bermain siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan pretest and posttest group desain. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama kelas VIII. Teknik sampeling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah clusterrandom sampling, dengan partisipan sebanyak 48 orang. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengambil data adalah Games Performance assessment Instrument (GPAI). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 minggu dengan pertemuan sebanyak 12 kali dengan 90 menit setiap pertemuan. Analisis data menggunakan paired samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) terhadap keterampilan bermain permainan bola voli. Model TGFU pada praktek dilapangan mengedepankan pendekatan bermain mampu mendorong siswa untuk melakukan berbagai keterampilan bermain bola voli dengan lebih baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu model TGFU sangat efektif untuk diterapkan dalam pemebelajaran permainan bola voli di SMP. Pada peneltiian selanjutnya, model TGFU dapat diterapka

    College Student Motivation Uses The Cooperative Learning Model In Terms Of Gender And Motivational Autonomy That Affect

    Motivation has a very important role for the achievement of college students in participating in the lecture process. Motivation has been found to have a positive influence on cooperative learning. Thus, it is important to see the motivation of college students after attending lectures using the cooperative learning model. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the cooperative learning model type Team Games Tournament (TGT) on the motivation of college students, in terms of gender and the autonomy of the motivation that influences it. The research method uses an experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. The participants in this study were 13 college students in the seventh semester at a university in the eastern part of the province of West Java. The research instrument used the Learning Self-Regulation Questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics and paired samples t test. The results of the study concluded that there was an effect of the TGT learning model on the motivation of college students. There were no differences in motivation between men and women and it was more influenced by intrinsic autonomy in achieving college student motivation. In order to conduct further research related to the findings obtained with more participants. Thus, the findings can be more generalizable

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan gerak dasar manipulative melalui media pembelajaran soft material media. Partisipasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas 4 dengan jumlah 67 orang dengan 31 anak perempuan dan 36 anak laki-laki. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tes Gross Motor Development (TGMD2) pada tes manipulative. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media soft material memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada keterampilan gerak dasar manipulative siswa.     Mastering the technique of playing volleyball is important for every player. This will come in handy in gaming. Mastering it will make it easier to play and win. This study aims to determine whether step play and a hybrid approach to sport instruction will improve the skills of volleyball players. An experimental research methodology using a one-shot case study design was applied. This study was attended by 36 elementary school students using total sampling technique. They were instructed to participate in a joint sports education program between the Sport Education Model (SEM) and the Step Game Approach (SGA) for 14 meetings spread over two months, twice a week. The instruments used in this study were the Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) and the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) were used to collect data. The results show good game performance, with yields exceeding 80% and a high proportion of each SOQ indicator, with an average of >80%. This shows that the combined learning model between SEM and SGA makes a positive contribution to students' volleyball playing techniques and skills. Through this combined learning it is hoped that students can learn techniques as well as their playing skills in real situations.Menguasai teknik bermain bola voli penting bagi setiap pemain. Metodologi penelitian eksperimental menggunakan desain studi kasus one-shot diterapkan. Penelitian ini diikuti oleh 36 siswa sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Mereka diinstruksikan untuk berpartisipasi dalam program pendidikan olahraga bersama antara Sport Education Model (SEM) dan Step Game Approach (SGA) selama 14 pertemuan yang tersebar selama dua bulan, dua kali seminggu. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sport Orientation Questionnaire (SOQ) dan Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasilnya menunjukkan kinerja permainan yang baik, dengan hasil melebihi 80% dan proporsi tinggi dari setiap indikator SOQ, dengan rata-rata >80%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran gabungan antara SEM dan SGA memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap teknik dan keterampilan bermain bola voli siswa. Melalui pembelajaran gabungan ini diharapkan siswa dapat mempelajari teknik serta keterampilan bermainnya dalam situasi nyata.&nbsp

    Volleyball passing model through game-based approach

    Passing in volleyball is highly significant to support the game. Good passing will determine the course of attack and defense in the game. This research aims at creating volleyball passing models to improve students’ passing skills. It uses the method of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The analysis stage is to identify the source of the cause of the performance gap. The design stage is, verifying the desired performance, and the appropriate test method. The develop stage, namely, conducting, and validating learning resources. The implementation stage is preparing a learning environment and involving participants. The evaluate stage, namely, assessing the quality of learning processes, and products, both before and after implementation. Participants in this study are elementary school students who are in the fifth grade, as many as 64 people. The instrument used in this study is a test of passing up and passing down volleyball. This research found: (1).  Based on the analysis carried out, passing is a crucial skill in volleyball games, however, students still experience various obstacles in their learning and motor skills. (2). The design stage is to inventory the tasks that students will do related to volleyball learning. (3). The develop stage has produced 13 games of volleyball passing model content which were validated by experts, and the proper media was chosen to help learning volleyball passing. (4). At this stage, the passing model is applied to the participants. (5). The evaluation results show significant results from the volleyball passing model through a game-based approach to volleyball passing skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that the volleyball passing model through game-based approach can be used in volleyball learning to improve the underhand and overhand passing skills

    Analisis Teknik Gulat: Kategori Greco Roman Dan Freestyle

    Tujuan dari peneltian ini adalah untuk menganalisis teknik yang sering di gunakan dalam pertandingan gulat Grecco Roman dan Freestyle dalam even pertandingan internasional Word Championship 2019 yang di selenggarakan di Kazakhstan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif non-eksperimental. Pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis video performa empat orang atlet pada saat even pertandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Atlet bernama Tamas Lorincz kategori gaya greco roman kelas 77 kg melakukan teknik gulungan pinggang, dorongan, kayang dan susupan sebesar 16,7%; 2) Atlet bernama Fumita Kenichiro kategori gaya greco roman kelas 60 kg melakukan teknik bantingan pinggang, angkatan, susupan da suey sebesar 33,3%; 3) Atlet bernama Uguev Zabur kategori gaya bebas kelas 57 kg melakukan tehnik dorongan, take up, nelson sebesar 17,6%; 4) Atlet bernama Hasan Yazdanichara kategori gaya bebas kelas 86 kg melakukan teknik gulungan kaki, susupan dan nelson sebesar 37,5%. Dari hasil data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap atlet menunjukkan teknik tertentu yang terkait dengan kinerja, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi pelatih dalam memberikan latihan teknik untuk persiapan kompetisi yang besar
