Das Internet stellt eines der bedeutendsten technologischen Fortschritte des 20. Jahrhunderts dar. Heutzutage kann davon ausgegangen werden, dass der Weg ins „WWW“ für viele Menschen dieser Welt im Grunde einfach und unkompliziert ist. Und doch gibt es zahlreiche Menschen, welche mit einer Behinderung leben und aufgrund dieser keinen so leichten Zugang zum Internet haben. Auch Albert Einstein sagte mal: „Es gibt keine großen Entdeckungen und Fortschritte, solange es noch ein unglückliches Kind auf Erden gibt.“ Barrierefreies Internet (Web Accessibility) bedeutet, dass Webseiten sowie deren Inhalte in einer Weise zur Verfügung gestellt werden, sodass jeder Mensch, sowohl mit, als auch ohne Behinderung, diese verstehen kann. Zahlreiche Projekte und Institution beschäftigen sich bereits mit der Entwicklung, Umsetzung sowie Verbesserung von Web Accessibility. In dieser Forschungsarbeit soll erhoben werden, welche Auswirkungen ein Gütezeichen haben könnte, das für barrierefreie Webseiten vergeben wird. Dabei soll in einer theoretischen und empirischen Analyse die Seite der User als auch die Seite der Unternehmen untersucht werden.The internet has become one of the most relevant developed technologies in the 20th century. It can be stated that in these days almost everyone has access to the internet. Nevertheless not all websites are accessible to all people in the world. People with disabilities often encounter web barriers which restrain them from getting all the information and offers of these websites. Web Accessibility means that the website is provided in a way so that all people, including those with disabilities are able to access this website. A range of projects and institutions are concerned with the development, implementation and enhancement of Web Accessibility. The focus of this research work is to identify, how a quality mark which is awarded to accessible websites will affect the users who are visiting the website as well as how it will affect the company who owns that website

Rated Tags as a Service - Konzept und Evaluierung

Durch die wachsende Bedeutung des Onlinehandels und der Zunahme an Benutzer-generierten Inhalten werden neue Ansätze benötigt, um Konsumenten bei ihrer Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen. Wie Studien zeigen, werden im Onlinehandel häufig Kundenrezensionen und Gesamtbewertungen eingesetzt. Allerdings sind diese beiden Werkzeuge für die Entscheidungsfindung von Konsumenten nur begrenzt hilfreich. Gesamtbewertungen zeigen zwar eine oberflächliche Zufriedenheit der Kunden, geben jedoch keine Auskunft über die Bewertung bestimmter Produktaspekte, z.B. den Tragekomfort von Kopfhörern. Diese Aspekte werden von Kunden häufig in Rezensionen beschrieben, welche jedoch aufgrund ihrer unstrukturierten Weise nicht automatisiert aufbereitet werden können. Konsumenten sind daher gezwungen Rezensionen zu lesen und die darin diskutierten Merkmale manuell zu extrahieren. Die vorliegende Arbeit leistet mehrere Beiträge zur Adressierung des oben genannten Problems und beschäftigt sich dabei mit der Konzeptionierung, Evaluierung und Dienst-orientierten Bereitstellung einer interaktiven Entscheidungshilfe für den E-Commerce. Zunächst wird anhand einer empirischen Untersuchung der umsatzstärksten Onlineshops aus Deutschland der aktuelle Einsatz von Social Media Features analysiert. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die o.g. Problematik von keinem untersuchten Onlineshop adressiert wird. Ein weiterer Beitrag ist der Entwurf sowie die prototypische Implementierung einer interaktiven Entscheidungshilfe mit der Bezeichnung Rated Tags. Rated Tags erlaubt die Benutzer-generierte Definition von bewertbaren Schlagwörtern (Tags) und kombiniert dabei Methoden aus den Bereichen Social Tagging und Bewertungssysteme. Eine nachfolgende Evaluierung des Konzepts im Rahmen einer Anwenderstudie zeigt, dass der Einsatz von Rated Tags die Entscheidungsqualität verbessern sowie den Entscheidungsaufwand von Konsumenten reduzieren kann. Zur Optimierung des Lösungsansatzes wird dann ein Ensemble-Klassifikator aus dem Bereich des überwachten Lernens zur semiautomatisierten Vereinheitlichung von semantisch ähnlichen Tags entworfen, prototypisch implementiert und evaluiert. Die Ergebnisse der Evaluierung zeigen, dass die Leistung des Klassifikators den aktuellen Stand der Technik übersteigt. Als Abschluss der Arbeit wird ein Modell mit der Bezeichnung Rated Tags as a Service vorgestellt, welches die Service-orientierte Bereitstellung des Rated Tags-Ansatzes für Onlineshops oder Bewertungsportale beschreibt

Entrepreneurship as catalyst for sustainable development : opening the black box

In the last decades, sustainable development has become an important topic of discussion for scholars and practitioners concerned with environmental issues. Since the publication of the Brundtland Report, which represents a milestone in triggering awareness for sustainability issues, sustainable development has steadily gained popularity to become one of the most important environmental discourses today. Together with innovation, the United Nations identified entrepreneurship as a key element for addressing sustainable development challenges. Due to its growing recognition as a driver of sustainable development, entrepreneurship is subject to research across many scientific disciplines. To systemize the current state of knowledge, the purpose of this paper is to systematically review recent literature and to outline how sustainable development influences entrepreneurial activities and vice versa. In addition, it investigates whether and under what circumstances entrepreneurship can contribute to the economic, environmental and social dimension of sustainable development. The systematic literature review shows that several research areas, such as opportunities, motivations, competencies, strategies and business models of sustainability-oriented entrepreneurs, have already received wide coverage by academic literature. However, our knowledge about how entrepreneurial activities contribute to the achievement of the United Nations sustainable development goals is still limited and should be addressed by further research

In den Künsten, teilweise auch in den kritischen Wissenschaften, ging und geht es immer wieder darum, Wahrnehmungsgewohnheiten zu brechen und gegebene Wahrheiten anzuzweifeln. Wir wollen uns die Contact Improvisation - eine Anfang der 70er Jahre widerständig gegen die Normalisierungen und Optimierungen des klassischen Tanzes entstandene postmoderne Tanzform - anschauen und herausfinden, ob hier subversive Sinnesstrategien vorhanden beziehungsweise möglich sind. Der postmoderne Tanz soll hier nicht einfach erklärt werden; vielmehr soll der Tanz als erkenntnisproduzierend gewürdigt und an philosophische Denkmodelle angeschlossen werden. Davon versprechen wir uns, dass Erkenntnisse des Tanzes in andere Diskurse übergreifen und so anders kommunizierbar und diskutierbar werden. Der folgende Text ist dem Reiz geschuldet, widerständige Bewegung zu denken, dem Tanz Gedanken und den Gedanken einen Tanz zu entlocken

EL ESPAÑOL DE LA PATAGONIA: UNA PROPUESTA DE ATLAS LINGÜÍSTICO DE TIERRA DEL FUEGO (ARG) | O ESPANHOL DA PATAGÔNIA: UMA PROPOSTA DE ATLAS LINGUÍSTICO DA TERRA DO FOGO (ARG)

Resumen: Enmarcado en los estudios dialectológicos (ALVAR, 1996) nuestro trabajo expondrá aspectos del Atlas de pequeño dominio de Tierra del Fuego (Arg.). Sus objetivos son: i) revisar descripciones generales para el área de estudio, asociadas a la variedad de la Patagonia, ii) explorar factores extralingüísticos que puedan influir para una variedad con rasgos propios. Para ello, repasaremos los estudios dialectológicos y sociolingüísticos en Argentina y los aspectos sociohistóricos de la provincia, con fuertes procesos migratorios. Los resultados destacan, además de rasgos asociados al español de Chile, el contacto con otras variedades, lenguas indígenas y europeas, lo que nos llevará a pensar en las ventajas de adoptar los lineamientos de la Geolingüística Pluridimensional (THUN, 1996).Resumo: Embasado em estudos dialetológicos (ALVAR, 1996), nosso trabalho expõe aspectos do Atlas de pequeno domínio da Terra do Fogo (Arg.). Towards programmable friction: control of lubrication with ionic liquid mixtures by automated electrical regulation

For mechanical systems in relative motion it would be fascinating if a non-mechanical stimulus could be used to directly control friction conditions. Therefore, different combinations of lubricants and external triggers for tribological influence have already been investigated. We show that when two metallic friction partners are lubricated with ionic liquid mixtures (ILM), consisting of long-chain cation and two different high charge/mass ratio anion containing ILs, the application of an electric impulse induces a permanent change of the frictional response. Such mixtures are able to alter the coefficient of friction (COF) to a greater extent, more accurately and faster than the respective single-component ILs. This change in the frictional properties is presumably due to changes in the externally induced electrical polarization at the surface, which influences the molecular adsorption, the exchange of adsorbed ions and their molecular orientation. The correlation between surface charges and friction can be used to control friction. This is achieved by implementing an electric tribo-controller which can adjust preset friction values over time. Programming friction in this way is a first step towards tribosystems that automatically adapt to changing conditions

FORMAÇÃO INICIAL DO COORDENADOR PEDAGÓGICO: análises e reflexões dos saberes profissionais

O presente artigo analisa os saberes da formação inicial do coordenador pedagógico. O cotidiano desse profissional, imerso por acontecimentos imprevisíveis, mobiliza saberes a cada nova situação Os autores que sustentam as análises aqui propostas são Kuenzer(2006), Gauthier (1998) e Gimeno Sacristán (1999). Assim, foi feito uma análise documental do Projeto Político Pedagógico do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa-Pr entre os anos de 2007 a 2010. Os dados da pesquisa também foram obtidos com entrevistas de seis coordenadoras pedagógicas egressas do curso em análise. Os resultados mostram que a amplitude do processo formativo do coordenador pedagógico desafia as possibilidades de formar um profissional para diversas funções, como docente, gestor e pesquisador.Palavras-chave: Formação Inicial. La vida cotidiana de este profesional, inmersa por acontecimientos imprevisibles, moviliza el conocimiento a cada nueva situación. Los autores que sostienen los análisis que aquí se proponen son Kuenzer (2006), Gauthier (1998) y Gimeno Sacristán (1999). Por lo tanto, se realizó un análisis documental del Proyecto Político Pedagógico del Curso de Pedagogía de la Universidad Estadual de Ponta Grossa - PR entre los años 2007 a 2010. Los datos de la investigación se obtuvieron también con encuestas a seis coordinadoras pedagógicas egresas del curso en análisis. Los resultados muestran que la amplitud del proceso de formación del coordinador pedagógico desafía las posibilidades de formar un profesional para diversas funciones, como maestro, director e investigador.Palabras clave: Formación inicial.
