ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemerdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Bandung”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemerdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 59 orang pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS 23.0 for Windows. Analisis kolerasi antara iklim organisasi dengan disiplin kerja pegawai memiliki hubungan cukup kuat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,382. Besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai dari uji determinasi sebesar 18,7% sedangkan 81,3% menunjukan disiplin kerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam pembahasan penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan signifikasi diperoleh harga t_hitung sebesar 3,569, sedangkan t_(tabel )dengan a = 0,05 adalah 1,672 artinya t_hitung > t_(tabel ) yaitu 3,569 > 1,672 terdapar hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Adapun persamaan regresi dari kedua variabel yaitu = 31,248 + 0,382X yang artinya yang artinya persamaan tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa jika Iklim Organisasi bertambah satu tujuan sebesar 31,248, maka nilai Disiplin Kerja Pegawai (Y) akan berambah sebesar 0,382. Generally, this study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate on employee work discipline in the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Educational Personnel of Natural Sciences in Bandung. This Reseach use descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collections techniques used were a closed questionnaire that distributed to 59 employees as a sample of research. The calculation analysis in this research used Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS 23.0 for Windows programs. The correlation analysis between organizational climate and the work discipline has the excellent relationship with the correlation coefficient of 0.382. The amount of the influence of organizational climate on employee work discipline from the result of the determination test is 18.7% while the 81.3% showed that the work discipline is influenced by the other factors which is not included in the discussion of this research. The result of the significance calculation obtained the ttest with the score of 3.569, while the ttable with a = 0.05 is 1.672 which means ttest> ttable with the score of 3.569 > 1.672,there is the significant relationship between variables X and Y. The regression equation of those variables is = 31,248 + 0,382X, which means if the Organizational Climate increases by one unit with the score of 31,248, then the value of Work Discipline (Y) will increase in the score of 0,382.     Antibacterial Curcuma xanthorrhiza Extract and Fractions

    An acetone extract of Curcuma xanthorrhiza rhizomes and the n-hexane and chloroform fractions obtained from it were tested on eight pathogenic bacteria. The results showed that the acetone extract and the nhexane fraction exhibited significant activities against Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus, and weak activities against Shigella dysenteriae and Vibrio cholerae. They were inactive against Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes and Salmonella thypi, while the chloroform fraction was devoid of activities. NMR analysis disclosed the presence of α-curcumene, xanthorrhizol and an unknown monoterpene in the nhexane fraction. In the chloroform fraction, curcumin was found to be the main compound, together with xanthorrhizol as a minor compound. These results suggest that the antibacterial potency of acetone extract of C. xanthorrhiza is contained in the n-hexane fraction, in which the active constituents are terpenoid compounds. This is the first report of the use of NMR analysis for compound identification contained in an extract or fractions of C. xanthorrhiza

Genus ini dikenal sebagai sumber yang kaya akan senyawa flavonoid, alkaloid, piron, dan triterpen. Sebagai bagian dari kajian fitokimia dan evaluasi biologis dari beberapa spesies Cryptocarya yang berasal dari Indonesia, kami meneliti tumbuhan C. phoebeopsis yang berasal dari Sorong, Papua, Indonesia. Hasil kajian fitokimia terhadap spesies ini menghasilkan lima senyawa calkon yaitu infektokaryon (1), kriptokaryon (2), kurzicalkolakton A (3), B (4) dan calkokaryanon C (5). Penentuan struktur senyawa hasil isolasi dilakukan berdasarkan analisis data spektroskopi (UV, IR, NMR, MS). Hasil uji bioaktivitas senyawa hasil isolasi untuk aktivitas sitotoksiknya terhadap sel murine leukemia P388, sel HCT 116 (kanker usus besar) dan sel A549 (adenokarsinoma paru-paru), terlihat bahwa infektokaryon (1) dan kriptokaryon (2) menunjukkan aktivitas sitotoksik yang sangat kuat terhadap sel murine leukemia P388 dan sel HCT 116.   Cryptocarya is one of the large genera of Lauraceae and growing in tropical and subtropical regions. This genus is known to be a rich source of flavonoids, alkaloids, pyrones, and triterpenes. As part of our chemical and biological evaluation of the Cryptocarya spesies growing in Indonesia, we examined C. phoebeopsis collecting from Sorong, Papua, Indonesia. Our investigation of chemical constituents on this species afforded five chalcone compounds namely infectocaryone (1), cryptocaryone (2), kurzichalcolactone A (3), B (4) and chalcocaryanone C (5). The structures of these compounds were elucidated based on spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, NMR, MS). On biological evaluation of these compounds for their cytotoxic activity against murine leukemia P388 cells, HCT 116 (colon cancer) cell line and A549 (Human lung adenocarcinoma epithelial) cell line. it was found that infectocaryone (1) and cryptocaryone (2) exhibited strong inhibition activities against murine leukemia P388 cells and HCT 116 cell line.     p-Hydroxybenzoic Acid and Kaempferol from Desmodium Triquetrum

    Desmodium triquetrum (Fabaceae) is widely distributed in Indonesia and used as herbal medicines for diuretic, hemorrhoids, tonics, and anti-inflammatory. Two known compounds, p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1) and kaempferol (2), were isolated from the MeOH extract of the leaves of Desmodium triquetrum. The structures of isolated compounds were determined based on 1H and 13C NMR data. The MeOH extract showed very active with 6,5 ÎĽg/mL in addition, compound (1) and (2) showed weak cytotoxicity against murine cell leukemia P-388 with IC50 55,0 and 24,7 ÎĽg/mL, respectively.     FLAVANONES FROM THE WOOD OF Mows nigra WITH CYTOTOXIC ACTIVITY

    Two flavanone derivatives, norartocarpanone (1) and euchrenone a7 (2) had been isolated for the first time from the methanol extract of the wood of Morus nigra. The structures of these compounds were determined base on spectral evidence, including UV, IR, and NMR. The first compound also confirmed by comparison with the reported data. Cytotoxic properties of these compounds were evaluated against murine leukemia P-388 cells. Euchrenone a7 (2) was found more cytotoxic than norartocarpanone (1) with their IC50 7,8 and 12.7 / .ig/mL respectively. Dua senyawa flavanon yaitu norartokarpanon (1) dan eukrenon a7 (2) telah berhasil diisolasi untuk pertama kali dari ekstrak metanol kayo batang Morus nigra. Struktur senyawa tersebut ditetapkan dengan cara-cara spektroskopi yang meliputi spektrum UV, IR dan NMR. Senyawa norartokarpanon (/) juga dikonfirmasi dengan membandingkannya dengan data yang telah dilaporkan. Sifat sitotoksik kedua senyawa tersebut ditentukan terhadap sel murin leukemia P-388. Eukrenon a7 (2) lebih bersifat sitotoksik dibandingkan norartokarpanon (1) dengan 1050 bedurut-turut 7,8 dan 12,7 i_tg/mt

    The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of corporate governance, CEO characteristic, CEO compensation, and accounting irregularities on tax aggressiveness. The dependent variable in this research is tax aggressiveness, while the independent variable in this research are corporate governance, characteristic CEO and CEO compensation.This study used secondary data with entire population manufacture companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2015 -2017. The research sample are consists of 37 companies. The sampling method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling. The analysis model used in this research is multiple regression of panel data.Based on analytical results concluded that independent director have a significant and negative effect on tax aggressiveness while accounting irregularities has a significant and positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The board size, CEO compensation, age, and CEO tenure have no significant effect on tax aggressiveness

    A Cytotoxic Flavanone from The Pod Peels of Theprosia vogelii Hook.f.

    Tephrosia vogelii Hook.f. is a species of the family Fabaceae (Leguminoceae). These plants are termed ″Polong-polongan″ in Indonesia, and are known to contain active flavonoid groups. Previous studies have shown the isolation of one known flavanone: isolonchocarpin from methanol extract, and the structure obtained was established based on chemical evidence as well as spectroscopic methods, including NMR, and also by a comparison with published data. This research is aimed at evaluating the cytotoxic property of methanol extract against larvae of Arthemia salina Leach, using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method.     Tumbuhan murbei hitam merupakan salah satu spesies dari genus Morus. Tumbuhan dari genus ini telah dilaporkan kaya akan senyawa turunan fenol seperti flavonoid, 2-arilbenzofuran dan stilben. Dalam rangka pencarian senyawa turunan fenol dari tumbuhan murbei Indonesia maka telah berhasil diisolasi suatu senyawa flavon terprenilasi yaitu morusin dari ekstrak metanol kayu batang murbei hitam (M. nigra). Struktur senyawa tersebut telah ditetapkan berdasarkan data-data spektroskopi yang meliputi spektrum UV dan IR serta membandingkan KLTnya dengan senyawa morusin standar

    Resveratrol Oligomers From Dipterocarpus Hasseltii: Cytotoxic Effect and Chemotaxonomic Significance

    Two resveratrol tetramers, (-)-vaticanol B and (-)-hopeaphenol, were isolated from acetoneextract of the tree bark of Dipterocarpus hasseltii (Dipterocarpaceae), together with the knownresveratrol trimer, (-)-α-viniferin. The structures of these compounds were established based onspectroscopic evidence, UV, IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and determined by comparison with thestandard compounds. The cytotoxic activities of these compounds were evaluated against murineleukaemia P-388 cells. The IC50 values of all compounds were 42.2, 5.0 and 17.5 μg/ml,respectively. In addition, chemotaxonomic significance relationship between Dipterocarpus, Shoreaand Vatica will also be briefly discussed
