    Las películas sobre el maquis español: de la historia oficial a la memoria histórica

    The cinema, both as documental source and as a part of History, provides a specific point of view on the “Maquis” subject. The present manuscript focus on the evolution of this character since the fifties until nowadays, which has changed accordingly to the different political landscapes that had gone through Spain: during early Franquism their image starts as wrong and regretted individuals that yields to partizans and assasins; in the late Franquism their image achieved a reasonable recognisement. The study of the Censorship files during this period illustrates how the paths followed by the projects about these guerrilla were. During the Transition, the Maquis turn up sometimes into survivals, even in heroes. Most directors have claim a place in history for the fight of this antifranquism guerrilla, first biased to pass through the franquism censorship and lately in the Democracy in a plain way.El cine, como documento y como parte de la historia, brinda un enfoque específico sobre los maquis que abarca desde los años cincuenta hasta la actualidad, y el estudio de los expedientes de Censura durante el franquismo ilustra cómo fueron los caminos seguidos por los proyectos sobre los guerrilleros hasta su consecución. En este artículo se aborda la evolución del estereotipo según las circunstancias políticas acorde con la ideología predominante: en el franquismo se parte de una imagen de individuos equivocados y arrepentidos, pasando por bandoleros y asesinos. Ya en la Transición, los maquis se tornan en algunos casos en supervivientes, e incluso en héroes. La mayoría de los directores cinematográficos, bien de manera oblicua para traspasar las normas censoras o bien de forma diáfana ya en la Democracia, han reivindicado para la historia la lucha de la guerrilla antifranquista

    The interest in turning a territory into a setting for the filming of cinematographic audiovisual productions, television series or any other type of audiovisual product, constitutes the main engine of the start-up of a Film Office or Film Commission in any locality, region, province or region. The mission of a filming office is to highlight, not only the benefits of landscapes, monuments, climate of a territory or the ability of its people to host filming equipment (logistics, predisposition of citizens), but also to give visibility to the technical and human audiovisual resources with which a shooting team arrived in a locality could count on in that environment. This research aims to study the figure of the Film Commission and its contribution to the dynamization of production in a territory through the enhancement of the local audiovisual sector -companies and specialized technicians- as an attractiveness of the territory.Ciencias de la Comunicació

    Un programa informático de acceso a la lectoescritura en una escuela para todos

    Con este trabajo queremos describir las razones que nos han llevado a diseñar y experimentar un material impreso e informatizado que posibilite un nuevo proceso metodológico de acceso a la lectoescritura tanto para aquellos sujetos con necesidades educativas especiales que precisan de un sistema aumentativo y/o alternativo de comunicación (S.A.A.C) como para el resto de los alumnos que se sitúan en una fase inicial del proceso lectoescritor. Posteriormente exponemos los requisitos y algunos ejemplos de las actividades propuestas que tendrán lugar a lo largo de las fases por las que los alumnos han de pasar para acceder al código escrito. Para ello hemos tenido en cuenta el marco teórico que encuadra nuestro enfoque de lectoescritura inicial, respetando los distintos estadios por los que cualquier sujeto atraviesa en su aproximación al conocimiento y uso del lenguaje escrito.With this work, we want to describe the reasons which have led us to design and experiment with a printed and IT-based material which provides us with a new methodological process of accessing to reading and writing skills for those subjects with special educative necessities who require an augmentative and/or alternative system of communication (A.A.S.C) as well as for the rest of the students who are situated in an initial phase of the reading and writing skills process. Subsequently, we expose the requirements and some examples of the proposed activities which will take place along the phases which students have to go through in order to access the writing code. Thus, we have taken into account the technical framework which frames our approach of initial reading and writing, respecting the different studies which any subject goes through in his/her approximation to knowledge and use of written language

    El estreno en 2014 de La Lego Película (The Lego Movie, Phil Lord y Chris Miller) supuso un importante hito en la historia de la empresa danesa LEGO, erigiendo el filme como pieza clave de la estrategia transmediática que empezaba a tomar forma en el ámbito cinematográfico. Aquel filme, en el que el personaje de Batman gozaba de un especial protagonismo, ha dado paso a un particular spin-off que, bajo el título LEGO Batman: La Película (The LEGO Batman Movie, Chris McKay, 2017), repite algunas de las fórmulas puestas en práctica en La Lego Película e introduce otras nuevas de igual o mayor interés desde un punto de vista intertextual. Este artículo se aproxima al largometraje del superhéroe de DC Comics atendiendo a las particulares estrategias de adaptación, remediación y transmediación que lleva a cabo. A través del análisis de los componentes narrativos que constituyen la propuesta del filme, así como de su puesta en relación con los presentes en los textos impresos, audiovisuales y videolúdicos pertenecientes a la franquicia LEGO Batman, se estudian las distintas estrategias que posibilitan la interconexión entre ellos y moldean el ‘macrorrelato’ (Scolari, 2009) que, de manera paradigmática, toma forma en la narrativa transmediática resultante.The release in 2014 of The Lego Movie (Phil Lord and Chris Miller) was an important milestone in the history of the Danish company LEGO, establishing the film as the key piece of the transmedia strategy that was beginning to take shape in the film field. That film, in which the Batman character enjoyed a special role, has given way to a particular spin-off that, under the title The LEGO Batman Movie (Chris McKay, 2017), repeats some of the formulas put into practice in The Lego Movie and introduce new ones of equal or greater interest from an intertextual point of view. This article approaches the feature film starring the DC Comics superhero covering the particular strategies of adaptation, remediation and transmediation that it carries out. Through the analysis of the narrative components that make up the film's proposal, as well as its connection with those present in the printed, audiovisual and video-games texts belonging to the LEGO Batman franchise, this article examines the different strategies that enable interconnection between elements and shape the ‘macrostory’ (Scolari, 2009) that, in a paradigmatic way, takes form in the resulting transmedial narrative

    RNA-Seq analysis for assessing the early response to DSP toxins in Mytilus galloprovincialis digestive gland and gill

    [Abstract] The harmful effects of diarrhetic shellfish poisoning (DSP) toxins on mammalian cell lines have been widely assessed. Studies in bivalves suggest that mussels display a resistance to the cytogenotoxic effects of DSP toxins. Further, it seems that the bigger the exposure, the more resistant mussels become. To elucidate the early genetic response of mussels against these toxins, the digestive gland and the gill transcriptomes of Mytilus galloprovincialis after Prorocentrum lima exposure (100,000 cells/L, 48 h) were de novo assembled based on the sequencing of 8 cDNA libraries obtained using an Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform. The assembly provided 95,702 contigs. A total of 2286 and 4523 differentially expressed transcripts were obtained in the digestive gland and the gill, respectively, indicating tissue-specific transcriptome responses. These transcripts were annotated and functionally enriched, showing 44 and 60 significant Pfam families in the digestive gland and the gill, respectively. Quantitative PCR (qPCR) was performed to validate the differential expression patterns of several genes related to lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, energy production, genome integrity and defense, suggesting their participation in the protective mechanism. This work provides knowledge of the early response against DSP toxins in the mussel M. galloprovincialis and useful information for further research on the molecular mechanisms of the bivalve resistance to these toxins.Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad; AGL2012-3089
