Sítě FLASH-OFDM (Fast Low-latency Access with Seamless Handoff-Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing) jsou zařazovány do sítí čtvrté generace. Systém je určen pro rychlý přenos dat, dosahuje nižšího zpoždění než sítě třetí generace. Průměrně se přenosová rychlost pohybuje kolem 1,5Mb/s pro downlink a 300-500kb/s pro uplink. V souvislosti s vývojem vysokorychlostních sítí a systémů s omezenou mobilitou (Bluetooth, IEEE 802.11) na straně jedné a globálních sítí s vysokým stupněm mobility (CDMA2000, WCDMA) na straně druhé, vznikla potřeba nového standardu, jenž by spojil výhody obou těchto dosud ne zcela slučitelných přístupů. V návaznosti na vývoj specifikací pro WiMAX byly tedy pro nový standard definovány základní požadavky: • mobilita uživatele, • vysokorychlostního přenosu dat včetně roamingu, • co nejmenší odezva systému umožňující používání aplikací v reálném čase, • vysoký počet současně komunikujících účastníků v buňce, • možnost lepšího řízení QoS (Quality of Service).The FLASH-OFDM networks (Fast Low-latency Access with Seamless Handoff-Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing) are insert to network of fourth generations. The system are set to fast data transfer. These networks have lower latency than network of third generations. On average is transmission speed for downlink cca 1,5Mb/s and for uplink cca 300-500kb/s. In connection with progress of high-speed network and systems with finite mobility (Bluetooth, IEEE 802.11), creationed want of new standard, which connect both merits. For WiMAX was defined new basic requirements: • mobility of user, • high-speed data transfer with roaming, • the lest latency of systém using aplications in real time, • high count of at the same time communication users in cell, • chance of better control QoS (Quality of Service).

The Work of the Piarist Order in South Moravia in the 19th Century

This paper1 aims to give an account of the work of the Piarist Order in South Moravia in the 19th century. Attention is devoted principally to education which was (and remains) the fundamental area of interest to the Piarist Order. The Piarists operated in Mikulov, Strážnice, Hustopeče and Kyjov in South Moravia in the 19th century. They also worked for a certain time at the Episcopal Philosophical Institute in Brno. This paper shows the diversity of the activities of the order in the first half of the 19th century and its subsequent decline in the second half of the century. The paper presents a chronological outline of the development of school legislation and the school system of the Czech Lands from 1918 to the present. Captured are changes after historical breaks, as well as efforts for gradual conceptual changes. The topics addressed are as follows: The development of the Czechoslovak education system after the establishment of an independent democratic state in 1918; its form during the Nazi occupation and during more than forty years of the communist government; and the way of searching for the form of Czech education after the fall of the communist regime in 1989

Systémy s extrémní šířkou pásma patří k perspektivním systémům moderní rádiové vysokokapacitní komunikace. Původně byla tato technologie určena pro radarové snímání. Díky širokému frekvenčnímu pásmu měl radar možnost „vidět“ i za překážky, např. za zalesněné úseky apod. Pro svou odolnost proti rušení, zabezpečení proti odposlechu a malou výkonovou náročnost se začala používat pro datové přenosy. Pokud je anténní prvek složen z koaxiální sondy a zkratovacího vývodu, je možné použít k buzení oddělenou úzkou štěrbinu umístěnou uprostřed zářícího flíčku. Impedanční a vyzařovací charakteristiky konvenčně sondované flíčkové antény buzené páskovým vedením a navrhované mikropáskové flíčkové antény jsou experimentálně prozkoumány a porovnány. The topic of this rigorous thesis is agency employment. Agency employment constitutes now a common part of the market with employment services and enables employment agencies to temporarily assign their employees to perform work at users. The thesis defines the concept of agency employment and describes its roles and functions which are typical for agency employment. One of the biggest user benefits of agency employment is the possibility of quick and effective workforce procurement for a wide range of different professions. The thesis contains a definition of agency employment at both the international and EU level. The thesis also presents international legal sources of agency employment adopted at the UN, EU legal sources of agency employment and legal sources of agency employment under the Czech legal order. The thesis also contains a description of Czech public law, which sets out some conditions for the activity of employment agencies, as well as other obligations imposed on employment agencies. The thesis further focuses on the process of obtaining a permit for employment mediation, including the conditions which the employment agency must fulfil in order to obtain a permit for employment mediation. Agenturní zaměstnávání je nástroj, které je dnes běžnou součástí trhu se službami zaměstnanosti, a který umožňuje dočasně přidělit zaměstnance agentury práce k výkonu práce u uživatele. V práci je vymezen pojem agenturního zaměstnávání a popsány jeho role a funkce, které jsou pro agenturní zaměstnávání typické. Jako jednu z největších uživatelských výhod agenturního zaměstnávání je označována možnost rychlého a efektivního opatření pracovní síly pro širokou škálu různých profesí. Práce obsahuje vymezení pojmu agenturního zaměstnávání jak na mezinárodní, tak i unijní úrovní. V práci jsou dále uvedeny mezinárodní právní prameny agenturního zaměstnávání přijaté na půdě OSN, unijní právní prameny agenturního zaměstnávání a právní prameny agenturního zaměstnávání v rámci českého právního řádu.
