    FOSTERING STUDENTS' CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS THROUGH TECHNOLOGY-BASED INTERACTIVE LEARNING IN THE DIGITAL ERA: MENUMBUHKAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS MAHASISWA MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DI ERA DIGITAL

    This study was motivated by the importance of critical thinking skills in the world of education and aimed to investigate the effectiveness of technology-based interactive learning in enhancing students' critical thinking skills. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental design, involving two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group implemented technology-based interactive learning, while the control group used conventional learning methods. The results showed that the experimental group achieved a greater increase in critical thinking skills compared to the control group. Factors such as the frequency of technology use in learning, students' ability to use the provided technology features, the appropriateness of technology use for learning needs, students' reactions to the technology used, and the effectiveness of technology use in enhancing students' critical thinking skills all showed significant differences between the two groups. The results show that technology-based interactive learning can improve students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes more effectively. the use of technology-based interactive learning can be a good alternative in improving the quality of education.     MAN Palangkaraya is the partner schools of the ministries of Religious Affairs and the status is very proud achievement, and graduation reach 100% of the National level (UAMMN) and pass the National Exam (UN), and is accredited A.Based on the explanation above, the writer was interested in and choose the title of Education Quality Assurance in MAN Model Palangka Raya. The purpose of this study was to answer the problem of this research  How does the achievement of quality standards of education in MAN Palangka Raya.The place of this research is MAN Palangkaraya at Jl.Tjilik Riwut km. 4,5 Palangka Raya. This study used qualitative methods. The data collection did by observation, interview and documentation. The subjects of this research were headmaster and wakamad as an informant, teachers and educators, and alumni. The validity of the data by using trasferbilitas, accountability, reliability, credibility.The results of the research showed that: Implementation of quality assurance in MAN Palangka Raya includes the standard process such as; teachers and educators and competency standards. Achievement of quality assurance in MAN  Palangka Raya have been achieved such as monitoring, evaluation, certification, accreditation and national exams both internally and externally is carried out by the relevant agencies such as the Ministry of Religious Affairs and The Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office.     Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, serta pengelolaan konflik pada stres kerja guru di Madrasah. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisa data dijalankan dengan memakai analisa deskriptif serta analisa inferensial (analisa jalur). Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika (1) kecerdasan emosional secara langsung memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan konflik di Madrasah . (2) kecerdasan spiritual secara langsung memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan konflik di Madrasah . (3) kecerdasan emosional secara langsung memberi pengaruh negatif serta signifikan pada Stres kerja guru di Madrasah .     Teaching materials in the learning process plays a very important. If the teacher can utilize the teaching materials as well, then the faculty can share the role with teaching materials. Besides lecturers using appropriate teaching materials can save time in teaching and lecturers can change the role of a teacher becomes a facilitator, and to improve the learning process becomes more effective and interactive. For students, teaching materials can help learners become independent and can be used to measure the competence that has been owned by students. The local culture course is programmed elective courses in the sixth semester of 2017 and listed on the curriculum of Study Program of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teacher education courses. Teaching materials that have been used in the learning activities is a simple teaching material prepared by the lecturer by using a reference from the internet and books are minimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the needs of students to instructional materials subject to local culture. The research subject was a student from 2017, amounting to 25 data was collected using observation sheets and questionnaires lectures open to students. Observations show that the obstacles encountered in the course of learning the local culture is not teaching materials that can be used as a handle in the learning process. The results of the questionnaire analysis needs of students to instructional materials show that the teaching materials needed by the students is in the form of modules and textbooks

    Meta-Analysis Study for the Use of Project Based Learning Models in Teaching and Learning Activities

    This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the project-based learning (PjBL) learning model on students' biology learning outcomes. The method used is meta-analysis, a method for synthesizing research results from various studies using statistics commonly used in primary studies. The research instrument is in the form of a coding sheet that contains the necessary data and journal information. The research findings show that overall, the PjBL learning model is effective for biology learning, with a large effect size of 1.050 and a very high effect category. The PjBL model also provides influence and is effective in terms of area, educational level, and its application in biology learning to improve learning outcomes, creative thinking skills, critical thinking skills, and in larger groups, namely 21st century skills and knowledge or cognitive learners

    Leadership and Principal Motivation on Teacher Performance at Madrasah

    This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and principal motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Thawalib, Tanjung Limau Pariangan, West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach that is commonly used to evaluate and detect the extent of a factor's variation on one or more other factors based on the correlation coefficient. This study involved 30 teachers. The results showed that leadership and motivation simultaneously affected teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Thawalib with a significance value (sig) of 0.003. The better the leadership and the higher the motivation given by the head of the madrasah, it will improve teachers' performance in the madrasah. This study has implications for the importance of the leadership style displayed by the principal in improving the performance of existing personnel in the organization to achieve the desired goals
