Since 1988, a stratified random summer bottom trawl survey are being carried out in Flemish Cap (NAFO Regulatory Area of Division 3M) by UE. From 2003 the traditional research vessel Cornide de Saavedra was replaced by the R/V Vizconde de Eza. The new vessel was calibrated and the indexes transformed. In 2004 year, the lack of time has not permitted to transform the biomass and abundance shrimp indexes of the whole series and only the 2003 and 2004 indexes from the R/V Vizconde de Eza were transformed to the R/V Cornide de Saavedra scale. In this paper, the series from 1988 to 2002 obtained with the R/V Cornide the Saavedra were transformed to make them comparable to the results obtained with the new vessel R/V Vizconde de Eza. The results of shrimp from the last survey on Flemish Cap in 2005 are presented and compared to those from previous years of the same series. Both biomass and abundance have increased significantly due to increasing of 3 age-class. The female biomass decreased, mainly due to declining of 5 and 6 year-classes. Also, in recent years (2004 and 2005) the youngest specimens (age 1) didn't appear in the catches, and they were only presents in the small size bag on the codend

The objective of this study was to adapt and validate the Scale of Emotional Intelligence of Rotterdam (REIS) (Pekaar, Bakker, van der Linden, & Born, 2018) (N = 384, age = 29.32 years). Two studies were carried out: 1) the translation of the REIS scale into Spanish was carried out and its internal consistency, factorial structure and convergent validity were evaluated; and 2) the confirmatory factorial analysis of the questionnaire was carried out. Four factors were obtained: self-centered emotional evaluation, evaluation of emotions centered on others, regulation of self-centered emotion and regulation of emotions focused on others. The exploratory factorial analysis showed clearly that the factors of the REIS scale have a cumulative variance of 56.07 %, showing being able to explain the unique variation of emotional intelligence. For its part, the confirmatory factor analysis confirms the adequacy of the model, with a sustainable model composed of the four identified factors and 28 items. The REIS is an easy instrument to understand and quick to complete, so it is considered useful for the evaluation of emotional intelligence in the Spanish population

ABSTRACT: TheJavalambrePhotometric Local UniverseSurvey (J-PLUS )isanongoing 12-band photometricopticalsurvey, observingthousands of squaredegrees of theNorthernHemispherefromthededicated JAST/T80 telescope at the Observatorio Astrofísico de Javalambre (OAJ). The T80Cam is a camera with a field of view of 2 deg2 mountedon a telescopewith a diameter of 83 cm, and isequippedwith a uniquesystem of filtersspanningtheentireopticalrange (3500–10 000 Å). Thisfiltersystemis a combination of broad-, medium-, and narrow-band filters, optimallydesigned to extracttherest-framespectralfeatures (the 3700–4000 Å Balmer break region, Hδ, Ca H+K, the G band, and the Mg b and Ca triplets) that are key to characterizingstellartypes and delivering a low-resolutionphotospectrumforeach pixel of theobservedsky. With a typicaldepth of AB ∼21.25 mag per band, thisfilter set thusallowsforanunbiased and accuratecharacterization of thestellarpopulation in our Galaxy, itprovidesanunprecedented 2D photospectralinformationforall resolved galaxies in the local Universe, as well as accuratephoto-z estimates (at the δ z/(1 + z)∼0.005–0.03 precisionlevel) formoderatelybright (up to r ∼ 20 mag) extragalacticsources. Whilesomenarrow-band filters are designedforthestudy of particular emissionfeatures ([O II]/λ3727, Hα/λ6563) up to z < 0.017, theyalsoprovidewell-definedwindowsfortheanalysis of otheremissionlines at higherredshifts. As a result, J-PLUS has thepotential to contribute to a widerange of fields in Astrophysics, both in thenearbyUniverse (MilkyWaystructure, globular clusters, 2D IFU-likestudies, stellarpopulations of nearby and moderate-redshiftgalaxies, clusters of galaxies) and at highredshifts (emission-line galaxies at z ≈ 0.77, 2.2, and 4.4, quasi-stellarobjects, etc.). Withthispaper, wereleasethefirst∼1000 deg2 of J-PLUS data, containingabout 4.3 millionstars and 3.0 milliongalaxies at r <  21mag. With a goal of 8500 deg2 forthe total J-PLUS footprint, thesenumbers are expected to rise to about 35 millionstars and 24 milliongalaxiesbytheend of thesurvey.Funding for the J-PLUS Project has been provided by the Governments of Spain and Aragón through the Fondo de Inversiones de Teruel, the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO; under grants AYA2017-86274-P, AYA2016-77846-P, AYA2016-77237-C3-1-P, AYA2015-66211-C2-1-P, AYA2015-66211-C2-2, AYA2012-30789, AGAUR grant SGR-661/2017, and ICTS-2009-14), and European FEDER funding (FCDD10-4E-867, FCDD13-4E-2685

The relationships between the size and chemical foliar composition of C. ladanifer are studied. It can be observed that as the plant size increases, the crude protein, etheral extract, P, K, Mg, Cu y Zn decrease; Ca, Na and Fe show no material difference and the alcoholic extract and Mn increase.

Modifications of leafy component of Cistus ladanifer L. with increasing plant size

During the growing, th eafy fraction of C. ladanifer decreases and leaf dry matter increases. High correlation coeficients with plant size are obtained in this way. The meaning of these modifications is discussed.A lo largo del crecimiento disminuye el porcentaje de foliosidad de las plantas de C. ladanifer y aumenta la materia seca de las hojas, ló que presenta elevada correlación con las dimensiones de la planta. Se discute el significado de dichas modificaciones
