Gaya bahasa merupakan bentuk retorika, yaitu penggunaan kata-kata dalam berbicara dan menulis untuk mencari tahu apa yang ditulis atau dikatakan.Pengertian yang tersirat dalam sebuah kata itu mengandung makna bahwa tiap kata mengungkapkan sebuah gagasan atau sebuah ide. Atau dengan kata lain, kata-kata adalah alat penyalur gagasan yang akan disampaikan kepada orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan gaya bahasa metafora, hiperbola, dan personifikasi dalam tabloid Bola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah penelitian yang berusaha mengumpulkan data, menyusun data, menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata- kata tulisan yang berhubungan dengan masalah. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan kata, frasa, kalimat, atau paragraf yang terdapat dalam tabloid Bola yang mendukung tujuan penelitian. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah tabloid Bola yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah tabloid Bola terbitan bulan Oktober-Desember 2012 dan Januari-April 2013. A transversal alignment between measurements and enterprise architecture for early verification of telecom service design

International audienceEarly verification of Telecom Services (TS) at the design time helps an enterprise to avoid wasting of implementation cost and time. Simulation provides the designer with helpful feedbacks on TS design leaving the implementation and installation costs behind. Our objective in this paper is to present our approach to obtain valuable feedbacks from network simulators and relate them to the information from high abstract scenario of a TS. Relying on Model Driven Engineering discipline and Enterprise Architecture standard, we propose to associate measurement elements with the design ones of different abstraction levels. We implement a model transformation to generate automatically the configurations for NS-3 simulator as a test-bed for our case studies. We illustrate our approach with a video conference example, presenting the different abstract levels and their relationship with measurements

Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM) terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kota Medan

Perekonomian menjadi salah satu pilar utama dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hal ini telah banyak diketahui oleh pihak berkepentingan mengenai kedudukan perekonomian yang maju harus meliputi beberapa standarisasi yang mementingkan kebutuhan masyarakat seperti lowongan pekerjaan. Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara yang menerapkan otonomid daerah memiliki wewenang masing-masing untuk mencukupi keperluan masyarakat di tiap daerah. Pemerintah harus mampu membagi dan memanfaatkan potensi yang ada dalam wilayah tersebut agar hasil pertanian maupun hasil sumber daya alam mampu dimanfaatkan untuk umum. Kota Medan menjadi salah satu negara pengekspor rempah-rempah serta memiliki potensi UMKM yang cukup tinggi. Fenomena ini mendukung adanya keterkaitan antara pendapatan UMKM dengan pertumbuhan perekonomian di Kota Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengulas pendapatan UMKM di Kota Medan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keunggulan dari pendapatan UMKM yang memberikan sumbangsih positif pada pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat di Kota Medan. Masyarakat Kota Medan banyak mendirikan UMKM dengan harapan mampu menurunkan angka kemiskinan sehingga kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi mampu dikendalikan dengan baik

Implementasi Program Jakprenuer Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Perekonomian Umkm Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 (Studi Kasus Di Kecamatan Tanjung Priok Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara)

DKI Jakarta as one of the axis of national economic growth is certainly in the spotlight in economic development, one of which is in the growth sector of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The provincial government of DKI Jakarta is committed to developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the midst of the people of the capital. Integrated Entrepreneurship Program was initiated more than two years ago, and continues to be developed according to the dynamics of the MSME industry and market needs, where it listens to the aspirations of entrepreneurs. Present with the new brand called Jakprenuer, this program is expected to be a platform for creation, facility and collaboration  for  the  development  of  MSMEs  through  the  entrepreneurship ecosystem, such as start-ups, educational institutions and financing institutions. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Jakprenuer program as an effort to improve the economy of MSMEs in Tanjung Priok District during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as identify obstacles that arise and the efforts made to overcome them.This   descriptive   research   used   a   qualitative   method   based   on   the implementation theory of Edward III. Data were obtained through direct interviews with informants. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Jakprenuer program has been going well, although there are still some obstacles that must be overcome

. Application of Group Work Methods in Learning Indonesian to Content Reading Comprehension to Enhance Student Learning Outcomes Elementary School Fourth Grade Simpang Dua. The purpose of this study to improve student learning outcomes in reading comprehension materials by applying the method of group work. This research is a qualitative research study form a class action over the two cycles is collaborative with colleagues. The results showed that the first cycle is observed to increase by an average of 3.38 considered fairly and on the second cycle into 4 categorized either. The process of learning from cycle I to cycle II is an active student teachers' attention in the first cycle 70.58% to 94.11%. Active students work together in groups first cycle 52.94% to 88.23%. Students actively answering questions first cycle 29.41% to 64.70%. Students who are serious about the task cycle I 64.70%, increasing to 88.23%. Means that students who actively provide ideas in the first cycle increased to 47.05% and 88.23%
