ANALISIS PENGARUH TEMPERATUR TERHADAP LUBKRIKASI PADA MOULD DAN KUALITAS WHEEL PADA PROSES DIE CASTING

Pesawat terbang merupakan transportasi yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat, karena kenyamanan dan waktu penerbangan yang sangat singkat. Pada saat ini penguasaan teknologi rancang bangun di bidang kedirgantaraan sangatlah pesat contohnya saja bermunculan berbagai jenis pesawat terbang seperti Boeing series, Airbus Series, Bombardir Series, ATR Series, bahkan dalam negeri juga mempunyai pesawat tersendiri buatan PT Dirgantara Indonesia seperti CN (235,295,2235-200), NC212, Helikopter H21 Super Puma, N219, dan lain-lain. Aliran udara melewati fan blade pada pesawat terbang jenis BOEING 737-800NG dengan mesin CFM56-7B yang dianalisa menggunakan software CFD. Pada penelitian ini memfokuskan pengaruh ketinggian terhadap kecepatan, gaya dorong, dan gaya hambat pada aliran udara melewati fan blade dengan menggunakan software CFD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data langsung pada objek yang di analisis pada software CFD. Berdasarkan simulasi pada CFD dapat disimpulkan bahwa Velocity x dan pressure setelah melewati fan blade pada ketinggian 10.000 feet, masing-masing menghasilkan  m/s dan 64801.10 pa. Sedangkan berdasarkan ketinggian 20.000 feet, masing-masing menghasilkan  dan 30619,11 Pa. Pola aliran udara yang dibelakang   fan blade menghasilkan pola aliran udara laminar dan gaya dorong (thrust) dan gaya tahanan (drag) yang di hasilkan pada ketinggian 10.000 feet berturut-turut adalah 115120,442 N dan 12244,13N, dan pada ketinggian 20.000 feet adalah 134418,55 N dan 15965,3

Pengaruh Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Produktivitas Pekerja Pada Perusahaan Jasa Konsultan Kota Makassar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas pekerja pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Makassar. Dalam era modern, peran sumber daya manusia dianggap penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Produktivitas pekerja menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan perusahaan, dan faktor-faktor seperti budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan telah terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Masih terbatasnya penelitian pada perusahaan jasa konsultan, membuat peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan melibatkan tiga perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 responden (populasi karyawan) dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda pada SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pekerja. Variabel organisasi, terutama indikator inovasi dan pengambilan risiko, berpengaruh secara positif terhadap produktivitas pekerja. Namun, kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas pekerja dalam konteks perusahaan jasa konsultan di Kota Makassar. Kesimpulannya, organisasi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja di perusahaan jasa konsultan. KEBIASAAN MAKAN YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA PUTRI DI KABUPATEN BOGOR

This research aims was to study (1) food habits of adolescent girls; (2) the adolescent girls’ efforts in taking care of and obtaining reproductive health; and (3) the relation between food habits, school level, parent’s education level, and social economics level of family towardreproductive health of adolescent girls. This research was a cross-sectional study executed in class level of 1 and 2 of SMA Negeri I and SMP Negeri I of Dramaga District, in Bogor Regency in which 3 classes of each level so that totalize 12 classes.  The number of subject was 169 adolescent girls. The data was collected by interviews and filling up questioners on May through June 2008. The research result showed that food habit between adolescent girls of SMP and SMA was not different and both have not yet meet PUGS, especially still less in number consume of rice, animal products and plain water. Strive in overcoming the sigh appearance nearing and during menstruation which is often done by adolescent girls were by keeping it quiet, body massages, and lay down. Variables of eating frequency together with habitual of eating fruits, animal products, and sour or hot food during menstruation are significantly related with reproductive health of adolescent girls.

Developing Digital Sociology Module Based Multicultural for Students' Learning Outcomes Improvement

This study aimed to develop a digital sociology module based on multicultural learning to enhance students’ learning outcomes. The research followed the Research and Development method using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The population consisted of 473 students, and the sample included 194 students and four teachers selected purposively based on their previous experience in teaching sociology with a digital module. Data were collected through questionnaires, expert validation sheets, user assessment sheets, and interviews. The results indicated that all teachers had used the digital sociology module for improving learning outcomes, but not all of them utilized enrichment materials from the government. Additionally, teachers showed interest in further developing the digital sociology module based on multicultural learning. The expert validation revealed that the digital sociology module was feasible with a very good rating. Furthermore, based on limited trials with sociology teachers and students, the prototype was deemed feasible with a very good category. A recommendation for future researchers is to maximize the learning process on a larger scale by involving a combination of schools or institutions. Prediction of dry ice mass for firefighting robot actuation

The limitation in the performance of electric actuated firefighting robots in high- temperature fire environment has led to research on the alternative propulsion system for the mobility of firefighting robots in such environment. Capitalizing on the limitations of these electric actuators we suggested a gas-actua ted propulsion system in our earlier study. The propulsion system is made up of a pneumatic motor as the actuator (for the robot) and carbon dioxide gas (self-generated from dry ice) as the power source. To satisfy the consumption requirement (9cfm) of the motor for efficient actuation of the robot in the fire environment, the volume of carbon dioxide gas, as well as the corresponding mass of the dry ice that will produce the required volume for powering and actuation of the robot, must be determined . This article, therefore, presents the computation al analysis to predict the volumetric requirement and the dry ice mass sufficient to power a carbon dioxide gas propelled autonomous firefighting robot in a high-temperature environment. The governing equation of the sublimation of dry ice to carbon dioxide is established. An operating time of 2105.53 s and operating pressure rang es from 137.9kPa to 482.65kPa were achieved following the consumption rate of the motor. Thus, 8.85m 3 is computed as the volume requirement of the CAFFR while the corresponding dry ice mass for the CAFFR actuation ranges from 21.67kg to 75.83 kg depending on the operating pressure

Micro businesses contribute to the economy of families and the government, therefore there needs to be attention to business actors. With the development of business actors it will be able to help the government in absorbing labor and overcoming the problem of unemployment. The importance of business actors for the government is that steps can be taken by identifying the potential of business actors in their own regions. North Penajam Paser Regency is one of the districts in East Kalimantan which has business actors in various businesses. Business actors in North Penajam Paser district have problems related to knowledge in developing their businesses. This Community Service aims to increase knowledge of business actors in North Penajam Paser Regency so they can develop their businesses. The result of this service activity is that business actors understand the need to develop their business and know how to develop the business they already have.Usaha Mikro memberikan kontribusi pada perekonomian keluarga maupun pemerintah, oleh sebab itu perlu adanya perhatian terhadap pelaku usaha. Dengan berkembangnya pelaku usaha maka akan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan mengatasi masalah pengangguran. Pentingnya pelaku usaha bagi pemerintah, maka langkah yang dapat dilkukan dengan mengidentifikasi potensi-potensi yang pada pada pelaku usaha di daerah-daerahnya sendiri. Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Kalimantan Timur yang memiliki pelaku usaha di berbagai usaha. Pelaku usaha pada kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara memiliki masalah terkait pengetahuan dalam melakukan pengembangan usahanya. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan kepada pelaku usaha pada Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara untuk dapat mengembangkan usahanya. Perancangan Mesin Pemberi Pakan Otomatis Berbasis Iot (Internet of Things) Untuk Budidaya Ikan Sebagai Solusi Keamanan Pangan Dan Pemanfaatan Energi Berkelanjutan

Budidaya perikanan berperan penting dalam memperkuat ketahanan pangan nasional. Namun, tantangan seperti pengelolaan jadwal pemberian pakan yang teratur dan efisien masih dihadapi oleh pelaku budidaya ikan di Aceh. Dalam konteks ini, sebuah solusi diusulkan melalui perancangan mesin pemberi pakan otomatis berbasis IoT. Mesin ini memungkinkan pengawasan dan pengaturan jarak jauh terhadap pemberian pakan, yang tidak hanya mengurangi intervensi manusia tetapi juga membantu meminimalkan pemborosan pakan dan memastikan pemberian pakan yang tepat waktu. Dengan tambahan panel surya, mesin ini mampu menghasilkan energi sendiri, mendukung pemanfaatan energi terbarukan. Solusi ini memanfaatkan model manufaktur efisien dan mampu mengatasi kendala pertumbuhan ikan yang terganggu akibat pengelolaan pakan yang tidak teratur. Selain manfaat langsung bagi hasil panen ikan, produk ini juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan nelayan mitra. Melalui langkah-langkah seperti pengajuan hak kekayaan intelektual dan pemantauan oleh tim pengusul, diharapkan produk ini dapat berkontribusi pada ketahanan pangan dan berkelanjutan di Aceh.
