Analisis Non Performing Loan pada PT Panin Bank Tbk

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalsis tingkat Non Performing Loan (NPL) dimana membandingkan tingkat kredirt bermaslah (kredit kurang lancar,diragukan dan macet) dengan Total Kredit pada PT Panin Bank Tbk dimana semakin tinggi nilai Non Performing Loan (NPL) maka semakin buruk pengelolaan kredit begitu juga sebaliknya apabila nilai Non Performing Loan rendah pengelolaan kredit semakin baik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 tahun dan sampel dalam penelitian ini selama 9 tahun mulai 2010 sampai tahun 2018 dengan sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Uji statistik mengunakan SPSS v 21 dengan teknik analsisis data menggunakan metode one sample t-test. hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa non performig loan  pada PT Panin Bank Tbk dikatakan sehat. Ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan dan penyaluran kredit yang diberikan oleh PT Panin Bank Tbk sudah baik dan berada dibawah ketetapan umum oleh Bank Indonesia

A REVIEW OF THE INTEGRATION OF LOCAL WISDOM IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING IN 5.0 SOCIETY ERA

This article discusses about how to implement local wisdom  in English language teaching.  One of the burning issues in global science and education which have been begun since five years ago is about local wisdom.  This issue is predicted to be the wise way to overcome some problems in human life such as economics, education, politics and social life for the future especially in 5.0 society era.  The scientific rason for using local wisdom is all people have their own way and belief to manage their life based on their culture.  It can create their own identity and personality.  In language teaching for example, the practitioners have ignored the use of local wisdom.  Teachers just teach all about the target language without considering the local culture and local wisdom.  For the society of 5.0. it is suggested to use the local wisdom in language teaching in order to preserve our culture and to create our national identity and character

Collegiality in Improving the Quality of Learning: Case Study of Lecturers and Teacher Partnership Program at Junior High School of Cokroaminoto Palopo

Through the Lecturer and Teacher Partnership Program, this study attempts to determine the effect of collegiality in raising the standard of instruction at SMP Cokroaminoto Palopo. This descriptive and observation to data. The findings showed that the plan, do, and see phases of lesson study implementation were divided into four cycles. From the stage of creating learning to the level of implementation in the classroom, these three stages are interconnected. The study’s version of collegiality also involves instructors and lecturers planning lessons in accordance with the challenges and educational needs faced by Cokroaminoto Palopo Middle School. Observations’ findings indicate that the learning designs created by lecturers and teachers have a favorable effect on the standard of learning in the classroom

Efektivitas Psikoedukasi terhadap, penyesuaian diri anak binaan Lapas kelas 1 Makassar

Anak lapas digolongkan ke dalam golongan anak rentan yang diamanatkan dalam undang-undang wajib diberikan perlindungan khusus yakni Pasal 59 UU No.23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Namun salah satu Hak yang semestinya diperoleh dan sangat penting tidak diberikan yakni pelayanan konseling dikarenakan tidak adanya staf ahli unutuk layanan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas psikoedukasi terhadap peningkatan penyesuaian diri anak binaan Lapas kelas 1 Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian quasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tahanan anak Lapas kelas 1 Makassar dengan kasus pencurian sebanyak 23 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test dengan bantuan SPSS 21.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan Asymp. Sig. sebesar 0, dengan nilai signifikansi (p = 0,000 < 0,005). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi efektif terhadap peningkatan penyesuaian diri anak binaan Lapas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu sebagai acuan bagi Lapas dalam menerapkan sistem pembinaan yakni memfasilitasi layanan psikologi dengan memberikan layanan psikoedukasi terhadap warga binaan Lapas khususnya Anak-anak. PERTOLONGAN PERTAMA PENANGANAN TERSEDAK PADA ANAK PRA SEKOLAH

Penyempitan&nbsp; jalan&nbsp; napas bisa berakibat fatal jika itu mengarah pada gangguan serius oksigenasi dan ventilasi. Kondisi tersedak pada anak dapat menimbulkan situasi kegawatdaruratan respirasi yang jika tidak ditangani dengan segera dapat mengancam jiwa ataupun kecacatan anak. Penanganan yang dilakukan biasanya berhasil dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup sebesar 95%. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mengetahui dan mengaplikasikan prosedur pertolongan pertama pada anak tersedak (choking). Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan ceramah, demonstrasi dengan alat peraga dan tanya jawab. Peran Internet terhadap Pemahaman Siswa pada Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI)

The development of the internet in the world from day to day is getting more advanced, it can be said that everyone already knows what the internet is and the function of the internet itself. The use of the internet is also influential in the world of education, because the internet is able to facilitate learning, starting from making it easier for students to browse learning materials, utilizing social media for discussion, and so on. At first, they were not very active in using the internet, but since the Covid-19, the use of the internet has become more pronounced. The internet is used for online learning, due to conditions that do not allow face-to-face learning. From the use of the internet, the writer wants to know whether there is a role for the internet on students' understanding. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the internet in facilitating students' understanding of Islamic Cultural History (SKI). There are several problems that the authors found, including how the role of the internet facilitates students' understanding of the history of Islamic culture, the supporting and inhibiting factors, and the teacher's efforts in implementing the internet. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research in which the author wants to accurately describe the role of the internet on students' understanding and after the author conducted research, the results showed that the internet played a very important role in student understanding, where students could access material using the internet, facilitating learning during the pandemic , access video lessons and discuss via social media

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui Metode Eksperimen Dalam Pembelajaran IPA Di Kelas V SDN Meselesek

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Meselesek melalui penerapan metode eksperimen pada pembelajaran IPA.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research ) yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, masing – masing siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Setiap siklus dilakukan 2 kali pertemuan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Meselesek dengan jumlah siswa 16 orang yang terdiri dari 8 siswa laki – laki dan 8 siswa perempuan. Pada siklus I pertemuan I dari 16 siswa yang mengikuti tes formatif, terdapat 9 siswa ( 56,25 %) yang tidak tuntas dan pertemuan II terdapat 7 siswa ( 43,75 % ) yang tidak tuntas, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode eksperimen belum berhasil sehingga perlu dilakukan refleksi untuk ditindaklanjuti pada siklus II. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus II guru lebih giat dalam membimbing dan mengarahkan siswa dalam melakukan eksperimen. Hasil tes formatif siklus II pertemuan I masih terdapat 2 siswa ( 12,5% ) yang belum tuntas dan pada pertemuan II terdapat 16 siswa (100 %) berhasil tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Meselesek pada mata pelajaran IPA

Implementasi Pendidikan Akhlak dalam Membentuk Kepribadian Muslim Peserta Didik

This study aims to (1) find out the moral education program in shaping the Muslim personality of students (2) find out the implementation of moral education in shaping the Muslim personality of students (3) find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of moral education. This study uses a qualitative approach. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study reveal that: (1) Moral education programs are generally divided into two activities, namely intracurricular and extracurricular. (2) The implementation of moral education through moral education programs in intracurricular and extracurricular activities is realized in the form of programs and activities divided into four types, namely daily programs and activities, weekly programs and activities, monthly programs and activities, annual programs and activities. (3) The supporting factors for the implementation of moral education in shaping the Muslim personality of students are motivation, facilities and infrastructure, and the role of the principal. In this case, to optimize the results of the moral education program in shaping the personality of Muslim students, there must be good cooperation and responsibility between foundations, principals, teachers, students, supporting facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor for the implementation of moral education in shaping the personality of students is the lack of student awareness

ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENERAPAN AKUNTANSI BERBASIS AKRUAL PADA DINAS PARIWISATA DAN EKONOMI KREATIF PROVINSI NTT

This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of regulatory development on the application of accrual-based government accounting standards; the effect of information systems on the application of accrual-based government accounting standards; and the influence of the quality of human resources on the application of accrual-based government accounting standards. Especially at the works units and examine the various factors that exist at the tourism and creative economics department of east Nusa Tenggara province from human factors thought to have an influence on the level implementation of accrual accounting. The human factors include level of education employees, employees training and the quality of information technology. The data collected were processed using questionnaires and purposive sampling technique with the criteria of bachelor degree or associate degree, working above four years and permanent employees. A total&nbsp; of 67 samples using tolerance error 10 percent became 40 samples. The multiple data analysis technique using statistic application SPSS 25.0. The result of this study indicate that the implementation of accrual accounting at the tourism and creative economics department of east Nusa Tenggara province is still low.
