Educación sexual en pisos tutelados de personas con discapacidad intelectual en Navarra

Los pisos tutelados para personas con discapacidad intelectual tienen el fin de promover y mantener la autonomía y la inclusión en la sociedad. En estos pisos es habitual el uso de la escala INICO, que se rige por el concepto de calidad de vida planteado por Verdugo y Gutiérrez (2009). Esta escala contempla en uno de sus bloques la satisfacción sexual. Sin embargo ¿Cuentan las profesionales con conocimientos adecuado para valorar este ítem y atender a la sexualidad de las personas usuarias? ¿Cuentan estas con la información y los apoyos necesarios para comprender y satisfacer las dimensiones de la sexualidad? Mediante entrevistas realizadas a profesionales de pisos tutelados de 3 organizaciones de Navarra, se pretende dar respuesta de forma generalizada a estas preguntas. Así como a temas transversales en cuanto a la sexualidad y la discapacidad como son: el pudor, la autonomía y autodeterminación, la identidad de género y orientación sexual, las relaciones personales y el papel de las familias en la adquisición de los conocimientos y actitudes hacia la sexualidad.Desgaitasun intelektuala duten pertsonentzako tutoretzapeko pisuak, autonomia eta gizartean inklusioa eragin eta mantentzeko helburua dute. In these accommodations, it is usual the use of the INICO scale, which follows the concept of life quality proposed by Verdugo and Gutiérrez (2009). Do users have the information and supports needed to understand and fulfill the dimensions of sexuality? To provide a generalized answer to these questions, interviews have been carried out with three apartments in three different organizations in Navarre. Reinventing the Panopticon: from the Bentham's prison to cultural spaces in Spain

A través de este estudio hemos querido mostrar diferentes casos, dentro del marco español, de cómo el Panóptico está muy presente en la actualidad gracias a su conversión en distintos tipos de espacio cultural, consiguiendo así su conservación. Pero no era una de las ideas que Jeremy Bentham barajaba cuando empezó a vislumbrar su “prisión perfecta”. El filósofo inglés pensaba que su peculiar edificio podría servir principalmente como una cárcel, aunque también como un hospital, un colegio o una fábrica; pero nunca imaginaría que uno de los usos más habituales y perdurables haya sido como un museo.This study aims to show the current relevance of the Panopticon analyzing different Spanish cases that have been converted into several types of cultural spaces, which have achieved their conservation. This was not one of the ideas that Jeremy Bentham considered as he began to envision his "perfect prison". Analysis of professional role of women and men in Spanish advertising agencies: perception and integration of equal opportunities

El colectivo femenino tiene una alta representatividad en las agencias de publicidad españolas. En un contexto cada vez más global, la necesidad de lograr la paridad en el ámbito laboral es una cuestión de alta relevancia, ya que en muchos casos las mujeres publicistas se ven obligadas a renunciar a promocionar ante la imposibilidad de compatibilizar esta tarea con el espacio privado. Esta investigación muestra una radiografía de situación y del papel que desempeña la mujer en el seno de las principales agencias de publicidad españolas y, de un modo más concreto, aquéllas que están integradas en la AEACP, un total de 32. El método elegido para realizar el estudio ha sido la encuesta, orientada a la plantilla de personas trabajadoras de las mencionadas entidades. Los resultados ponen de manifiesto que existe un alto volumen de mujeres trabajadoras, que generalmente ocupan puestos de base frente a sus compañeros varones.Female has a high representation in the Spanish advertising agencies. However, management positions are occupied by men. In an increasingly global context, the need to achieve parity in the workplace is a matter of high relevance, since in many cases women advertisers are forced to give up promoting because it is impossible to reconcile this task with space private. This research shows an image of the situation and the role of women in the main Spanish advertising agencies, and, more specifically, those that are integrated in the AEACP (Spanish Association of Communication Advertising Agencies), which are a total of 32. The method chosen to carry out the study has been the survey, oriented to the workforce of the workers mentioned above. The results show, among other things, that there is a high volume of female workers, who generally hold senior positions with their male counterparts. In addition, staff are unaware, among other things, of the measures taken by the agency to enforce the law in terms of equal opportunities.Ciencias de la Comunicació

ESTUDIO DEL EFECTO INFORMATIVO DEL ANUNCIO DE BENEFICIOS TRIMESTRALES

In this research we investigate whether quarterly earnings announcements are informative using awide sample of firms listed in the Spanish Stock Market (SIBE). We study the period comprised between thethird quarterly of 2002 and the fourth quarterly of 2003. We analyse whether abnormal returns are related tothe quarter in which the announcement is released, whether the announcement implies good or bad news forthe firm, the source of the information, the size of the firm and whether the firm is followed by analysts.Results show that quarterly earnings announcements are informative. We also obtain evidence of a possibleuse of insider information in the case of the announcements disclosed in the first quarterly of the year, thoserelated to small firms and to firms not followed by analysts. Se pretende comprobar si el anuncio de beneficios trimestrales tiene contenido informativo a través del estudio de la rentabilidad de títulos cotizados en el mercado continuo español para el período que abarca del tercer trimestre del 2000 al cuarto trimestre del 2002. Se analiza la presencia de rentabilidades anormales con la metodología del suceso y se incide en diferentes aspectos como son: el trimestre al que el anuncio hace referencia, el carácter positivo o negativo del beneficio, la fuente de información, el tamaño de la empresa y si se trata de una empresa seguida por analistas financieros o no. El cimborrio en la arquitectura española de la Edad Media a la Edad Moderna. Diseño y construcción

En 1509, Íñigo López de Mendoza, II conde de Tendilla, explicaba que la inclusión del cimborrio en la Capilla Real de Granada era una cosa que da[ba] mucha vista y ahermosea[ba] en gran manera la Capilla y [hacía] el edificio real y magnifico. Para esas fechas tempranas del siglo XVI, el cimborrio se había convertido en un elemento dignificador de la arquitectura religiosa. Al alarde técnico que suponía su construcción, se unía su doble funcionalidad en el templo, ya que permitía aumentar la iluminación interior de los edificios -se trataba, en última instancia, de una figura de luces, tal y como lo definirá Simón García años más tarde-, que servía, a su vez, para subrayar el eje central del espacio religioso allí donde se cruzaban los brazos de la cruz. Estas razones prácticas y simbólicas favorecieron la construcción de este tipo de estructuras en toda la Europa cristiana a lo largo de la Edad Media y parte de la Moderna. El fenómeno también puede observarse en la Península Ibérica, donde comienza muy pronto, y se prolonga hasta fechas muy avanzadas. Trataremos de seguirlo a través de los ejemplos -y de los diseños- conservados. Íñigo Lopez of Mendoza, the Second count of Tendilla, explained in1509 that the inclusion of the cimborio (crossingtower) in the Royal Chapel of Granada was a thing that gives many sight and embellishes in great way the Chapel and this inclusion transformed the building in to royal and magnificent. At the seearly dates of the 16th century, the cimborio had become a dignifying element of the religious architecture. The advantages were undoubted. First, the technical ostentation that supposed its construction. In addition, it had a double functionality in the temple, since it was allowing to increase the interior lighting and serves to underline the central axis of the religious space where the two parts of the cross were crossing. These practical and symbolic reasons favored the construction of this type of structures throughout the whole Christian Europe during the Middle Ages and part of the Modern one. The phenomenon can also be observed in the Iberian Peninsula; there it begins very early, and continues until very advanced dates. We’ll try to follow it through the examples -and of the designs- preserved

Tectono-thermal evolution in a region with thin-skinned tectonics: the western nappes in the Cantabrian Zone (Variscan belt of NW Spain)

The palaeotemperature distribution in the transition from diagenesis to metamorphism in the western nappes of the Cantabrian Zone (Somiedo, La Sobia and Aramo Units) are analysed by conodont colour alteration index (CAI) and illite crystallinity (IC). Structural and stratigraphic control in distribution of CAI and IC values is observed. Both CAI and IC value distributions show that anchizonal conditions are reached in the lower part of the Somiedo Unit. A disruption of the thermal trend by basal thrusts is evidenced by CAI and IC values. There is an apparent discrepancy between the IC and CAI values in carboniferous rocks of the Aramo Unit; the IC has mainly anchizonal values, whereas the CAI has diagenetic values. Discrepant IC values are explained as a feature inherited from the source area. In the Carboniferous rocks of the La Sobia Unit, both IC and CAI indicate diagenetic conditions. The anchimetamorphism predated completion of emplacement of the major nappes; it probably developed previously and/or during the early stages of motion of the units. Temperature probably decreased when the metamorphosed zones of the sheets rose along ramps and were intensely eroded. In the context of the Iberian Variscan belt, influence of tectonic factors on the metamorphism is greater in the internal parts, where the strain and cleavage are always present, than in the external parts (Cantabrian Zone), where brittle deformation and rock translation are dominant, with an increasing role of the burial on the metamorphism
