    子どもを持ち仕事を続ける夫婦が執る育児・家事行動に関する研究(その1)

    With recent increase in the employment rate of women, the numbers of women working after marriage and having babies are increasing. For management of their work and family life, the husband\u27s cooperation is indispensable. Studies on fathers have been recently increasing, but they are still are insufficient compared to those on mothers. In this study, we investigated the involvement of couples and their task share in childcare and housework using questionnaires of 135 couples whose children were cared for in 3 nurseries in Toyama Prefecture, and analyzed differences in recognition between fathers and mothers. Of the women in their 30s who cared for their children, the traditional concept of GENDER (husband dominance, man- dominance, work for men and housework for women) was considered to be wrong m 31.9% partially right in 59.3% largely right in 7.4%, and right in 1.5%. Their working types were part-time jobs (26.2%), self-employment (11.1%), and full-time jobs (62.2%). After day nurseries, some women asked their mother-in-law or own mother to care for their children, and a small number of mother utilized prolonged care in the nurseries. Husbands were found to be more involved in playing and chatting with children, cuddling, sending the children to the nurseries and collecting, and shopping than in order childcare and household work, but none of them reached the levels that their wives expected.近年, 女性の就業承が高まり, 結婚・出産後も継続して働く,人,が増えている.そのような中で女性が仕事と家庭をうまく両立させていくためには, 夫の協力が不可欠である.最近, 父親研究が脚光を浴びはじめたものの, 母親研究ほど十分には行なわれていない.本研究は, 富山県内3ヶ所の保育施設に子どもを預けている135組の夫婦の日常から両者の育児・家事への関わりと分担の実像を探り, それに対する両者間の認識について調査し, 分析したものである.その結果, 現在子育て中の30代の女性は, 『ジェンダー』(伝統的性別認識による夫中心, 男性上位, 男は仕事・女は家庭)に対する考え方について, 「全然思わない」と答えた人が31.9%, 「いくらかそう思う」人が59.3%, 「かなりそうだと思う」人が7.4%, 「全くそうだと思う」1.5%であった.母親の就業形態は, パート勤務が26.2%, 自営業が11.1%, フルタイム勤務の人が62.2%あり, この人たちは, 保育所終了後は夫の母や実家の母に子どもを見てもらっており, 少数だが延長保育を利用している人もあった.夫の育児・家事に関わる行動では, 子どもの遊びの相手や話し相手, 抱っこ, 保育園の送り迎えと買い物に比較的多く関わりが見られたものの, 妻の期待するレベルまでにはどの項目も到達していない状況にあることが分かった

    Bioprospecção de isolados de Trichoderma spp. para o controle de Rhizoctonia solani na produção de mudas de pepino

    The objective of this work was to select and identify Trichoderma spp. isolates for the control of Rhizoctonia solani (AG-4) damping-off on cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings, as well as to evaluate the effects of increasing concentrations and different combinations of the most effi cient isolates in the disease control. The experiments were carried out in a greenhouse with 490 isolates. The disease on cucumber seedlings was evaluated one week after the application of a commercial substrate infested with both antagonist (1%) and pathogen (1%) to the seedlings’ root collar. The twelve isolates that conferred more than 85% of disease reduction were further evaluated in pathogen control (1%) at the concentrations 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4%. The effect of combining fi ve of the most promising isolates in disease control was also evaluated. The most effective isolates were identifi ed through the sequencing of the ribosomal internal transcribed spacers (ITS) region. Out of the 490 isolates tested 44 (9%) caused reduction of damping-off. Antagonist concentrations higher than 2% conferred the most effective disease control. Only two combinations of isolates resulted in increased disease control. The most effective isolates were identifi ed as T. hamatum (IB08, IB30, IB60), T. harzianum (IB34, IB35), T. atroviride (IB13), T. spirale (IB16, IB24) and T. asperellum (IB44). Os experimentos foram conduzidos em casa de vegetação, com 490 isolados. O tombamento das mudas foi avaliado uma semana após a aplicação à base das plântulas de substrato infestado com antagonista (1%) e patógeno (1%). Os doze isolados que proporcionaram mais de 85% de redução da doença foram testados em concentrações crescentes para o controle do patógeno (1%): 0,5, 1, 2, 3 e 4%. Também foi avaliado o efeito das combinações dos cinco isolados mais promissores. Os isolados mais efetivos foram identifi cados pelo sequenciamento da região espaçadores internos transcritos (ITS) do DNA ribossômico. Dos 490 isolados testados 44 (9%) reduziram o tombamento. As concentrações de antagonistas superiores a 2% foram as mais efetivas no controle da doença. Apenas duas combinações resultaram no aumento do controle da doença. Os isolados mais efetivos foram identifi cados como T. hamatum (IB08, IB30, IB60), T. harzianum (IB34, IB35), T. atroviride (IB13), T. spirale (IB16, IB24) e T. asperellum (IB44).     高校生における異文化体験と国際的資質の関連 : 海外研修旅行の効果

    本研究の目的は, 日本の高校生を対象に,国際的資質が海外研修旅行における異文化体験へ与える影響を検討することであった。3か国のうち1か国を選択して海外研修旅行を経験した高校生158人に対し,国際的資質および異文化体験を測定する賀問紙調査を実施した。その結呆,旅行後の国際的資質が有意に高まったが,その効果量は低かった。また異文化に対する認識の肯定的変化は,旅行の結果高まったほか,旅行前の国際的資質に強く影響受けることが明らかとなった。教育効果の検証における個人要因導入の必要性について考察された。The purpose of this study was lo examine the impact of international disposition on cross-cultural experiences in an oversea school trip among Japanese high school students. 158 high school students who participated in one in three foreign countries\u27 trip answered the questionnaire regarding international disposition and cross-cultural experiences. The results showed that scores of international disposition significantly increased but the effect sizes were moderate. Positively changes of the realization toward other countries also increased and were positively influenced by international disposition before the trip. Application of individual factors to the examination of the teaching effectiveness was discussed

    In recent years, there has been increasing demand for miniaturized analytical instruments that allow immediate on-site analysis. We have been developing a portable HPLC system consisting of a column-integrated chip and a compact, low-power electroosmotic flow pump. This study aims to extend the versatility of the portable HPLC system with a further reduction of the overall system size, and thus we constructed a UV absorbance detection module that can be mounted to the column-integrated chip. For this detection module, a UV light-emitting diode (peak wavelength = 255 nm) and photodiode were used as a light source and photodetector, and a system to control their operation and process the signals was also constructed. The developed detection module exhibited excellent performances as an HPLC detector.近年,サンプリングした現場で即時に分析が可能な小型分析装置の需要が高まっている.著者らは,小型・低電力の電気浸透流ポンプとカラム内蔵チップからなる小型HPLCシステムの開発に取り組んできた.本研究では,小型HPLCシステム全体のさらなる小型化を目指しながら検出における汎用性を拡張するため,カラム内蔵チップに適用可能で,汎用性が高い紫外吸光度検出モジュールを構築した.そのために光源及び受光器に深紫外発光ダイオード(ピーク発光波長255 nm)及びフォトダイオードを用いるとともに,これらの動作を制御し,信号を処理するシステムも構築した.さらに,検出モジュールが市販分光光度計並みの感度を持ち,良好にクロマトグラム測定ができることを実証した
