    . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap Employee Engagement di PT. Solid Logistics. Teori Komunikasi Internal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada pendapat Lawrence. Brennan (1960) sedangkan untuk Employee Engagement berdasarkan pandangan dari William H. Macey (2009). Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Solid Logistics. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi kepustakaan, dan data-data Perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan secara kuantitatif dan dinarasikan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement di PT. Solid Logistics

    Keberhasilan pengembangan UKM sentra pengolahan kerupuk ikan dan udang di Indramayu ditentukan oleh faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal. Berdasarkan modelresource based, faktor internal yang berupa sumber daya, kapabilitas, dan kompetensi inti yang menentukan keberhasilan UKM sentra pengolahan kerupuk ikan dan udang di Indramayu agar dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meraih keunggulan kompetitif. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untukmenganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan UKM sentra pengolahan kerupuk ikan dan udang di Indramayu. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan metode SSM (Soft SystemMethodology) didapatkan hasil bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan UKM sentra pengolahan kerupuk ikan dan udang di Indramayu adalah (1) menentukan strategi, (2) melaksanakan produksi, (3) melaksanakan litbang dan inovasi, dan (4) melaksanakan pemasaran. Hasil analisis terhadap keempat model perilaku strategis pemilik USAha tersebut menunjukkan adanya interaksi timbal Balik di antara keempat model tersebut dan tingkat interaksi ini mengindikasikan dinamika dan kompleksitas perilaku strategis pemilik USAha tersebut dalam membangun keunggulan kompetitifnya. Hal ini berarti bahwa perilakuperilaku tersebut dapat secara efektif mendukung Perusahaan untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif

    The hypoglycemic effect of Juglans regia leaves aqueous extract in diabetic patients: A first human trial

    BACKGROUND: Juglans regia L. (J. regia ) is one of the medicinal plants traditionally used for treatment of diabetes in Iranian medicine. The effect of this plant has already been investigated on animal models; however, this is the first study conducted on human subjects. The aim of this study is to investigate the hypoglycemic effect of J. regia leaves aqueous extract in type 2 diabetes patients. Fifty eight Iranian male and female patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled. The patients were randomly allocated into two groups. One group (n = 30) received J. regia leaves extract while the other group (n = 28) received placebo. Fasting blood samples were collected at the beginning of the study and after two months for determination of HbA1c and blood glucose level as a main outcome and insulin, SGOT, SGPT, and ALP level as secondary outcome. RESULTS: Our analysis showed that serum fasting HbA1C and blood glucose levels were significantly decreased and the insulin level was increased in patients in the J. regia arm. CONCLUSIONS: The results indicate that J. regia aqueous extract favorably affects blood levels of glucose, insulin and HbA1C in type 2 diabetic patients

    Globalisasi yang pesat dalam lingkungan bisnis telah meningkatkan interaksi antara berbagai budaya, yang menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang unik dalam konteks organisasi. Penelitian ini menelaah perbedaan budaya antara Jerman dan Indonesia, dengan fokus pada gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana perbedaan budaya ini mempengaruhi praktik bisnis di kedua negara. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka, dengan menganalisis data sekunder dari buku, jurnal, dan laporan ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan budaya yang signifikan: kepemimpinan di Jerman menekankan tanggung jawab individu, komunikasi yang faktual, dan penyelesaian masalah teknis, sementara kepemimpinan di Indonesia lebih hierarkis, dengan penekanan pada menjaga harmoni dan rasa hormat. Perbedaan dalam gaya komunikasi dan kepemimpinan ini dapat menimbulkan tantangan dalam organisasi multikultural, namun juga menawarkan peluang untuk inovasi dan peningkatan produktivitas jika dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan budaya sangat penting untuk kolaborasi lintas budaya yang efektif, serta memberikan keunggulan kompetitif dalam bisnis globa

    The focus of this research is to describe the development of innovations in the Ministry of State Secretariat (Kemensetneg) from the perspective of Knowledge Management including the factors that influence it. This study uses a post-positivism approach with qualitative data collection methods, which result show that the development of innovations in the Ministry of State Secretariat has been going well, judging from the context of Socializaton, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization (SECI). Factors influencing the development of innovation are the existence of strong and effective leadership, the availability of human resources as a lever of change, organizational culture and policies that support innovation, and the supply and use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a driving factor.     The Cabinet Secretariat is one of the institutions within the Presidency whose job is to provide support for the management of the cabinet to the President and Vice President in administering government. The duties of the Cabinet Secretariat, based on Presidential Regulation Number 55 of 2020 concerning the Cabinet Secretariat, are the newest duties and roles that the Cabinet Secretariat has after it continues to change every time there is a change in national leadership. This research discusses the organizational transformation of the Cabinet Secretariat under six presidents (Suharto, Habibie, Abdurrahman Wahid, Megawati, Yudhoyono, and Jokowi). The results of this study indicate that the organization of the Cabinet Secretariat changes every time there is a change of President, with significant changes seen after 2019, namely the Cabinet Secretariat is no longer specifically an institution that provides support in the field of legislation to the President, as was the task of the Cabinet Secretariat since the New Order era in 1960s. The organizational arrangement of the Cabinet Secretariat was greatly influenced by the situation that occurred (particularly political considerations) when the organizational arrangement was carried out

    Public Service Innovation Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology in the Protection of Citizens Abroad: A Comparative Study of Indonesia and Singapore

    Digital transformation in public service has encouraged governments to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance service effectiveness and responsiveness, including in the context of protecting citizens abroad. This study compares Indonesia’s digital innovation through the Portal Peduli WNI and Singapore’s Digital Consular Services (DCS), focusing on technological integration, system design, and protection effectiveness. The research adopts a qualitative-descriptive approach using document analysis and in-depth interviews with officials from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia and Singapore. The analysis covers ten key aspects: system architecture, functions, technological infrastructure, inter-agency integration, proactive services, scalability and connectivity, key features, system orientation, emergency coordination, national system integration, and data utilization. The findings reveal that Singapore's DCS is structurally and functionally more advanced. It is designed with a modular, cloud-based architecture, integrated with national platforms such as SingPass and MyInfo, and equipped with predictive analytics, automated notifications, and digital case management. In contrast, Indonesia's Portal Peduli WNI remains reactive, lacks comprehensive integration, and has yet to support real-time, data-driven service automation. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of adopting a whole-of-government approach, improving system interoperability, and applying AI to detect risks and accelerate emergency response for Indonesian citizens abroad. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for more inclusive, responsive, and sustainable digital public service reform in Indonesia

    Developing a Village Financial Governance Model: A Case Study of Maitara Tengah Village, Tidore Islands City, Indonesia

    This study explores the development of a village financial governance model in Indonesia, with a specific focus on Maitara Tengah Village, Tidore Islands City. It addresses four critical issues commonly encountered in village financial management: lack of transparency, weak accountability, limited community participation, and inadequate financial planning and reporting capacity. Employing a qualitative methodology, data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document analysis conducted between 2022 and 2024. The findings reveal that the effective use of village funds is constrained by limited administrative capacity, poor regulatory enforcement, and largely symbolic participatory mechanisms. To address these challenges, the research proposes a context-sensitive governance model that integrates principles of good governance, collaborative planning, and adaptive institutional design. The model aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and participatory engagement while accommodating the unique socio-cultural and geographic characteristics of remote and island communities. This study contributes to the broader discourse on village autonomy and decentralized rural development by offering a scalable and inclusive governance framework suited to the Indonesian context

The results suggest that the Tanjungpinang City Government build integration between all SKPDs in Tanjungpinang to participate in developing Tanjungpinang City tourism and create cooperation between the tourism golden triangle of the Riau Islands, namely Bintan, Batam and Tanjungpinang to build better tourism
