Effect of the intermediate velocity emissions on the quasi-projectile properties for the Ar+Ni system at 95 A.MeV

The quasi-projectile (QP) properties are investigated in the Ar+Ni collisions at 95 A.MeV taking into account the intermediate velocity emission. Indeed, in this reaction, between 52 and 95 A.MeV bombarding energies, the number of particles emitted in the intermediate velocity region is related to the overlap volume between projectile and target. Mean transverse energies of these particles are found particularly high. In this context, the mass of the QP decreases linearly with the impact parameter from peripheral to central collisions whereas its excitation energy increases up to 8 A.MeV. These results are compared to previous analyses assuming a pure binary scenario

Acceptance Mindfulness-Trait as a Protective Factor for Post-Natal Depression: A Preliminary Research

(1) Background: the prevalence of postnatal depression (PND) reaches up to 20%. PND could be based on the interaction between a psychological vulnerability and chronic stress that pregnancy would activate. Vulnerability factors reflect a psychological profile mirroring mindfulness-trait (MT). A high level of MT is associated with an efficient regulation of both physiological and psychological stress, especially negative moods. Interestingly, mindfulness level can be improved by program based on mindfulness meditation. We hypothesize that MT is a protective factor for PND. We also postulate that negative moods increase during the pregnancy for women who develop a PND after delivery (2) Methods: we conducted a multicentric prospective longitudinal study including 85 women during their first trimester of their pregnancy and 72 from the childbirth to the baby’s first birthday”. At the inclusion, presence and acceptance of MT and various variables of personality and of psychological functioning were assessed. Mood evolution was monitored each month during the pregnancy and a delivery trauma risk was evaluated after delivery. PND detection was carried out at 48 h, 2, 6 and 12 months after the delivery with the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale with a screening cut-off >11. (3) Results: high-acceptance MT is a protective factor for PND (OR: 0.79). Women without PND displayed less negative mood during pregnancy (p < 0.05 for Anxiety, Confusion and Anger). (4) Conclusions: these results suggest the value of deploying programs to enhance the level of mindfulness, especially in its acceptance dimension, before, during and after pregnancy, to reduce the risk of PND. © 2022 by the authors. Recherche sur les micro-fêlures dentinaires apicales après mise en forme canalaire

Dentin microcracks caused by root canal shaping have been the subject of numerous studies in recent years, with different methodologies, mostly destructive as the sectionning method. New methods such as MicroCT have emerged and are now considered as the gold standard, but are not easy to perform. In this study, a methodology was developed taking into account the different biases present in previous studies; and new elements influencing the appearance of microcracks have been highlighted. Two instruments were compared: WaveOne and Protaper Next.Les micro-fêlures dentinaires causées par la mise en forme ont fait l’objet de nombreuses études ces dernières années, avec des méthodologies différentes pour la plupart destructrices comme la méthode de section à la scie. Based on interviews with fathers who have been on maternity leave, the book surveys the pratical modes of father's function as well as the male and the female identifications when mother's and father's roles are reversed. While family roles are mostly determined by economic and social variables, identifications and father's function are first determined by the specific history of each and everyone.A partir d'entretiens avec des pères ayant pris un congé parental d'éducation, sont étudiées les modalités d'exercice de la fonction paternelle et les identifications féminines et masculines lorsqu 'il y a inversion des rôles maternel et paternel. Si les rôles familiaux sont déterminés principalement par des variables économiques et sociales, les identifications et la fonction paternelle sont déterminées d'abord par l'histoire singulière de chacun.Hurstel Françoise. Intérêt général et gestion privée : partenaires incompatibles ?

Alors que les années 80 et 90 sont marquées par le désengagement de l'Etat dans la vie économique, on peut se demander si le mouvement n'a pas été trop fort et s'il a toujours été suffisamment réfléchi. Les Etats concernés ont-ils toujours accordé aux missions de service public qui leur incombent et au rôle primordial qu'ils doivent jouer dans la défense de l'intérêt général l'attention nécessaire ? La question qui se poserait serait alors celle des moyens. Ceux proposés par le droit des sociétés, à savoir la participation de l'Etat au capital de sociétés et la détention de l'action spécifique, montrent leurs limites. Dans ces conditions, peut-être convient-il de rappeler les avantages offerts par les solutions du droit administratif, qui par le biais de la délégation de service public, permettent à l'Etat de confier la gestion des services publics à des opérateurs privés tout en conservant un étroit contrôle sur cette gestion.Hurstel Daniel.
