Project of the underwater system for chemical threat detection
In this article we describe a novel method for the detection of explosives
and other hazardous substances in the marine environment using neutron
activation. Unlike the other considered methods based on this technique we
propose to use guides forneutron and gamma quanta which speeds up and
simplifies identification. Moreover, it may provide a determination of the
density distribution of a dangerous substance. First preliminary results of
Monte Carlo simulations dedicated for design of a device exploiting this method
are also presented.Comment: 9 pages, 6 figure
Design of the SABAT system for underwater detection of dangerous substances
We present status of simulations used to design a novel device for the
detection of hazardous substances in the aquatic environment using neutron
activation. Unlike the other considered methods based on this technique we
propose to use guides for neutron and gamma quanta which speeds up and
simplifies identification. First preliminary results show that both the neutron
guide and the ray guide increase the performance of underwater threats
detection.Comment: Presented at the Jagiellonian Symposium of Fundamental and Applied

Conformal flow on and weak field integrability in AdS
We consider the conformally invariant cubic wave equation on the Einstein
cylinder for small rotationally symmetric
initial data. This simple equation captures many key challenges of nonlinear
wave dynamics in confining geometries, while a conformal transformation relates
it to a self-interacting conformally coupled scalar in four-dimensional anti-de
Sitter spacetime (AdS) and connects it to various questions of AdS
stability. We construct an effective infinite-dimensional time-averaged
dynamical system accurately approximating the original equation in the weak
field regime. It turns out that this effective system, which we call the
conformal flow, exhibits some remarkable features, such as low-dimensional
invariant subspaces, a wealth of stationary states (for which energy does not
flow between the modes), as well as solutions with nontrivial exactly periodic
energy flows. Based on these observations and close parallels to the cubic
Szego equation, which was shown by Gerard and Grellier to be Lax-integrable, it
is tempting to conjecture that the conformal flow and the corresponding weak
field dynamics in AdS are integrable as well.Comment: 22 pages, v2: minor revisions, several references added, v3: typos

How Ready Are People for Cashless Society?
Financial technology could be an effective tool to achieve financial inclusion. However, it needed a certain level of readiness of society. In this paper, we investigated the determinants of readiness in the implementation of digital financial services which led to cashless society. We did a survey on 993 adults in a province in Indonesia using proportional sampling technique. Estimated using ordinary least square, our empirical results showed that readiness perception had high correlation with the quality of supporting infrastructure. By taking into account some demographic factors, we found that more educated and younger people had high spirit to adopt this system. Evidence showed that men were more enthusiastic in using such technological-based system. However, we did not find an evidence on the difference of readiness perception between those living in rural and those living urban areas.
AdS instability: resonant system for gravitational perturbations of AdS in the cohomogeneity-two biaxial Bianchi IX ansatz
We consider five-dimensional, vacuum Einstein equations with negative
cosmological constant within cohomogenity-two biaxial Bianchi IX ansatz. This
model allows to investigate the stability of AdS without adding any matter to
the energy-momentum tensor, thus analyzing instability of genuine gravtational
degrees of freedom. We derive the resonant system and identify vanishing
secular terms. The results resemble those obtained for Einstein equations
coupled to a spherically-symmetric, massless scalar field, backing the evidence
that the scalar field model captures well the relevant features of AdS
instability problem. We also list recurrence relations for the interaction
coefficients of the resonant system, which might be useful in both numerical
simulations and further analytical studies.Comment: 40 pages, no figure

THE MODERATION EFFECT OF COMMITMENT TO SUPERVISOR AND INTERNET EXPERTISE ON WORK STRESSOR AND EMPLOYEE CYBERLOAFING: THE STUDY ON EMPLOYEE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF SURAKARTA
The aims of this study are to examine the effect of work stressor on employee cyberloafing, to examine the influence of the commitment to supervisor on employee cyberloafing, to examine the influence of work stressor on employee cyberloafing with commitment to supervisor as a moderating variable, and to examine the influence of work stressor on employee cyberloafing with internet expertise as a moderating variable.Through purposive sampling method, 199 samples were taken from employees of local government. The employees have an internet access when doing their task. Data analysis using hierarchical regression analysis show that hypothesis 1a, 1b and 3f were supported. The role ambiguity and role conflict has a significant positive effect on cyberloafing. It means, the higher the role ambiguity and the role conflict are, the higher employeecyberloafing will be. Further, the higher the employee overload is, the higher the employee cyberloafing will be if they have high internet expertise. Keywords: role ambiguity, role conflict, role overload, commitment, and cyberloafing
The Effect of High Performance Work System on Intention to Leave and Safety Workarounds: The Role of Burnout as Mediation and Mentoring & Coping Mechanism as Moderator
This study aims to analyze the influence of High Performance Work System (HPWS) on intention to leave and safety workarounds, with the role of burnout as a mediation variable and mentoring and coping mechanism as a moderator variable. The study was conducted on non-doctor employees at the Diponegoro National Hospital, Semarang. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that HPWS has a negative influence on burnout, which means that the implementation of HPWS can reduce the level of emotional fatigue of employees. In contrast, burnout has a positive effect on intention to leave and safety workarounds, indicating that employees who experience burnout are more likely to want to leave the company and ignore work safety procedures. In addition, burnout acts as a mediator between HPWS and the two variables. Good HPWS implementation is able to reduce burnout, thereby reducing employee intentions to move and increasing compliance with safety procedures. The conclusion of this study is that the effective implementation of HPWS can reduce employee burnout, reduce the desire to leave work, and increase compliance with occupational safety. Mentoring and coping mechanisms play an important role in strengthening the positive effects of HPWS
