Therefore, it is important for students to learn speaking skill to communicate easily. In this case, the students deal with some problems in English language; lack of vocabulary, lack of grammatical knowledge and inability to speak English fluently. Furthermore, this study aims to help the students improve their speaking skill by implementing Role Play technique. Role play is implemented as a technique that can help students improve their speaking ability in teaching learning process. The design of this research was experimental study using Pre-test & Post-test control group design, which mean there were chosen two classes as the experimental class and control class by using random sampling. The result of this study showed that students in the experimental class can improve their ability of each speaking aspects significantly. Meanwhile, the control class students did not show significant improvement in speaking aspects

Pengembangan Jobsheet Pembuatan Pola Gamis Secara Digital Di Kelas XII Busana 1 Di SMK Negeri 2 Jombang

Jobsheet merupakan suatu media cetak yang berisi seperangkat pengarahan dan gambar sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran praktik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) tingkat kelayakan jobsheet pembuatan pola gamis secara digital, dan 2) hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembuatan pola gamis secara digital menggunakan jobsheet di SMK Negeri 2 Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas analysis (analisis), design (desain), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi), dan evaluation (evaluasi). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2020 di SMK Negeri 2 Jombang, tepatnya pada semester gasal tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII busana 1 sebanyak 25 peserta didik. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan 1) penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli materi dan ahli bahasa terhadap jobsheet pembuatan pola gamis secara digital. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah angket validasi oleh ahli materi serta ahli bahasa dan tes kinerja peserta didik. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: 1) tingkat kelayakan jobsheet pembuatan pola gamis secara digital mencapai 93,7% dengan kriteria sangat layak, dan 2) hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai ketuntasan 100% yang mana telah melampaui kriteria ketuntasan yang berlaku, yaitu 70 pada kompetensi pembuatan pola gamis secara manual dan digital.   Kata Kunci : pembuatan-pola, digital, jobshee

The rise of online business entrepreneurs at this time, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic situation with restrictions on social activities, makes online-based businesses an alternative that can be considered. This research is focused on the Islamic financial management side of online business. No exception in managing finances in a business. With Yulianinghoky's multibeauty skincare business as an object of research with Islamic financial management applied in online business. The focus of the research in this journal is (1) How is financial management in the online business of Yulianinghoky multibeauty skincare? (2) Is the financial management of the Yulianinghoky multibeauty skincare business in accordance with the principles of Islamic financial management? (3) What are the obstacles in managing Yulianinghoky's multibeauty skincare online business? (4) What is the solution to the problems in managing Yulianinghoky's multibeauty skincare online business?. This research method uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study research.. The results of this study indicate that these micro business actors or online business actors have not implemented Islamic management because they still contain unclear elements in the distribution of profits and the cost of their products (gharar)

PERANAN DINAS TENAGA KERJA PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN PRODUKTIF STIMULASI EKONOMI DI KOTA MEDAN

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of the Human Resources Department of North Sumatra in developing productive entrepreneurship to drive the economy of Medan city. This study uses qualitative research techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis. This type of research data is primary data. Information gathering techniques in this study were conducted through interviews, mapping, and documentation. The findings show that North Sumatra's human resources department is on track to develop and strengthen. However, North Sumatra's personnel department still faces obstacles in promoting an entrepreneurial economy in Medan city. In other words, there is a lack of trust in entrepreneurs because they don't understand their business and they don't have the funds to develop their own business

PENGARUH ARUS KAS OPERASIONAL, ARUS KAS INVESTASI DAN ARUS KAS PENDANAAN TERHADAP LIKUIDITAS PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI YANG TERDAFTAR PADA BEI

Likuiditas merupakan hal yang tidak bisa lepas dalam bisnis perusahaan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan perkembangannya di dunia usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus kas operasional, arus kas investasi dan arus kas pendanaan terhadap likuiditas pada perusahaan asuransi. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa neraca dan laporan arus kas perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2013-2017. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 perusahaan. Data yang telah terkumpul diproses menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan dilakukan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian dilakukan dengan model regresi linier berganda, uji t dan F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arus kas operasional secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas. Arus kas investasi, dan pendanaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas, namun secara simultan arus kas operasional, arus kas investasi dan arus kas pendanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat likuiditas. &nbsp

Hubungan Pengetahuan tentang Penggunaan OAD pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 terhadap Kepatuhan Penggunaan Obat Antidiabetes Oral di Puskesmas Singosari Malang

Abstract. Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by high blood sugar levels in the body and can be caused by the pancreas not being able to produce enough insulin or because the cells in the body cannot respond to the insulin that has been produced. Management includes diet, physical activity, and administration of insulin injections and oral antidiabetic drugs (OAD). The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients and adherence to oral antidiabetic drug use at Singosari Public Health Center, Malang Regency. Research Methods: This research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach. Conducted in July 2021 at the Singosari Public Health Center, Malang Regency, by distributing questionnaires to 66 Type 2 Diabetes patients who met the inclusion criteria. The analysis was carried out with the SPSS application using descriptive and analytic methods. The results of the validity and reliability tests have met the requirements Result and Discussion:. Patients who have good knowledge of 74.2%, 18.2% good knowledge, and 7.6% poor knowledge. Patients with good knowledge were found to have 73% adherence to the use of OAD. Based on the results of the correlation test with Chi-Square, obtained a significant value of p = 0.000. Conclusion iit can be stated that there is a relationship between the knowledge of type 2 DM patients and adherence to the use of OAD at the Singosari Public Health Center, Malang Regency

Analysis of Community Behavioral Factors Influencing the Accuracy of Diarrhea Drug Use Using the Health Belief Model

Diarrhea can be caused by infectious diseases that lead to relatively high morbidity and mortality rates. Diarrhea refers to a continuous flow of bowel movements that occurs suddenly and exceeds the normal limit, usually occurring more than 3 times in 24 hours and lasting less than 14 days. The Health Belief Model (HBM) can be used to identify factors that influence individual health behaviors. This study aimed to analyze the behavioral factors of the community towards the appropriate use of diarrhea drugs in the city of Biak Papua using the HBM. This was an observational study with a cross-sectional approach. There were 78 respondents and the data were analyzed using the Spearman rank test. According to the findings, each of the HBM components that were examined had a significant influence on the accuracy of drug use in diarrhea patients (p < 0.05). 15.2% of the respondents had a very precise accuracy, 46.2% had adequate accuracy, 24.4% had inaccurate accuracy, and 14.1% had very inaccurate accuracy. The correlation values of each perception were: perception of vulnerability = 0.549; perception of seriousness = 0.494; perception of obstacles = -0.371; perceived benefits = 0.226; and self-confidence = 0.513. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between behavior and accuracy in the use of diarrhea medicine in Biak City, Papua. Keywords: diarrhea, accuracy, Health Belief Model (HBM

HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI DENGAN KESIAPAN MENIKAH PADA CALON PENGANTIN DI KUA UMBULHARJO YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2016

INTISARI Latar Belakang : Calon pengantin perlu dibekali pengetahuan yang cukup tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan hak-hak reproduksi sehingga calon pengantin siap menjadi seorang ibu dan seorang ayah. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di KUA Umbulharjo menunjukkan belum adanya kursus pranikah khususnya tentang kesehatan reproduksi, terbukti dengan 7 dari calon pengantin yang diwawancarai belum mengetahui tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan kesiapan menikah pada calon pengantin di KUA Umbulharjo Yogyakarta Tahun 2016 Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling yaitu semua calon pengantin di wilayah KUA Umbulharjo bulan Agustus 2016 sebanyak 50 orang. Instrumen penelitian adalah wawancara dan hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan rumus Chi square. Hasil : Tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi pada calon pengantin di KUA Umbulharjo sebagian besar kurang yaitu sebanyak 20 orang (40%). Sebagian besar calon pengantin di KUA Umbulharjo Yogyakarta tidak siap menikah sebanyak 26 orang (52%). Hasil uji chi square diperoleh p-value sebesar 0,027 < 0,05. Simpulan dan Saran : Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan kesiapan menikah pada calon pengantin di KUA Umbulharjo Tahun 2016. Bagi calon pengantin diharapkan menambah pengetahuannya tentang kesehatan reproduksi sehingga dapat mempersiapkan keluarga sehat dan sejahtera. TINGKAT KEPATUHAN MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN TERHADAP PROGRAM 5M DALAM MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID

Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu populasi yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk bisa lebih disiplin terhadap protokol kesehatan. Peran mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda sangatlah penting dalam mendukung dan mematuhi program 5M sebagai upaya dalam mencegah penyebaran serta memutus mata rantai penularan covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan mahasiswa keperawatan terhadap program 5M dalam menghadapi pandemi covid. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif, menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 233 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan teknik proportionate random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam bentuk google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa univariat distribusi frekuensi dan presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan mahasiswa keperawatan Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala berada pada katagori baik yaitu sebanyak 129 orang (55,4%). Diharapkan kepada pihak fakultas dan universitas untuk terus dapat memberikan edukasi terkait program 5M dalam menghadapi pandemi covid
