In the journalismrelated food habits article deserves special mention. It’s a genre whose characteristics shared commonalities with the origin of some culinary items still exist. However, the love of description together with the express mention of food, dishes, festivities and foodrelated will be present in many of these items, especially during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries professions. Gastronomy and food are so hollow in journalism, beyond the recipe, which is used for social criticism. In the same extract valuable information about inns, type of food, consumer, food processing, hygiene and treatment diners, making these items in a thematicculinary outpost whose emergence we experience today.En la relación periodismogastronomía el artículo de costumbres merece una mención especial. Es un género cuyas características comparte denominadores comunes con el origen de unos todavía inexistentes artículos gastronómicos. Sin embargo, la afición por la descripción junto con la mención expresa de alimentos, platos, festejos y profesiones ligadas a la alimentación van a estar presentes en muchos de estos artículos, sobre todo durante los siglos XVIII y XIX. Gastronomía y alimentación encuentran así hueco en el ámbito periodístico, más allá de la receta, del que se sirve para realizar crítica social. De los mismos extraemos valiosa información sobre fondas, tipología de alimentos, consumo, elaboración de platos, higiene y tratamiento al comensal, lo que convierte a estos artículos en una avanzadilla temáticogastronómica cuya eclosión experimentamos en la actualidad

Modelado en dinámica de fluidos computacional (CFD) de transporte de masa en materiales porosos

La difusión y la adsorción son fenómenos complejos que ocurren durante las reacciones catalíticas de forma acoplada y en función del tiempo. Estos procesos pueden ser estudiados mediante un análisis microcinético. Un método para realizar este análisis es el uso de un aparato de Respuesta por Frecuencia (FR). El objetivo de este proyecto es la creación de un modelo, utilizando el software de simulación COMSOL Multiphysics, que recree un experimento FR en el que un gas es comprimido y expandido periódicamente para favorecer la difusión y adsorción en un material poroso. Diferentes variables han de tenerse en cuenta, centrándose este proyecto en la simulación del material poroso – el catalizador – y los procesos de transporte de masa, además del correcto cálculo de campos de presión y velocidad, y transferencia de calor. The minimal Tjurina number of irreducible germs of plane curve singularities

In this paper we give a positive answer to a question of Dimca and Greuel about the quotient between the Milnor and the Tjurina numbers for any irreducible germ of plane curve singularity. This result is based on a closed formula for the minimal Tjurina number of an equisingularity class in terms of the sequence of multiplicities of the strict transform along a resolution. Additive synthesis by sol-gel method for its use as antimicrobial

The antimicrobial activity of silver nanoparticles makes this chemical element attractive for their incorporation in different materials. Additionally, heteropolyacids (HPAs) have advantages as catalysts which make them environmentally very interesting. The objective of this work is to incorporate in a silica matrix obtained by sol-gel an HPA together with Ag, for their use as fillers in paints or adhesives. Six samples were synthesized, using tetraethoxysilane, methyltrimethoxysilane, acetic acid, molybdophosphoric acid and silver acetate. The silicas were characterized by potentiometric titration, XRD, SEM, TEM, SBET and FT-IR. When HPA is used instead of acetic acid, a variation on the final acidity is produced. The specific surface area decreases when HPA is incorporated into the silica synthesized using tetraethoxysilane as precursor, noticing a slight increase when Ag is added because a different distribution of HPA in the matrix. By SEM, it was observed that the particle size is bigger when the silicas are synthesized with TEOS-HPA, but it still shows the characteristic morphology of bulk silica. Additionally, preliminary test to evaluate the antimicrobial properties of the solids were carried out with fungi as Chaetomium globosum and Alternaria alternate, isolated from contaminated paints, and the first results are encouraging to continue with the development of these materials.Fil: Arreche, Romina. Analysis of Universal Factors of Physical Activities in Natural Environment / Adventure Physical Activities in Nature (Outdoor Activities): Preliminary Research

Physical Activities in Natural Environment and/or Adventure Physical Activities in Nature (Outdoor Activities), independent of their goal (educative, recreation, touristique, sports), the environment where they are practiced (land, water or air) or their practitioners profile, etc., show off common factors that define them and give them a special character, genuine, that make them different from others physical activities. The aim of present research comes from the question “Which one are these Universal and common Factors among this kind of physical manifestations, that make them unique?” A preliminary qualitative research has be done, beginning with a bibliographic review, to identify the Universal Factors of such physical manifestations in nature environment. The results have generated the selection of eight preliminary (initial) Universal Factors: Physical Activity, Risk, Uncertainty, Senses/Emotions, Challenge, Experience, Nature/Ecology, and Biotechnological Resources. It is needed to go deeper into the analysis to establish the Universal Factors of this physical activity field.Las actividades físicas en el medio natural (AFMN) y/o las actividades físicas de aventura en la naturaleza (AFAN), independientemente de la finalidad (educativa, recreativa, turística, deportiva), del medio en el que se lleven a cabo (terrestre, acuático o aéreo), o del perfil de los practicantes, etc., presentan factores comunes que las definen y les confieren su carácter especial, genuino, que las diferencian de las demás actividades físicas. El objetivo del presente estudio surge de la pregunta ¿cuáles son estos factores universales comunes entre este tipo de manifestaciones físicas en la naturaleza, que las confieren singulares? Se ha realizado un estudio preliminar cualitativo, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica, para identificar los factores universales de dichas manifestaciones físicas en el entorno natural. Los resultados han generado la selección de ocho factores universales preliminares: actividad física, riesgo, incertidumbre, sentidos/emociones, reto, experiencia, naturaleza/ecología, recursos biotecnológicos. Es necesario profundizar en el análisis para establecer los factores universales de esta área de la actividad física

Exceptional zero formulas for anticyclotomic p-adic L-functions

In this note we define anticyclotomic p-adic measures attached to a finite set of places S above p, a modular elliptic curve E over a general number field F and a quadratic extension K/F. We study the exceptional zero phenomenon that arises when E has multiplicative reduction at some place in S. In this direction, we obtain p-adic Gross-Zagier formulas relating derivatives of the corresponding p-adic L-functions to the extended Mordell-Weil group E(K). We describe first the case S={P} depicting the leading coefficient of the anticyclotomic p-adic L-function in terms of Darmon points. Our final result generalizes a recent result which uses the construction of plectic points due to Fornea and Gehrmann. We obtain a general formula for arbitrary S that computes the r-th derivative of the p-adic L-function, where r is the number of places in S where E has multiplicative reduction, in terms of plectic points and Tate periods of E
