Teatro inédito atribuido a Quevedo
The article presents the results of a study exploring
the skills, aspects and strategies used in the exercise
of leadership, related to EFQM Excellence Model
which promote and develop good practice in inclusionoriented
schools. From a research design of case studies,
we developed fieldwork in four public Secondary
Education Compulsory schools of the Autonomous
Community of Andalusia (Spain), selected to develop
inclusive educational practices guidance. We employed
document analysis, questionnaires and in-depth
interviews and data collection strategies. Among the
results, we highlight that the development of good
practice is determined by the influence of managerial
leadership on the analysis of the needs of the educational
community, teacher motivation, their abilities
and professional skills and working conditions in which

Hydrazones as Singular Reagents in Asymmetric Organocatalysis
This Minireview summarizes strategies and developments regarding the use of hydrazones as reagents in asymmetric organocatalysis, their distinct roles in nucleophile–electrophile, cycloaddition, and cyclization reactions. The key structural elements governing the reactivity of these reagents in a preferred pathway will be discussed, as well as their different interactions with organocatalysts, leading to diverse activation modes. Along these studies, the synthetic equivalence of N-monoalkyl, N,N-dialkyl, and N-acyl hydrazones with several synthons is also highlighted. Emphasis is also put on the mechanistic studies performed to understand the observed reactivities. Finally, the functional group transformations performed from the available products has also been analyzed, highlighting the synthetic value of these methodologies, which served to access numerous families of valuable multifunctional compounds and nitrogen-containing heterocycles.Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad CTQ2013-48164-C2-1-P, CTQ201348164-C2-2-PEuropean FEDER fundsJunta de Andalucía 2012/FQM 107
Action Plan Guidance and Tutorial for Students in a Situation of Social Disadvantage. Case Study
social. In the current educational systems (including ours) is given much importance
to the development of skills in the realm of the emotional, social and personal. This contrasts with traditional models based on instructional issues. Guidance in this area has
an essential role for all students and especially for alumni / ae with special educational
needs (SEN). In this communication we present a curriculum in an environment of
social disadvantage
Education Proposal in Intercultural Settings
otras culturas. The theme around which to rotate this work is multiculturalism, ie the
existence of several different cultures in one nation or in the same geographical reality
that accepts and tolerates diversity maintaining the cultural identity of each and each of
the minority groups. This phenomenon occurs in school due to current immigration
movement. This first part is more theoretical and give her a second place to practice that
will be offered a standard project for those centers that are displayed in various cultures.
We intend that through it, our students (whether immigrants or not) are prepared to
function in different social networks in which they participate in a dynamic dialogue,
contact with other schools via video conference and exhibition, our students have the
opportunity to learn more about other cultures
Monitoring the levels of particle matter-bound manganese: an intensive campaign in an urban/industrial area
The aim of this work is to monitor the manganese levels in the particulate matter throughout the Santander Bay, an urban/industrial area located in the region of Cantabria (northern Spain). Previous studies developed in the region have shown high concentrations of manganese in ambient air according to the World Health Organization (WHO) criteria, most likely due to the presence of a ferromanganese alloy plant in the area. An intensive PM10 sampling campaign has been carried out for a year in nine monitoring sites (one per month) by means of a low volume sequential sampling device (2.3 m3 /h) equipped with a 15 filter cartridge. 28 samples have been collected in each location onto 47 mm quartz fiber filters. The filters were subjected to microwave assisted acid digestion (HNO3:H2O2 with a mixture of 8:2 ml) based on UNE-EN 14902:2006. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was then used for metal analysis. In addition to Mn, also Ti, V, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Mo, Cd, Sb and Pb were analyzed. According to the results obtained in the present sampling campaign, the highest daily manganese level at Santander Bay reached 3200 ng/m3 with a monthly average higher than the 150 ng/m3 established by the WHO as an annual average guideline value in six monitoring sites (up to 713.9 ng/m3 ). The highest manganese levels were found at N-NE of the ferroalloy plant, which agrees with the prevailing winds (S/SW). Although monthly samplings have been carried out in each location, these results suggest that manganese concentrations in ambient air in some sites of the Santander Bay would exceed the WHO recommendation. In addition, the strong linear relationship found between Mn and V, Fe, As, Cd and Pb in the vicinities of the plant suggests that the presence of some of these metals in the area may be also related to this activity. This work has been financially supported by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO) through the Project CTM2013-43904R. Using multi-site data to apportion PM-bound metal(loid)s: Impact of a manganese alloy plant in an urban area
The identification and quantification of the PM emission sources influencing a specific area is vital to better assess the potential health effects related to the PM exposure of the local population. In this work, a multi-site PM10 sampling campaign was performed in seven sites located in the southern part of the Santander Bay (northern Spain), an urban area characterized by the proximity of some metal(loid) industrial sources (mainly a manganese alloy plant). The total content of V, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Mo, Cd, Sb and Pb was determined by ICP-MS. This multi-site dataset was evaluated by positive matrix factorization(PMF) in order to identify the main anthropogenic metal(loid) sources impacting the studied area, and to quantify their contribution to the measured metal(loid) levels. The attribution of the sources was done by comparing the factor profiles obtained by the PMF analysis with representative profiles from known metal(loid) sources in the area, included in both the European database SPECIEUROPE (V2.0) and the US database EPA-SPECIATE (V4.5) or calculated from literature data. In addition, conditional bivariate probability functions (CBPF)s were used to assist in the identification of the sources. Four metal(loid) sources were identified: Fugitive and point source emissions from the manganese alloy plant (49.9% and 9.9%, respectively), non-exhaust traffic emissions (38.3%) and a minor source of mixed origin (1.8%). The PMF analysis was able to make a clear separation between two different sources from the manganese alloy plant, which represented almost 60% of the total measured metal(loid) levels, >80% of these emissions being assigned to fugitive emissions. These results will be useful for the assessment of the health risk associated with PM10-bound metal(loid) exposure and for the design of efficient abatement strategies in areas impacted by similar industries. This work was financially supported by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO) through the CTM2013-43904R Project. Analysis of Structural Characteristics and Psychometric Properties of the SarQoL® Questionnaire in Different Languages: A Systematic Review
This research and the APC was partial funded by the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership for Higher Education Program (Key Action 203), grant number 2018-1-PL01-KA203-051055. On the other hand, one of the authors of the study (J.M.-C.) has received a predoctoral grant from the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training (FPU17/01109).Background: Sarcopenia is the gradual and global loss of muscle and its functions. Primary
sarcopenia is associated with the typical changes of advanced aging and affects approximately 5–10%
of the population. The Sarcopenia and Quality of Life (SarQoL®) questionnaire is composed of
55 items, 22 questions, and is organized into seven domains of quality of life. The main objective of
this systematic review was to analyze the structural characteristics and psychometric properties of it,
as well as to classify its measurement properties, its methodological quality, and the criteria as good
measurement properties of the adaptations and validations made on the SarQoL® questionnaire in
different languages. Methods: A systematic review was carried out in the PUBMED, Web of Science,
Cinahl, LatinIndex, and SCOPUS databases. The keywords used were: “SarQoL”, “assessment”,
“sarcopenia”, “geriatric”, “PROM”, “quality of life”, and “questionnaire”, using the Boolean operator
“AND”. All articles published up to 15 January 2022 were considered. Methodological quality and
psychometric properties were assessed based on the COSMIN guidelines and the guidelines and
general recommendations of PRISMA. Documents published in languages other than English were
excluded, as well as versions of the SarQoL® published in the form abstracts for conferences when the
full text was not available. Results: A total of 133 articles were identified, 14 of which were included.
The evaluated questionnaires and the structural characteristics and psychometric properties of each
of them were collected. Conclusion: The different cross-cultural versions of the questionnaire showed
good basic structural and psychometric characteristics for the evaluation of patients with sarcopenia.Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership for Higher Education Program (Key Action 203), 2018-1-PL01-KA203-051055Spanish Government FPU17/0110
