Internal media of internal communication media within an organization or company. Internal media published for purposes of internal organization, especially public organizations. The goal for the internal public are informed about policies and activities implemented company. So the vision and mission can be conveyed best through internal media. Thus, internal media publishing is a communication activities to meet the interests of the two parties, organizations or corporate interests and the interests of public internal. The title of the internal media Fisip Undip is "FIScomm" which stands for Community Fisip which could have a meaning that is, a container or means consisting of a large family Fisip Undip that serves as a medium aspiration, input, opinions, information, entertainment, and certainly also related policies Fisip Undip, as well as information that is instructive and informative, fresh and up to date. Internal media FIScomm is an internal media published every three months. Powered by a design that is not monotonous, colourfull, design and artwork, namely the combination of the abstract artwork and photo illustration. The content of our magazine is 40% under the theme of the organization, 20% and 40% non-organization of entertainment. The content of our magazine are: Cover, non-commercial advertising, editorial notes, content (content), image branding, technology, education, reviews, top news, inspiring, information, culinary, fashion, inboxmail, articles, travel. In making the internal medium, the writer served as editor as well as reporters. An editor assigned to conduct the process of editing (editing), an opinion editorial, proposing and writing news / photos to be loaded, giving direction to all the editorial team of the news that will be loaded on every issue, directing and fostering reporter in search of news and catch up news sources , determine the appropriateness of a news, photos, and design for a publishing house, planning the content for each issue, develop, nurture, build a lobby with news sources. While the task is to find a reporter and news sources are assigned to interview the editor, write the interview. Internal media FIScomm still far from perfection, so we desperately need the criticism and constructive suggestions from readers

Background: Wet cupping therapy is a complementary therapy in pain management. The mechanism of this therapy, however, needs further elucidation. Cells injured by wet cupping therapy seem to stimulate the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70). Its benefit in pain reduction could be mediated by the expression of ß-endorphin. This study aimed at determining the correlation between HSP70 and ß-endorphin after wet cupping therapy. Methods: Sixteen male Wistar rats were divided into control (CG; n=8) and treatment (TG; n=8) groups. The rats in both groups were injected with complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) at the footpad. In the TG, wet cupping therapy was done at the left and right paralumbar regions 48 hours after the CFA injection. Twenty-four hours after therapy, the hot plate test was done to assess pain threshold. Thereafter, immunohistochemistry from the skin subjected to wet cupping therapy was conducted for HSP70 and ß-endorphin. Results: The expression of HSP70 was significantly higher in the keratinocytes of the TG (20.25±3.53; P<0.001) than in the keratinocytes of the CG (10.50±2.44; P<0.001). The expression of ß-endorphin was significantly higher in the keratinocytes of the TG (22.37±3.52; P<0.001) than in the keratinocytes of the CG (5.12±1.72; P<0.001). The results also revealed a high correlation between HSP70 and ß-endorphin (β=0.864; P<0.001). Pain threshold after wet cupping therapy was significantly higher in the TG (22.81±6.34 s; P=0.003) than in the CG (11.78±3.56 s). Conclusions: The benefit of wet cupping therapy in terms of pain reduction in rats could be mediated by the expression of HSP70 and ß-endorphin

Background: Strengthening exercise is an important component of rehabilitation programs. Recently, it is reported that strengthening exercise with low-intensity resistance training (20-30% of 1 Repetition Maximum) combined with the application of blood flow restriction potentially increases muscle strength and induces muscle hypertrophy as well. Objective: This study aims to compare the increase in muscle strength and hypertrophy among the muscles trained with high- intensity resistance training (HIRT), low-intensity resistance training combined with the application of blood flow restriction using a sphygmomanometer cuff (LIRT+BFR) and low-intensity resistance training (LIRT) alone. Method: The subjects (n=18) are randomly and equally divided into three groups, those are the groups getting the strengthening exercise for left Biceps Brachii muscle with HIRT (70% of 1 RM), LIRT (30% of 1 RM)+BFR and LIRT (30% of 1 RM). Before starting and after getting the resistance training for five weeks, each subject is measured for the left arm circumference. Results: HIRT and LIRT+BFR produce an increase of the left arm circumference significantly greater than LIRT. However, there is no significant difference in the increase of left arm circumference between the HIRT and LIRT+BFR. There is a significant difference in the increase of the peak torque of left flexion elbow joint among the three groups, either at 60o/s or 120o/s or 180o/s angular velocity. At 60o/s angular velocity, LIRT+BFR produces the greatest increasing of the left elbow peak torque among the three groups. At both 120o/s and 180o/s angular velocity, there is no significant difference in the increase of the peak torque of flexion left elbow joint between HIRT and either LIRT+BFR or LIRT. However, at both 120o/s and 180o/s angular velocity, there is a significant difference in the increase of the peak torque of flexion left elbow joint between LIRT+BFR and LIRT. Conclusion: the strengthening exercise for Biceps Brachii muscle with LIRT+BFR induces the Biceps Brachii muscle hypertrophy and increases the muscle strength more than strengthening exercise with LIRT alone. Compared to the HIRT, LIRT+BFR induces an equal muscle hypertrophy and increases moremuscle strength for the trained Biceps Brachii muscle

Genome-wide linkage analysis using microsatellite markers has been successful in the identification of numerous Mendelian and complex disease loci. The recent availability of high-density single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) maps provides a potentially more powerful option. Using the simulated and Collaborative Study on the Genetics of Alcoholism (COGA) datasets from the Genetics Analysis Workshop 14 (GAW14), we examined how altering the density of SNP marker sets impacted the overall information content, the power to detect trait loci, and the number of false positive results. For the simulated data we used SNP maps with density of 0.3 cM, 1 cM, 2 cM, and 3 cM. For the COGA data we combined the marker sets from Illumina and Affymetrix to create a map with average density of 0.25 cM and then, using a sub-sample of these markers, created maps with density of 0.3 cM, 0.6 cM, 1 cM, 2 cM, and 3 cM. For each marker set, multipoint linkage analysis using MERLIN was performed for both dominant and recessive traits derived from marker loci. Our results showed that information content increased with increased map density. For the homogeneous, completely penetrant traits we created, there was only a modest difference in ability to detect trait loci. Additionally, as map density increased there was only a slight increase in the number of false positive results when there was linkage disequilibrium (LD) between markers. The presence of LD between markers may have led to an increased number of false positive regions but no clear relationship between regions of high LD and locations of false positive linkage signals was observed
