The finite size spectrum of the 2-dimensional O(3) nonlinear sigma-model
Nonlinear integral equations are proposed for the description of the full
finite size spectrum of the 2-dimensional O(3) nonlinear sigma-model in a
periodic box. Numerical results for the energy eigenvalues are compared to the
rotator spectrum and perturbation theory for small volumes and with the
recently proposed generalized Luscher formulas at large volumes.Comment: published version, two appendices adde
Az interdiszciplináris rehabilitáció hatása spondylitis ankylopoeticában szenvedő betegekben
Absztrakt
Bevezetés: A légzőszervi manifesztációval kapcsolatos komplex
pulmonalis vizsgálat spondylitis ankylopoeticában szenvedő betegekben
hozzájárulhat a megfelelő rehabilitációs program kialakításához.
Célkitűzés: A légzésfunkciós, terhelés-élettani változók és
a rehabilitációt követő életminőség-változás közötti kapcsolat vizsgálata.
Módszer: A vizsgálatba 5 fő Seyfried II. stádiumú és 11 fő
Seyfried III. stádiumú beteget vontak be, akik spinalis fizioterápiás,
ultrahangos, masszázs- és parafinpakolásos kezelésben részesültek, személyenként
15 alkalommal, majd 8 héten keresztül, heti 3 alkalommal nagy intenzitású
kerékpár-kondicionálás történt. A rehabilitáció előtt és után Bath Ankylosing
Spondylitis Disease Activity Index és Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional
Index felvételére került sor. A rehabilitációt követően elvégezték a
légzésfunkciós paraméterek és a terhelés-élettani változók vizsgálatát.
Eredmények: Mindkét index jelentős, kezelés utáni változást
mutatott az eredeti eredményekhez képest (p<0,05). Ezek a funkcionális
mutatók összefüggést mutattak a nyugalmi légzésfunkciós és a terhelés-élettani
változókkal (p<0,05). Következtetések: A vizsgálat alapján
lehetséges, hogy az előzetes pulmonalis felmérés a spondylitis ankylopoetica
kezelésére irányuló hatékonyabb program kidolgozásának alapjául szolgálhat. Orv.

3D camera augmented Autonomous Mobile Robot for intralogistics purposes
AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) are driverless vehicles programmed to perform a variety of tasks and are often used to transport goods or materials. However, there can be several problems with the driving performance of this type of vehicle. Safety in the workplace is important everywhere, but there are some areas that are particularly exposed to safety risks. Limited visibility is the main cause of accidents at work. Yet, robots can map these dangerous areas with their sensors. We will present a mobile robotic sensor development that can be implemented to increase the security of robotic warehouses. Testing is necessary in order to check the quality of existing defects in safety elements before delivery and to carry out a risk assessment. Our goal was to add a safety element to the robot to prevent the most common problem, namely it is colliding with a forklift truck, hitting objects outside the sensor planes or hanging in. Based on our experience with robots over the years, this has been a big challenge, as we have had several such collisions. Therefore, we selected and installed a modern 3D camera system and tested its compliance with the safety requirements and the difference between the safety level of a robot without 3D sensor (Alpha) and a robot with 3D sensor (Beta), based on the knowledge of the installed camera
Bethe Ansatz és dinamikai R-mátrixok integrálható modellekben = Bethe Ansatz and Dynamical R-matrices in integrable models
Csoporttéren, ill. Riemann szimmetrikus téren mozgó részecske hamiltoni redukciójával előállítottunk különböző fontos Calogero-Sutherland típusú integrálható részecskemodelleket. Ilyen redukált rendszerként elsőként realizáltuk a három független csatolási állandóval rendelkező BC(n) Sutherland modelleket. Csoporttéren mozgó szabad részecskék redukciójaként állítottuk elő a relativisztikus Ruijsenaars-Schneider modell racionális változatát és megmutattuk, hogy ennek a hiperbólikus Sutherland modellekkel való dualitása természetes módon adódik a hamiltoni redukció módszerével. TBA integrálegyenleteket, ill. NLIE típusú integrálegyenleteket vezettünk le integrálható térelméleti modellek véges térfogati spektrumának meghatározására többek között szuper sine-Gordon modellekre és az O(n) nemlineáris szigma modellekre n=3,4 ill. általánosan páros n esetére. Ezt a technikát alkalmaztuk az AdS/CFT korrespondenciában szerepet játszó integrálható modell véges térfogati viselkedésének vizsgálatára és a korrespondencia segítségével 5-hurok pontosságú eredményeket sikerült megadnunk a (szuper) Yang-Mills elmélet bizonyos operátorainak anomális dimenziójára. | We represent Calogero-Sutherland type integrable particle systems by Hamiltonian reduction starting from simple motion of particles on group manifolds and Riemann symmetric spaces. The family of models represented by Hamiltonian reduction includes the BC(n) type Sutherland models with three independent coupling constants. The rational version of the relativistic Ruijsenaars-Schneider model is represented as reduction of the free motion on group manifolds and it is shown that the duality between this model and the hyperbolic version of the Sutherland model easily follows from the reduction procedure. We derive TBA integral equations and NLIE integral equations for the description of the finite size spectrum of integrable models, among others for the case of the super sine-Gordon model and for the O(n) nonlinear sigma model for n = 3, 4 and in general for even n. The same techniques are used also to describe the finite volume behaviour of the integrable model that occurs on the string side of the AdS/CFT correspondence. Using the correspondence 5-loop results are presented for the anomalous dimensions of some operators in (super) Yang-Mills theory
Enantiomerek elválsztása, hatékonyságának javítása membrán eljárások alkalmazásával = Improvement of single stage enantioseparation by means of membrane methods
A kutatás keretében racém elegy (elsősorban a tejsav) enantiomerjeinek elválasztását vizsgáltuk membrán eljárásokkal, dialízis üzemmódban. Különböző módon előállított optikailag szelektív membránok (királis monomerrel előállított (citozán, beta-ciklodextrin) membrán, enzim katalizált reakcióval kombinált, ionos folyadék, mint folyadék membrán, arany nanocsövekre rögzített királis reagenst tartalmazó polikarbon membrán) alkalmazásával, a működési körülmények hatását vizsgáltuk a királis szelektivitásra és a membránon keresztüli anyagtranszportra. Továbbá, elektrokémiai módszerrel előállított, adott pórusméretű, szűk méreteloszlású szilicium membránnal a molekulaméret szerinti elválasztást tanulmányoztuk. | Chiral separation of a racemic mixture (e.g. lactic acid) has been investigated by means of different membrane processes, in dialysis mode. Membranes were prepared as: (i) membrane matrix was casted by chiral monomer obtaining intrinsically chiral membrane (chitosan, beta-cyclodextrin); (ii) enzyme catalytic bioreaction was combined by liquid membrane techniques applying ionic liquid. Effect of operating conditions was investigated on chiral selectivity and on mass transport. Further, the separation efficiency of porous silicon membrane, prepared by electrochemical etched, was also investigated. It was stated according to the experiment results obtained: • Different membrane configurations can give 5-7 % (by intrinsically optically active membrane) and 15 % of enantiomeric excess (by liquid membrane with lipase-catalyzed reactions), in a single operation stage. • Silicon membrane with narrow pore size distribution offers about 20-30 % better selectivity for separation according to the molecule size, comparing that to the commercial polymeric membrane; • Description of mass transport through a membrane, taking into account the structure of the membrane matrix and properties of the transporting material makes possible to predict the separation process; These research results made clear several practical and theoretical separation problems and serve useful contribution to find a suitable membrane configuration for practical chiral separation purposes
Resurgence in the O(4) sigma model
We analyze the free energy of the integrable two dimensional O(4) sigma model
in a magnetic field. We use Volin's method to extract high number (2000) of
perturbative coefficients with very high precision. The factorial growth of
these coefficients are regulated by switching to the Borel transform, where we
perform several asymptotic analysis. High precision data allowed to identify
Stokes constants and alien derivatives with exact expressions. These reveal a
nice resurgence structure which enables to formulate the first few terms of the
ambiguity free trans-series. We check these results against the direct
numerical solution of the exact integral equation and find complete agreement.Comment: 36 pages, 5 figure
Virial expansion and TBA in O(N) sigma models
We study the free energy of the 1+1 dimensional O(N) nonlinear sigma-models
for even N using the TBA equations proposed recently. We give explicit formulae
for the constant solution of the TBA equations (Y-system) and calculate the
first two virial coefficients. The free energy is also compared to the leading
large N result.Comment: 14 pages, LaTe
