    Micro, small and medium businesses (SMEs ) are business people engaged in various business fields, which touch the interests of the community. In Indonesia, this business is considered as an effective way to reduce poverty. From the statistics and research carried out, SMEs represent the largest number of business groups. SMEs are the largest group of economic actors in the Indonesian economy and are proven to be the safety valve of the national economy in times of crisis, as well as being a dynamic economic growth after the economic crisis. In addition to being the business sector with the largest contribution to national development, SMEs also create considerable employment opportunities for domestic workers, which greatly helps efforts to reduce unemployment. The development of information and communication technology has an impact on behavioral changes, especially consumer spending patterns, where people prefer to trade online rather than conventionally. This training is intended to improve the ability of participants in making branding strategies through online media. The invited participants were 35 people. The approach method offered to solve the problem of the target audience is the owner of a craft and food business, housewives in the Kembangan Selatan village. The results of the training evaluation revealed that participants stated that training was very useful to improve understanding regarding the effectiveness of using media online on bussiness

    Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel stress kerja, variabel lingkungan kerja dan variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan Toko Denies Cake & Cookies.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Toko Denies Cake & Cookies yang berada di Desa Jurug Kecamatan Sooko Kabupaten Ponorogo, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 65 karyawan. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh yakni menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel stress kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namu dari tiga variabel tersebut variabel stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Toko Denies Cake & CookiesKata Kunci: Stress Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawa

    The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and work environment on employee work discipline in the Dewi Sri Magetan supermarket. This type of research is a survey. Research subjects were 54 self-service employees. This data was collected by questionnaire and analized using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study show that : 1) leadership has a positive effect on employee work discipline with value tcount 3,645 > ttable 2,009with a significant 0,001. 2) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee work discipline with a tcount of 3,123 > ttable 2,009 with a significant of 0,003. 3) the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work discipline with a value of tcaount of 3,547 > ttable 2,009 with a significant of 0,001. 4) Leadership, compensation, and work environment simultaneously effect employee work discipline with a fcount 12,668 > ftabel 2,56 with a significant 0,000. The contribution of leadership, compensation and work environment influence  positively to employee work discipline by 48,1%.     Penelitian ini berjudul "Anal is is Kebutuhan Pengembangan Tenaga Edukatif Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Padjadjaran", judul ini merupakan pula masalah pokok penelitian. sebagai landasan teori dari penelitian ini adalah teori perilaku manusia, fungsi personil yang melibatkan perencanaan sumberdaya manusia dan pengembangan personil, dan konsep kebutuhan secara umum maupun konsep kebutuhan tenaga eduka tif. Diharapkan dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi, khususnya bagi Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Padjadjaran dalam pengelolaan sumberdaya manusianya. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis, yang menggunakan formula khusus untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga edukatif Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Padjadjaran dan data kualitatif dianalisis secara induktif. Hasilnya terdapat pertumbuhan enrolmen Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Padjadjaran rata-rata sebesar 5, 89 * per tahun, sedangkan rata-rata pertumbuhan tenaga edu katif sebesar 1, 13 '/• per tahun untuk periode tahun 1983/1984 sampai dengan tahun 1988/1989. Prospek enrolmen untuk periode tahun 1988/1989 sampai tahun 1993/1994 berdasarkan kecenderungan yang terjadi pada periode sebelumnya, maka pertumbuhan enrolmennya sebesar 5, 81 '/. dan pertumbuhan tenaga edukatif sebesar 5,41 t pertahun. Adapun besarnya satuan kredit semester tiap mata kuliah dari masing-masing laboratorium akan membawa pengaruh terhadap kebutuhan tenaga edukatifnya, dan dari analisis data didapat jumlah tenaga eduvi katif yang ada melebihi kebutuhan pada dua laboratorium, hal ini tampaknya dapat dipahami karena pada dua laboratorium itu yaitu laborato rium bedah mulut dan koservasi yang memiliki dua klinik yang berbeda tempatnya sehingga terdapat pembagian tugas kerja dibandingkan labora torium lain yang bekerja pada satu klinik. Untuk memacu para tenaga edukatif agar lebih meningkatkan kualifikasinya, lembaga mendorong, mengusahakan mereka untuk mengikuti program pendidikan lanjutan berupa pendidikan pascasarjana, doktor, dan spesialisasi I disamping program latihan atau seminar, lokakarya, penelitian mandiri/kelompok, pengabdian pada masyarakat dan lain-lainnya yang diselenggarakan baik oleh lembaga sendiri maupun lembaga lainnya. Agak disayangkan bahwa be1urn terdapatnya suatu pola pengem bangan yang diacu. Sampai tahun 1988 jumlah doktor yang ada adalah satu orang, magister 13 orang, dan spesialis 15 orang, yang sedang menempuh pendi dikan program doktor sebanyak delapan orang, magister 14 orang dan spesialis empat orang yang diharapkan tahun 1991/1992 telah selesai mengikuti program tersebut, sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkai* oleh lembaga kurang lebih 40 * dari seluruh tenaga edukatif telah memperoleh program pendidikan tersebut. Sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian dan hasil yang didapat maka dirasa perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut dengan penilaian dan perhitungan yang lebih teliti dengan memperhatikan tidak saja enrolmen tetapi juga perkembangan kurikulum, kualifikasi tenaga edukatif, perubahan beban mengajar, serta tugafrtugas institusionil lainnya

    Social and Economic Vulnerability in The Sub-Watershed of Karang Mumus, East Kalimantan Province

    Changes in land use influence the social and economic characteristics as well as the environmental problems in a sub-watershed. To support the management of a sub-watershed, land use scenarios (biophysics) must be prepared and community involvement level must be improved. So far, the factors used for monitoring and evaluating sub-watershed performance have not been used thoroughly. This research is aimed at finding out the social and economic vulnerabilities tied to the monitoring and evaluation of sub-watershed performance across the sub-districts. This research uses quantitative methods employed to process primary data (biotic: vegetation and settlement, and abiotic: land, climate, geomorphology, and geology), secondary data (community data sourced from the data of BPS; Central Bureau of Statistics) of East Kalimantan Province; in September 2017), and socio-economic data (direct interviews using questionnaires). The primary data were obtained after processing map interpretation and from observation. The results show that high socio-economic vulnerability occurs in areas of high land use vulnerability. Sub-watershed management will be successful if it is done through a "collaborative management" involving all stakeholders. The scenario simulations of this research can be used as reference materials for regional governments in planning, compiling, and implementing the Regional Spatial Plan policies

    Peningkatan Kinerja Pemasaran Melalui Disruptive Innovation Yang Berbasis Intellectual Capital pada UMKM kabupaten Sukamara, Kalimantan Tengah

    This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of human capital, structural capital and relational capital on marketing performance and disruptive innovation as an intervening variable in culinary MSMEs in Sukamara district, Central Kalimantan. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling method, where the sample is selected by certain criteria. The sample in this study was taken as many as 60 respondents with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 22 data processing program shows that human capital has no effect on marketing performance, structural capital has a negative and insignificant effect on marketing performance and relational capital has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Researchers also found that the disruptive innovation variable was able to mediate the independent variable on marketing performance.

    This study aimed to discuss the principal management in improving the quality of education at SMKN 15 Samarinda. There are three things raised in this study: firstly, the principal's role, secondly the obstacle faced by the principal, and thirdly the principal's effort in improving the quality of education. This research uses descriptive qualitative analytical design, and it was conducted from February to August 2021 at SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda Jl. Ir. H. Nusyirwan Ismail, M.Si, Lok Bahu, Kec. Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. There are two types of data in this study: primary data obtained from observations and interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation during this research. Data validation is done through a triangulation process. Data analysis techniques used in this research are reduction, verification of presentation, and drawing of conclusions. The results showed that the principal management is done by system embodied at SMKN 15 Samarinda in the implementation of education. The principal appears as a educator, manager, administrator and supervisor figure who guides teachers and students so that the educational goals at the SMKN 15 Samarinda can be achieved properly. The principal's leadership binds and harmonizes and encourages all potential school resources for improving the quality of education

    This study aims to determine the effect of the profit-sharing system and interest rates on the decisions of SME customers in taking credit as a business to develop their business, this research was conducted on BMT Insan Madani Magetan customers in financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The testing technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, validity test, simultaneous test and the results show that the profit sharing system has no effect on credit making decisions by MSMEs. Pemerintah Ponorogo bupati terpilih periode 2020-2024 ingin membangun jalan yakni HOS Cokroaminoto seperti malioboro di Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan itu, penelitian ini mengkaji potensi wisata di Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto berbasis sejarah lokal Ponorogo. metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Desain penelitian ini studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah situs dan pustaka. hasil penelitian Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto menyimpan potensi wisata sejarah, wisata edukasi, wisata religi dan wisata buatan. Pembangunan ini diharapkan mampu memberi dampak positif pada wawasan kesejarahan, akan tetapi mampu membawa keseahteraan pada sektor ekonomi masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Sejarah, Ponorogo, Potensi WisataPonorogo is an old district in the Madiun residency. A district that has a lot of tourism potential, one of its potentials is historical tourism. Based on that, this research examines the potential of tourism based on local history in Ponorogo. this research method is descriptive qualitative. The research design is a case study. Sources of data used are sites and libraries. The results of the research on HOS Cokroaminoto Street have the potential for historical tourism, educational tourism, religious tourism, and artificial tourism.     The purposes of this research were to know: (1) the current condition of Mete Super Jatisrono based on SWOT analysis and the right strategy to develop Mete Super Jatisrono based on SWOT anaysis The method used in this research was a qualitative method with SWOT analysis as the main method. The researcher used documentation, field observation and quisioner as the data collection techniques. The researcher was able to determine the current condition of Mete Super Jatisrono by identity the internal and external factors. The results of this research were: S-O strategies was the most suitable strategies that can be used as main strategy to develop Mete Super Jatisrono. There is two main poin contained on S-O strategies: the first one is by doing online promotion by themself without hiring a social media expert, and the second one is by doing endorsement to promote Mete Super Jatisrono.
