Application Of Diversion To Children In Case Of Traffic Accidents That Cause Lives

Minors in driving a motor vehicle are very dangerous, lack of education on road safety and a very early age results in the ability to drive a vehicle not accompanied by instinct and mature thinking so that traffic accidents often occur caused by minors. Law No. 11 of 2012 regulates how to settle cases of child crimes, including in cases of traffic accidents caused by children by diversion. Traffic accident cases regulated in Law No. 22 of 2009 about Traffic and Road Transportation as a law that specifically regulates traffic accidents, the diversion process against children as perpetrators in traffic accidents carried out in every District Court and diversion carried out according to the Act. No. 11 of 2012 and Government Regulation No. 65 of 2012 about Guidelines for the Implementation of Diversion and Handling of Children who are not yet Twelve Years Old. Konsistensi aparat pengawasan internal pemerintah (APIP) untuk meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan Provinsi Gorontalo

The Regional Government Financial Report is a form of government accountability to the community in the form of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). Financial reports made by local governments must be of high quality and in accordance with standards. For this reason, APIP is needed to oversee the activities or programs of the local government so that the program runs according to its objectives. This study aims to describe the consistency of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) to improve the quality of the Gorontalo provincial government's financial reports. The focus of this research is audit, review, evaluation, monitoring and other supervisory activities.The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and the informants in this study were the Inspectorate of the Gorontalo Province Inspectorate and several related work units at the Gorontalo Provincial Inspectorate. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that with the consistency and APIP can realize government accountability and quality Local Government Financial Reports

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA VISUAL 3 DIMENSI SKETCHUP PADA MATERI PELAJARAN MENGGAMBAR POTONGAN RUMAH SEDERHANA SATU LANTAI KELAS XI TEKNIK GAMBAR BANGUNAN SMK NEGERI 3 SURABAYA

Abstrak Media visual 3 dimensi SketchUp merupakan sebuah program modelling yang dapat digunakan dalam sebuah bidang pembuatan objek 3 dimensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan media visual 3 dimensi SketchUp dan mengetahui hasil belajar setelah menggunakan media visual 3 dimensi SketchUp pada mata pelajaran menggambar dengan perangkat lunak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Subyek penelitian menggunakan kelas XI Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah validasi media visual 3 dimensi dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan Media Visual 3 Dimensi mendapatkan prosentase nilai sebesar 80,00% dengan kategori Layak. Hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Teknik Gambar Bangunan 1 SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya setelah menggunakan Media Visual 3 Dimensi pada mata pelajaran menggambar dengan perangkat lunak dengan materi pokok menggambar potongan rumah sederhana satu lantai, menunjukkan siswa tuntas belajar dengan nilai di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) sebesar 90,91%. Abstract 3-dimensional visual SketchUp media is a modeling program that can be used in a 3-dimensional object creation field. The purpose of this study is to determine the validity of visual media 3-dimensional SketchUp on drawing lesson with software and knowing learning outcomes after using visual media 3-dimensional SketchUp on lesson drawing with software. Research design used is Research and Development method. The research use class XI Building Drawing Engineering SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya. The instrument used is 3-dimensional visual media validity and test of learning outcomes. The results showed that the validity of 3-Dimensional Media Visual gets percentage value of 80.00% with valid category. Student learning outcomes of class XI Building Drawing Technique 1 SMK Negeri 3 Surabaya after using Visual Media 3 Dimension in drawing lesson with software of drawing simple one-story house, showing students learning outcomes with value above Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) amounted to 90.91%. Pengaruh Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kondisi Pandemi Covid-19 Sebagai Moderasi (Studi Kasus Perusahaan Sektor Farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

This study aims to determine the effect of funding decisions, dividend policies, and profitability on firm value in pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses the dependent variable firm value (PBV). The funding decision (DER), dividend policy (DPR), and profitability (ROA) as independent variables. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research sample consisted of 45 samples from 9 pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. There are two results in this study. The results of the study indicate that funding decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a significant negative effect on firm value, while profitability has no significant effect on firm value

Pelatihan Dan Pendampingan Dalam Pengabdian Dan Pendampingan Pemasaran Produk Hasil Homemade Dengan Media Sosial Di Desa Deketagung Kecamatan Sugio Kabupaten Lamongan

Produk homemade yang sudah dihasilkan oleh masyarakat di Desa Deketagung seluruhnya adalah produk makanan buatan sendiri dengan teknologi sederhana yang berskala rumahan dan dikerjakan oleh para ibu-ibu rumah tangga. banyaknya kendala yang dialami dalam pertumbuhan usaha homemade yang ada di Desa Deketagung  yang diproduksi oleh ibu-ibu  rumah tangga, sehingga masih kurang optima dalam penjualannya. Strategi pemasaran yang dijadikan sebagai solusi adalah berbasis teknologi, yang akan menjadi kekuatan dalam mendongkrak penjualan produk homemade. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar produk homemade sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset dan laba penjualan produk dengan menggunakan media sosial sebagai alat pemasarannya. Kelompok peserta berjumlah 30 Orang, yang terdiri dari bermacam-macam jenis produk homemade di Desa Deketagung yang paling banyak yaitu ibu rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengabdian  dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha homemade. Hasil Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengabdian  dalam kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan dari pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk dijadikan sebagai alat pemasaran, dimana ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya perubahan angka rerata pretest dan post tes, seperti nilai dari skor 72 ke skor 100. Pemahaman terakhir dari setiap peserta terhadap media sosial instagram diperoleh sebesar 75% lebih besar dari pada pemahaman terakhir dari peserta terhadap website toko online sebesar 65%

TINGKAT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP ATRIBUT BUAH PEPAYA DI PASAR TRADISIONAL KOTA SURAKARTA

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of consumers towards the attributes of papaya in the traditional market of Surakarya City. Data is processed using the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) method. The study was conducted from January to March 2020 in Surakarta City with 100 consumers as respondents. CSI analysis is used to measure the level of customer satisfaction through the calculation of consumer ratings of the attributes of indicators attached to an item. The results of the study based on CSI values indicate that the results of consumer satisfaction in traditional markets are classified as satisfied (80,59%). The order of consumer satisfaction with the attributes of papaya in traditional markets is the variable taste, size, level of maturity and price. Consumers are satisfied because the expectations in buying for papaya in traditional markets in the city of Surakarta have been fulfilled

Efek Kapsul Ekstrak Etanol Kulit Buah Delima (Punica granatum L.) terhadap Penanda Pembentukan dan Kualitas Tulang pada Wanita Pascamenopause

Studies of pomegranate peel (Punica granatum L.), which contain ellagic acid, suggest its ability to increase osteoblast, calcium, and phosphorus in ovariectomized rats. The effects of the pomegranate peel extracts on postmenopausal women was not known. This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of pomegranate peel ethanol extract capsules in the modulation of bone formation and bone quality markers in postmenopausal women. This study is a pilot study of 1st phase of clinical trial using parallel, randomized, double-blind, and placebo controlled design, with 30 subjects. Subjects were randomized to receive commercial capsules of pomegranate peel ethanol extract 2 × 1100 mg/ day or placebo, for 8 weeks. Levels of osteocalcin, calcium, and phosphorus were examined before and after treatment. This study showed that administration of the capsules in postmenopausal women tends to reduce blood osteocalcin level (4,129±5,66 ng/mL on placebo group versus 1,79±5,04 ng/mL on punica group, p=0,245), has not significant on blood calcium level (9,13±0,36 mg/dL placebo group versus 9,21±0,39 mg/dL punica group, p=0,379), has not significant on blood phosphorus level (3,93±0,38 mg/dL placebo group versus 4,12±0,41 mg/dL on punica group, p=0,138), does not affect the function of liver and kidney, and was well tolerated. In conclusion, the commercial capsules is safe, potentially reduce marker of bone formation serum level,and increase bone quality on postmenopausal women

Produksi Susu Pasturisasi MJ9 UMKM Karya Bumi, Mojosongo, Boyolali Bersertifikat MD

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Program PPPUD ini bertujuan untuk merintis dan membina UMKM Karya Bumi dalam mengatasi pemasaran susu hasil peternak di Mojosongo Boyolali. Mengingat banyaknya susu yang tidak terjual, maka sebagai alternative dengan dibuat susu pasturisasi dengan berbagai rasa yang mempunyai daya simpan lebih lama. Dengan diproduksinya sebagai susu pasturisasi ini akan meningkatkan nilai jual, daya simpan dan memperluas pemasarannya.Program juga bertujuan untuk mempercepat difusi teknologi dan manajemen UKM, serta mengembangkan proses link and match antara Perguruan Tinggi, UKM, Pemerintah dan masyarakat.Program ini diawali dengan perancangan dan pabrikasi alat produksi, utamanya adalah pasturizer dengan kapasitas 50 liter yang dilengkapi sinar UV agar produk yang dihasilkan steril. Adanya alat tersebut perlu diberikan bimbingan teknis kepada pegawai yang terlibat pada proses produksi. Disamping itu juga diberikan penyuluhan tentang produksi bersih dan halal. Guna menjamin kualitas produksinya maka diupayakan untuk mendapatkan sertifikat MD dari Balai Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Untuk memenuhi persyaratan agar diperoleh sertifikat MD tersebut diperlukan pembinaan dan penataan ruang produksi dan perlengkapannya serta laboratorium yang diperlukan. Ruang produksi harus selalu steril dengan perlengkapan yang memadahi untuk keperluan produksi, pengepakan hingga siap untuk dipasarkan.Adanya program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dalam mengatasi masalah penjualan susu hasil ternak petani dan akan meningkatkan nilai jualnya yang berarti akan meningkatkan pendapatan peternak sapi perah yang ada.

GERAKAN SADAR STUNTING (GSS): EDUKASI PUBLIK DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING GUNA MENDUKUNG PROGRAM PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

Cases of stunting in Indonesia must be addressed immediately because the long-term impact of stunting can affect the quality of human resources in the future. One of the factors that will make a country successful can be seen in the quality of its human resources. According to the Ministry of Health, the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) state that the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia has decreased from 24.4% in 2021 to 21.6% in 2022. This shows that a decrease of 2.8% is still far from expectations and will drop by 14% in 2024. To prevent stunting, one must have the community's ability to know what can cause stunting in their children. So that with the community's ability to restrain, it is hoped that it can prevent stunting in children. This PKM activity provides counselling about stunting in Lingga Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, hoping the community will understand more about restraining to prevent it rather than treat it. The PKM FISIP UNTAN team collaborated with a resource person from ITEKES Muhammadiyah so that the community could immediately get stunting material from the experts. It is hoped that the PKM participants who attend can work together to prevent stunting in children in their area
