Penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan program Cabri 3D untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik materi pokok dimensi tiga kelas X-A MA Al Bidayah Candi Bandungan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015
Skripsi ini membahas tentang penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan program Cabri 3D untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik materi pokok dimensi tiga. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X materi dimensi tiga tahun pelajaran 2013/ 2014 yang kurang dari KKM yaitu 75, dimana dari 54 peserta didik kelas X, hanya ada lima peserta didik yang tuntas, sedangkan rata-rata secara keseluruhan adalah 63,06 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 9,26%. Hal ini disebabkan oleh peserta didik yang belum menguasai konsep-konsep dimensi tiga dan kesulian dalam mengabstraksi model atau permasalahan pada dimensi tiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah: apakah penerapan
model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan program Cabri 3D dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik materi pokok dimensi tiga kelas X-A MA Al Bidayah Candi Bandungan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. keberhasilan penelitian
ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar di atas KKM yaitu 75 dan persentase ketuntasan peserta didik pada setiap siklusnya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitiannya adalah peserta didik kelas X-A MA Al Bidayah Candi Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang
tahun pelajaran 2014/ 2015 sebanyak 20 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta menentukan rata-rata hasil belajar dan
persentase ketuntasan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II
meningkat dari 63,89 ke 83,13 atau sebesar 19,24 poin dan ketuntasan belajarnya meningkat dari 38,89% ke 80% atau sebesar 41,11%. Penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan program Cabri 3D dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Namun tidak serta merta dapat
meningkatkan hasil belajar, karena hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti pengelolaan kelas, kemampuan peserta didik, konsentrasi peserta didik, ketelitian, dan sebagainya. Sehingga disarankan kepada guru agar melakukan
pembelajaran inovatif, bervariasi, dan memanfaatkan media dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran
IMPLEMENTASI DISCOVERY LEARNING DENGAN BANTUAN PROGRAM CABRI 3D PADA MATERI POKOK DIMENSI TIGA KELAS X-A

Improving Firm Sustainability Through Dynamic Capability: The Mediation Role of Ambidexterity
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic capability dimensions on sustainability and ambidexterity. Furthermore, this study also analyzes the mediating role of ambidexterity to influence sensing, seizing and reconfiguring capabilities in building firm sustainability.

Theoretical framework: Â There are inconsistencies in previous research related to the effect of dynamic capability. Some recent literatures emphasize the important role of dynamic capability in increasing company sustainability including Li et al. (2019), Dangelico et al. (2017), Chowdhury & Quaddus, (2021). However, in some cases, capability does not have a strong influence on sustainability (Hong et al: 2018, Borahima et al. 2021). This study seeks to analyze further and find a better model.

Design/methodology/approach: This study is a quantitative study with a research population that includes employees, managers, and start-up owners in Yogyakarta. From the population, 250 respondents were taken as research samples. The analysis was carried out using the structural equation model method using AMOS software.

Findings: The results found that sensing capability had no effect on sustainability and ambidexterity. In other side, seizing and reconfiguring capability influence sustainability and ambidexterity. Furthermore, this study found that ambidexterity was not able to mediate sensing capability on sustainability. Meanwhile, ambidexterity has been proven to mediate each effect of seizing and reconfiguring capability on sustainability.

Research, Practical & Social implications: This research emphasizes on managers and entrepreneurs that dynamic capability and ambidexterity have an important role in growing sustainability. Future studies may consider to elaborate further on the role of dynamic capability and ambidexterity both from the aspect of moderating influence and the wider research object aspect.

The results indicate that dynamic capability’s factors especially seizing and reconfiguring capability, also ambidexterity have an important role in company’s sustainability

tative analysis with Interactive model is used to analysis primer data. To analysis the seconder data/non
statistical is by deductive method. The approach used is juridical approach. The study showing Agree-
ment on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, Including Trade in Conterfeit Goods have
been well implemented by the Indonesian government by making some policy such as legislation policy.
For such things have been formulated a new statute which have not been regulated yet and the adjusment
of the existed law with TRIPs regulation. For such things can be proved that in 2000 have been stipulated
the industrial design law, integrated circuit site plan design and trade secrecy. Furthermore the legislation
regulating copy right, patent and brand name since 1997 until 2002 also heve been renewable in accor-
dance with TRIPs Agreement/WTO. Beside that have been doned the effort to improve and increase
intelectual property rights administration by araising President Decree Number 144/1998 and President
decree number 189/1998 that state the duty of intelectual property rights directorate generale (DITJEN
HKI) to carry out national intelectual property rights system integrally. This action supported by the direc-
torate of cooperation and information development of intelectual property rights directorate. Within coop-
eration and socialization sector implemented by increasing cooperation (foreign) and increasing socializa-
tion for improving the undestanding and consciousness of intelectual property rights. Furthermore been
carry out law enforcement of intelectual property rights. To enlarge the public access in present have been
carried oiut technology information services system by developing infrastructure by automation system in
cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JIKA).

ISOLASI RHODINOL DALAM EKSTRAKSI MINYAK SEREH JAWA
Sereh jawa adalah salah satu jenis tanaman rumput-rumputan penghasil minyak atsiri yang telah lama dikembangkan di Indonesia. Minyak sereh jawa mengandung kurang lebih 85% total geraniol (termasuk 35% sitronelal) dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku untuk ekstraksi beberapa isolat yang sangat penting (geraniol dan sitronelal) yang dapat diubah menjadi senyawa-senyawa aromatik yang banyak digunakan (sitonelal, hidroksi sitronelal dan sebagainya).
Pengambilan minyak atsiri dapat dilakukan dengan ekstraksi-distilasi. Minyak yang diperoleh diukur volumenya dan dianalisa kandungan rhodinol, berat jenis dan bilangan penyabunan. Kemudian mengekstraksi jumlah minyak sereh dengan jumlah 75 ml dan pelarut n-heksane dengan perbandingan feed 1:1;2:1;3:1;4:1;5:1;6:1 serta mengoptimalkan waktu ekstraksi dengan interval 0,5 jam. Dari hasil pengamatan kami didapatkan bahwa kondisi operasi optimum ekstraksi rhodinol dengan solven n-heksane pada perbandingan pelarut dan bahan 5 : 1 dengan waktu operasi 2,5 jam dan dihasilkan rhodinol sebanyak 78,43 %
PERBANDINGAN TINGKAT KEBUGARAN JASMANI SISWA KELAS XI JURUSAN IPA DAN KELAS XI JURUSAN IPS
Abstrak
Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Olahraga (PJOK) merupakan bagian penting dari pendidikan. Adanya bidang studi PJOK di semua jenjang pendidikan diharapkan membantu peserta didik untuk mempunyai kebugaran jasmani yang baik. Kebugaran jasmani merupakan kemampuan setiap individu untuk melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari tanpa kelelahan yang berarti. Kehidupan setiap individu yang berbeda satu sama lain menuntut kebugaran jasmani yang ideal agar dapat melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari secara maksimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani berdasarkan artikel-artikel yang telah direview. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode literature review atau tinjauan pustaka, yaitu penelitian dengan mengkaji secara mendalam penelitian sebelumnya pada suatu topik yang hendak diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan 22 sumber literatur dengan kisaran 10 tahun terakhir, 16 diantaranya digunakan sebagai data yang direview. Data diambil dari lima database (google scholar, researchgate, jurnal unimed, ejournal unesa, dan jurnal sinta) menggunakan kata kunci “Kebugaran Jasmani” dan “Physical Fitness”. Berdasarkan hasil review beberapa penelitian sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani setiap orang berbeda. Perbedaan tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya faktor internal seperti genetik, umur dan jenis kelamin dan faktor eksternal seperti aktivitas fisik, kelelahan, lingkungan. Tingkat kebugaran seseorang dapat dikatakan baik apabila setiap komponen kebugaran jasmani dalam kategori baik.

Abstract
Physical Education, Health and Sports (PJOK) is an important part of education. The existence of a field of physical education and health at all levels of education is expected to help students to have good physical fitness. Physical freshness is the ability of each individual to carry out daily activities without significant fatigue. The life of each individual who is different from one another demands ideal physical fitness so that they can carry out their daily activities optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the level of physical fitness based on the articles that have been reviewed. The method used in this study is the literature review method, namely research by critically evaluating previous research on a topic to be studied. This research using 22 literature sources with a range of the last 10 year, 16 of which are used as data that are reviewed and retrieved from five database (google scholar, researchgate, jurnal unimed, ejournal unesa, dan jurnal sinta)using a keyword “Kebugaran Jasmani” and “Physical Fitness”. Based on the results of a review of several previous studies, it can be concluded that the physical fitness level of each person is different. These differences can be caused by various factors, including internal factors such as genetics, age and sex and external factors such as physical activity, fatigue, and the environment. A person's fitness level can be said to be good if every component of physical fitness is in a good category.

MEASUREMENTS ANALYSIS OF MQ-6 LPG GAS LEAK DETECTION DEVICES FOR DISTANCE FACTORS
LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) is one of the important sources of energy. When compared with other fuels such as oil or firewood, LPG is very practical to be used for household because the material is produced from gas. But behind its practicality, it turns out that LPG gas can cause a danger if not used carefully. According to statistics, the second position of causing fire is a leaky gas cylinder that was ignited by a fire source. To overcome this problem, there a lot of research that uses special tools that can be used to detect leaks for LPG. In the design of the tool, most researchers used MQ-6 type sensors that were indeed built to utilize LPG gas. But studies on the characteristics of MQ-6 have not been done much, especially about the sensitivity of this sensor when used to detect LPG gas at a certain distance, so it needs to be researched about sensor placement. Therefore, in this study the sensitivity testing of the MQ-6 sensor was carried out. The results obtained at a distance of 10 to 30 cm, this sensor is very sensitive in detecting the presence of gas, but at a distance of 30 to 110 cm, it is less sensitive to detect presence of LPG gas because it can only support 10% of the total amount of gas in the air at a distance of 110 cm
