Diplomová práce se zabývá společností Bubbleology a jejími aktivitami na českém trhu s bubble tea. Cílem práce je analýza marketingového mixu a následné navržení vhodných doporučení, které by pomohly společnosti v konkurenčním prostředí. Nejprve je však provedena situační analýza podniku, jenž má odhalit silné a slabé stránky společnosti a její postavení na trhu. Poté jsou provedena šetření, jenž popisují cílovou skupinu zákazníků a jejich chování. Jednotlivé výsledky analýz jsou konzultovány při skupinovém šetření, aby došlo k potvrzení či vyvrácení závěrů. Na konci jsou prezentovány doporučení, které by mohly zvýšit věrnost a loajalitu zákazníků, popřípadě získat zákazníky nové.The thesis deals with company Bubbleology and their activities on czech bubble tea market. The objective of the thesis is analysis of marketing mix and follows to suggest appropriate recommendations, which would help the company in competitive environment. However at the first is made analysis of business, which should reveal strengths and weaknesses of company and position on market. Then are made some investigations, which describe target group of customers and their purchasing behaviour. Individual results of analyses are discussed at focus group, for a purpose to prove or disprove my results. At the end are presented recommendations, which could increase customers loyalty and constancy or to get new costumers

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh a zaměření vycházkových tras určených pro seniory v lokalitě Brna. V práci budou popsány přípravné práce, samotný postup měření a následné zpracování profilů. Dále bude následovat podrobný popis vytvořených tras a jejich zajímavých míst. Z bakalářské práce bude vytvořený přehledný průvodce pro turisty.The aim of this thesis is the design and focus of walking trails designed for seniors in Brno. The work will be described preparatory work, the approach measurement and postprocessing profiles. It will be followed by a detailed description of created routes and places of interest. Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření aplikace, která bude umožňovat simulaci optických vad čoček a také vytvářet testovací vzory. V první části je řešena problematika optických vad čoček a návrh softwarového řešení. Dále pak realizace a implementace jednotlivých modulů v aplikaci. Na závěr je popsáno grafické uživatelské rozhraní a práce s ním.This thesis is focused on application development for simulation lenses’ optical distortions and also for creation own patterns. In the first part are discussed common problems of optical distortion and concept of software analysis. Further is described realization and implementation of particular modules in the application. In the end is show up graphical user interface and its functionality.

Evacuation of Social Care Facility as a Result of a Natural Emergency

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na objektovou evakuaci, která se týká zařízení služeb sociální péče v důsledku naturogenní mimořádné události, ve kterém se nacházejí osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu trpící Alzheimerovou chorobou. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsána legislativa, která převážně souvisí s evakuací osob nebo ochranou obyvatelstva. Následně je popsán integrovaný záchranný systém a mimořádné události, které jsou rozdělené do jednotlivých kategorií. Dále jsou analyzovány problémy související s evakuací, od jejího dělení až po problematiku evakuace osob s omezenou schopností pohybu. V praktické části diplomové práce je na základě informací z teoretické části analyzován současný stav, jaká je připravenost zvoleného zařízení služeb sociální péče, ve kterém jsou umístěny osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu na případnou objektovou evakuaci. Souběžně s analýzou jsou navržena technická nebo personální, která můžou ovlivnit snazší průběh při přípravě a realizaci evakuace. Na základě získaných informacích z dotazníků, určených ředitelům nebo odpovědným vedoucím osobám objektů, kde jsou umístěny osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu, pro příslušníky Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR a záchranáře zdravotnické záchranné služby, kteří mají zkušenosti s evakuací objektu, kde se nachází osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu, je vytvořena SWOT analýza, díky které se může zlepšit připravenost objektu na evakuaci.The diploma thesis is focused on evacuation of buildings, more specifically buildings of social services. The evacuation will take place due to naturogenic emergencies and people evacuated from the social service house are not able to fully move on their own suffering from Alzheimer. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis the legislation is discussed, because it is related to the evacuation of people or population protection. Following the description of Integrated Rescue System and emergency events. The emergency events are divided into categories. Furthermore, the problems related to evacuation are analysed, starting from its division to the problematic of evacuation of people with limited ability to move. The practical part of the diploma thesis is based on the information provided in the theoretical part. The practical part analyses current situation of the chosen social service building, where disabled people live. And how the facility is prepared for its potential evacuation. Collaterally with the analysis, suggestions of possible technical or personal improvements, which can affect and make easier the potential preparation and realisation of the evacuation, are made based on the information gained from questionaries. The questionaries were filled by directors or responsible leaders of the building, where disabled people are situated. Also, by members of Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and by rescue workers of medical rescue service, who have had the experience with evacuation of this type of facilities where disabled people lived. Based on this information a SWOT analysis was made, which helps to improve the preparedness of the building for evacuation

Design of power supply for industrial technologies

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh napájení průmyslových technologií budovy CEETe. Rozvodna objektu bude obsahovat modulární rozváděč typu MNS iS firmy ABB s.r.o, který bude distribuovat elektrickou energii do dalších podpůrných rozváděčů v budově. V úvodu se práce zabývá obecnou teorií nízkonapěťových rozváděčů a popisem systému modulárního rozváděče MNS iS. Dále se práce zabývá výběrem jednotlivých modulů, výběrem funkčních přístrojů a konstrukčním návrhem rozváděče. Následující část se zabývá projektovou dokumentací a jejím obsahem. Závěr práce porovnává ceny přístrojů obsažené v rozváděči s přístroji jiných tuzemských výrobců nízkonapěťových rozváděčů.The aim of the thesis is to design the power supply of industrial technologies of the CEETe building. The plant will contain a modular switchboard of the MNS iS type of the company ABB s.r.o., which will distribute electricity to other support switchboards in the building. In the introduction, the thesis deals with the general theory of low voltage switchboards and the description of the modular switchboard system MNS iS. The work also deals with the selection of individual modules, the selection of functional instruments and the design of the switchboard. The following section deals with project documentation and its structure. Determinants of regional differentiation in fertility in the EU

Determinanty regionální diferenciace plodnosti v zemích EU Abstrakt Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat a analyzovat determinanty regionální diferenciace plodnosti v zemích Evropské unie na základě ukazatelů, vybraných rešerší odborné literatury. K tomuto účelu jsou použity metody deskriptivní statistiky, korelační analýza, analýza hlavních komponent a v konečné fázi také shluková analýza, která pomůže získané informace regionálně začlenit. Teoretické zázemí práce je podpořeno nejen diskusí literatury z úhlu jednotlivých vybraných ukazatelů či plodnosti, ale také z pohledu typologie faktorů. Při analýze jsou použity mapy jednotlivých shluků, tabulky charakterizující sílu a vliv jednotlivých faktorů na tyto shluky a také vhodné komparativní tabulky deskriptivní statistiky. Z výsledků práce vyplývá výrazná regionální specifičnost dopadů faktorů na úroveň plodnosti a dodržování určitých geograficko-kulturních stereotypů v její regionalizaci. Je tak zřejmé, že žádná univerzální hodnota ukazatelů s předem daným vlivem na úroveň plodnosti neexistuje, vždy je nutný komplexní náhled na problematiku konkrétní oblasti.Determinants of regional differentiation in fertility in the EU Abstract Main goal of this thesis is to describe and analyze regional fertility determinants in the countries of the European Union. These determinants are based on many indicators which were chosen from a selected recherché of a professional literature. Descriptive statistic methods, correlation analysis, principal component analysis were used to achieve this goal and finally cluster analysis was used to integrate gathered data. Theoretical part of thesis is supported also with discussion from various literature sources about fertility and factor typology. In the analysis part the maps of clusters, tables which characterized strength and influence of different factors to these clusters were used; also appropriate comparative tables of descriptive statistics are used to support the analysis. From the thesis finding it can be seemed major regional impact specifications of each factor to a level of fertility and fulfilling specific geographical-cultural stereotypes in each regionalization.
