    HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN MODEL ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PROFESIONAL (MAKP) TIM DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RSUD JOMBANG

    Model Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional merupakan sebagai suatu sistem (struktur, proses dan nilai) yang memungkinkan perawat profesional mengatur pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Tetapi sebagian pasien merasa kurang puas terhadap pelayanan keperawatan karena pelayanan tersebut tidak optimal. Di RSUD Jombang sejak diterapkannya model asuhan keperawatan profesional tim awal tahun 2002 sebagian besar dari pasien masih menyatakan ketidakpuasan terhadap pelayanan hal ini dibuktikan banyaknya surat di kotak saran tentang pelayanan perawat yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan penerapan Model Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional (MAKP) TIM dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Multistage Random Sampling sebanyak 240 responden (120 pasien dan 120 perawat). Data ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuasioner dan observasi serta dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji statistik korelasi (spreman’s rho) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil analisa menunjukkan ada hubungan antara penerapan Model Asuhan Keperawatan Profesional (MAKP) TIM dengan kepuasan pasien.Tanggung jawab kepala ruangan, tanggung jawab ketua tim, tanggung jawab anggota tim ( = 0,001), timbang terima ( = 0,001), sentralisasi obat ( = 0,002) dan dokumentasi keperawatan ( = 0,001). Penerapan tanggung jawab (kepala ruangan, ketua tim,dan anggota tim), timbang terima, sentralisasi obat dan dokumentasi keperawatan berhubungan sangat kuat dengan kepuasan pasien.     APPLICATION RELATIONS PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE MODEL TEAM WITH HOSPITAL PATIENT SATISFACTION IN JOMBANG

    Introduction: Professional Nursing Care Model ISASA system (structure, process and value) that enables professional nurses regulate nursing care. But some patients feel less satisfied with the nursing service because the service is not optimal. In Jombang hospitals since the implementation of the model of professional nursing care team early 2002 most of the patients are still expressed dissatisfaction with the services it is evidenced in the number of letters about the suggestion box that is less than optimal care nurse. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the implementation of the Professional Nursing Care Model Team with patient satisfaction in hospitals Jombang. Method: This study uses an analytic design with cross sectional approach. Samples were collected using a multi stage random sampling of 240 respondents (120 patients and 120 nurses). These data were collected by using questionnaire and observations and analyzed using correlation test (spearman's rho) with significant level α0.05. Results: Analysis showed no relationship between the applications of the Professional Nursing Care Model Team with patient’s satisfaction. Nurse unit manager responsibility, the responsibility of the team leader, the responsibility of the team members (p=0.001), weigh received (p=0.001), centralized drug (p=0.002) and nursing documentation (p=0.001). Discussion: Implementation of responsibility (nurse unit manager, team leader and team members), weigh, centralized medicine and nursing documentation associated very strongly with patient satisfaction.     PENGARUH LABEL HALAL DAN ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH (E-WOM) TERHADAP MINAT BELI ULANG KONSUMEN PADA PRODUK SKINCARE SAFI

    Penelitian ini didasarkan adanya fenomena permasalahan menjamurnya produk kosmetik luar di Indonesia yang tidak memiliki label halal pada kemasan produk, namun ulasan/review mengenai produk yang diperoleh adalah baik dan tingkat penjualannya meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah label halal dan electronic word of mouth (e-wom) berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada produk skincare Safi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunakan produk skincare Safi minimal satu kali dalam kurun waktu satu tahun ini. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan jenis sampel convenience sampling sebanyak 200 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa label halal dan electronic word of mouth (e-wom) memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada produk skincare Safi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada perusahaan dalam memahami konsumen mengenai pentingnya label halal pada kemasan produk dan dalam melakukan pemasarannya melalui sosial media. Kata Kunci: Label Halal, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), Minat Beli Ulang   This research is based on the phenomena of problems about there’s so many other impor products in Indonesia that has not been halal labeled on the packaging, however the products has interesting review and has increase sales. This study aims to determine is label halal and electronic word of mouth (e-wom) have an influence on customer repurchase intention in Safi skincare products.The population in this study are consumer who have used Safi skincare products at least once in this year.The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with convenience sample as many as 200 people. The method used in this study is the method of causality with a quantitative approach. The data analysis was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The result of this study indicated that label halal and electronic word of mouth (e-wom) had a positive and significant influence on consumer’s repurchasing intention in Safi skincare products. Insights from this research is expected to provide benefits to the company to understand consumers see about halal product on their products and in marketing them through social media.     The title of this research is Perception of The Wife in West Java about Pelakor, with sub-title Descriptive Qualitative Study of Perception of The Wife in West Java about Pelakor (Home Wrecker). This theme is chosen because the perceptions or opinions of each individual must be different according to the point of view, experience and received message by each person. Therefore, it is interesting to examine because there are many perceptions that wives of a household in West Java will expose about the Pelakor. Pelakor has become a problem that can’t be considered normal as the cause of the many cases of divorce in Indonesia, because the case already included in the act of infidelity. The affair that referred it was the intimate relation between a woman and a man who isn’t her husband, but the husband of another woman. The purpose of the research is as a requirement of the trial exam Strata One (S1) Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Pasundan University, Department of Communication Studies, Public Relations Concentration. The other purpose of this research is to know how the sensation, attention and interpretation of the wife in West Java about Pelakor (Home Wrecker). The research method that is used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive research type. This research aims to find, describe and analyze the focus of this research, namely how perception of the wife in West Java about Pelakor. Measurements of this research using perceptual perception by Deddy Mulyana, which is: Sensation, Attention and Interpretation. Data collection techniques that is used is literature study, observation, internet searching and in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this research indicate that the perceptions that include the sensations, attentions and interpretations conveyed by the wives in the interview contain many meanings and messages in it, both for a husband and wife.     The era of globalization in Indonesia in the business sector has experienced very rapid development. This is because the number of consumptive age or millennial generation in Indonesia is increasing every year. This very rapid business development provides an opportunity to set up independent businesses for entrepreneurs. One of the many independent businesses established is a coffee shop. One of the independent businesses engaged in the coffee shop is Ueno Coffee. The rapid development of the coffee shop business has resulted in increasingly fierce competition between competitors so that coffee shop entrepreneurs make it a threat and a challenge. With these threats and challenges, Ueno Coffee wants to conduct a customer satisfaction analysis that can be used to evaluate customer satisfaction so that it can be used for business development that is better, superior and able to compete with competitors. This study using the SEM-PLS method is expected to be able to assist business owners in analyzing the factors that effect consumer satisfaction. This study applies a simple random sampling technique with a sample of 100 people. The results of the analysis show that the variables of product quality, service quality, price, promotion, location and halal label have a positive value and have a significant effect on Ueno Coffee's consumer satisfaction

    The Influence of the Personality Competence of Islamic Education Teachers on the Learning Motivation

    This research is motivated by the learning process of students who are less enthusiastic in learning, the objectives of this research are as follows: 1). To know the reality of PAI teacher's personality, 2). To know the reality of students' learning motivation and 3). To determine the effect of the independent variable (personality competence) of PAI teachers on the dependent variable (learning motivation) of students, this study used a quantitative approach and took the form of a survey. The sample used was class X students majoring in visual communication design at SMKN 14 Bandung with a total population of 101 students. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, normality test, linearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses simple regression analysis and is strengthened by the coefficient of determination. The results showed that 1). The Reality of the personality competence of Islamic education teachers on average (mean) for each indicator data obtained a mean value of > 4.00 or was in the interval of 4.00-5.00 which means very good. 2). The reality of student learning motivation on average (mean) data for each indicator is obtained a mean value of > 3.00 or is in the interval of 3.00-4.00 which means it is good. 3). The significance of the coefficients table is 0.008 < 0.05, which means that the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable

    Determinants of Satisfaction of Inpatients at Datu Beru Takengon Regional General Hospital

    The Datu Beru Takengon Hospital is the location of this research, and its purpose is to investigate the factors that influence patient satisfaction. This study is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design, which is a measurement of the dependent variable and the independent variable (age, treatment class, and length of treatment) with the dependent variable (physical appearance, handling, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy (SERVQUAL) and making use of the survey method. According to the findings of the research, the variable guarantee with Exp (B) 25,263 has the most significant link with patient satisfaction, making it the most influential factor that determines the level of satisfaction experienced by patients. Whereas physicians and nurses who have high levels of confidence and trust are 25 times more likely to have the same level of satisfaction as their patients. In this context, "assurance" refers to the knowledge, courtesy, and capacity of corporate personnel to develop client faith in the organization, including the knowledge, abilities, politeness, and trustworthiness of the staff. It is possible to draw the conclusion from this research that insurance plays a more significant role than the other variables in determining the degree to which patients are satisfied with the care they get in the inpatient unit. It has been indicated that there is a need for assistance from the administration of the Datu Beru Takengon Hospital in order to boost patient satisfaction. Additionally, the hospital should make an effort to build patient trust in the provision of better services

    Dalam suatu system tenaga listrik permasalahan yang umum terjadi adalah fluktuasi beban yang tidak menentu. Hal ini akan menyebabkan faktor daya system berubah – ubah sesuai dengan perubahan jumlah beban listrik dan variasi beban listrik. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan faktor daya listrik adalah kapasitor bank. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki faktor daya system 3 fasa yang dapat bekerja secara adaptif dalam merespon perubahan beban dan variasi beban lstrik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan membuat rancang bangun simulator perbaikan faktor daya 3 fasa yang dilengkapi dengan system kendali otomatis untuk dapat mencapai nilai faktor daya yang baik. System kendali otomatis ini akan bekerja berdasarkan hasil pengukuran faktor daya system yang selanjutnya akan digunakan untuk mencari nilai kapasitas kapasitor bank yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai faktor daya system secara bertahap berhasil diperbaiki. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa system kendali otomatis telah bekerja dengan baik
