    Avaliação por meio de novas tecnologias na área da educação física. Proposta de treinamento para professores e/ou alunos do ramo educacional

    Introducción: La innovación en educación cada vez está más a la orden del día, evolucionando acorde con lo que demanda la sociedad actual, sin embargo, a la hora de innovar en la evaluación de los resultados no encontramos demasiada relevancia. Existen multitud de herramientas que nos permiten realizar evaluaciones de manera más rápida, dinámica y motivante, que hacen este proceso más ameno. Objetivos: Esta propuesta formativa persigue el objetivo de que los participantes descubran nuevas herramientas y aplicaciones tecnológicas para el proceso de evaluación del alumnado y aprendan a utilizarlas en la asignatura de Educación Física, pero también aplicable a otras materias. Métodos: Esta formación se llevará a cabo a través de diferentes sesiones en las cuales a través del aprendizaje cooperativo y la puesta en práctica aprenderán a utilizar herramientas como iDoceo, Socrative y Plickers. Conclusiones: Resulta indispensable que el docente continúe formándose de manera constante, aprendiendo nuevas estrategias y actualizándose conforme lo requiera el contexto en el que se encuentra. A través de estas herramientas conseguimos que se motive tanto el alumnado como el profesorado, al realizar las evaluaciones de forma más rápida y dinámico y haciendo a los estudiantes partícipes del proceso.Introduction: Innovation in education is becoming more and more the order of the day, evolving in accordance with what today's society demands, however, when it comes to innovating in the evaluation of results, we do not find much relevance. There are many tools that allow us to carry out evaluations in a faster, more dynamic and motivating way, which make this process more enjoyable. Aim: This training proposal pursues the objective that the participants discover new technological tools and applications for the student evaluation process and learn to use them in the subject of Physical Education, but also applicable to other subjects. Methods: This training will be carried out through different sessions in which, through cooperative learning and putting into practice, they will learn to use tools such as iDoceo, Socrative and Plickers. Conclusions: It is essential that the teacher continue to train constantly, learning new strategies and updating as required by the context in which they find themselves.     Starkeya nomas sp. nov., a prosthecate and budding bacterium isolated from an immunocompromized patient

    Strain HF14-78462T is an environmental bacterium found in clinical samples from an immunocompromized patient in 2014 at Hospital Universitari i Politècnic La Fe (Valencia, Spain). Phenotypically, strain HF14-78462T cells were Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, non-spore forming and non-motile small rods which formed mucous and whitish-translucent colonies when incubated at 20-36 °C. Phylogenetic analyses based on the 16S rRNA genes and the whole genomes of closest sequenced relatives confirmed that strain HF14-78462T is affiliated with the genus Starkeya. The strain was oxidase, catalase and urease positive; but indole, lysine decarboxylase, ornithine decarboxylase and DNase negative, did not produce H2S and was able to utilize a wide variety of carbon sources including acetamide, adonitol, amygdalin, l-arabinose, citric acid, glucose, mannitol and melibiose. Unlike Starkeya novella and Starkeya koreensis, strain HF14-78462T failed to grow in thiosulphate-oxidizing media and had a narrower temperature growth range. Its genome was characterized by a size of 4.83 Mbp and a C+G content of 67.75 mol%. Major fatty acids were C18:1 ω7c, cyclo C19 : 0 and C16 : 0, its polar acids were diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylglycerol and an aminophospholipid; while the ubiquinones were Q9 (1.8 %) and Q10 (98.2 %). Digital DNA-DNA hybridization values were 41 and 41.4 against S. novella and S. koreensis, respectively, while average nucleotide identity values were around 84 %. Phenotypic, average nucleotide identity and phylogenomic comparative studies suggest that strain HF14-78462T is a new representative of the genus Starkeya and the name Starkeya nomas sp. nov. is proposed.     NLRP3 inflammasome activation and symptom burden in KRAS-mutated CMML patients is reverted by IL-1 blocking therapy

    Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) is frequently associated with mutations in the rat sarcoma gene (RAS), leading to worse prognosis. RAS mutations result in active RAS-GTP proteins, favoring myeloid cell proliferation and survival and inducing the NLRP3 inflammasome together with the apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase recruitment domain (ASC), which promote caspase-1 activation and interleukin (IL)-1(3 release. Here, we report, in a cohort of CMML patients with mutations in KRAS, a constitutive activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome in monocytes, evidenced by ASC oligomerization and IL-1(3 release, as well as a specific inflammatory cytokine signature. Treatment of a CMML patient with a KRASG12D mutation using the IL-1 receptor blocker anakinra inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation, reduces monocyte count, and improves the patient's clinical status, enabling a stem cell transplant. This reveals a basal inflammasome activation in RAS-mutated CMML patients and suggests potential therapeutic applications of NLRP3 and IL-1 blockers

    Marco de análisis individual y sectorial del impacto de los riesgos económicos y financieros

    The Banco de España uses various microeconomic models, mostly of an empirical nature, to support its decision-making in relation to the analysis of economic and financial risks and economic policy advice. These models, which complement those of a macroeconomic nature, seeks to identify the potentially heterogeneous impact on different groups of agents of certain economic, financial or public policy scenarios. This analysis covers many areas, including the study of the behaviour of households and non-financial corporations, the internal credit rating of companies, the study of the demand for and supply of bank credit, top-down bank stress tests, supervisory review and evaluation processes (SREP) and the study of non-bank financial intermediaries. This paper shows how these models have been applied to analyse two recent crisis events, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian invasion of Ukraine, illustrating their practical utility and the need for their development and continuous adaptation.El Banco de España utiliza distintos modelos de carácter microeconómico, mayoritariamente de naturaleza empírica, para sustentar su toma de decisiones en relación con el análisis de los riesgos económicos y financieros y del asesoramiento de la política económica. Esta familia de modelos, que complementan a los de corte macroeconómico, busca identificar el impacto potencialmente heterogéneo sobre distintos grupos de agentes de determinados escenarios económico-financieros o de políticas públicas. Este análisis se extiende a múltiples áreas: estudio del comportamiento de hogares y empresas no financieras, calificación crediticia interna de empresas, estudio de la demanda y oferta de crédito bancario, realización de pruebas de resistencia bancarias top-down, proceso de revisión y evaluación supervisora (PRES) y estudio de los intermediarios financieros no bancarios. El documento muestra la aplicación de estos modelos en el análisis de dos eventos de crisis recientes: los inicios de la pandemia de COVID-19 y de la invasión rusa de Ucrania, ilustrando su utilidad práctica y la necesidad de un desarrollo y adaptación continua de los mismos
