El trabajo que se presenta a continuación expone el tema de la Educación Popular en el contexto argentino, repasa la comprensión del término e investiga cómo surgió la Educación Popular y la trayectoria que ésta ha seguido a lo largo de la historia, haciendo una mención especial a la década de los sesenta, setenta y ochenta. A continuación define sus prácticas y concepciones actuales, en la perspectiva de construir alternativas que sustituyan las formas y modelos tradicionales de organización social, para lo que muestra una propuesta concreta de Educación Popular que busca un modelo de sociedad más justo y democrático.Grado en Educación Socia

Desarrollo del proceso de moldeo por extrusión de polvos para la obtención de varillas de un material compuesto ferrita-polímeros

El objetivo principal de este proyecto es la fabricación mediante extrusión termoplástica de polvos de varillas de un composite altamente cargado de ferrita y polímero para su utilización en antenas para móviles. La solución óptima desde el punto de vista de las propiedades magnéticas sería un material 100% ferrita, pero el fabricante requiere unas propiedades mecánicas que son imposibles de alcanzar con un material de este tipo. Para ello se decidió fabricar un material compuesto con ferrita y un polímero, de tal manera que la ferrita le da las propiedades magnéticas y el polímero aporta las propiedades mecánicas. Para cuantificar estos dos tipos de propiedades se realizarán por un lado medidas de inductancia y permeabilidad (propiedades magnéticas), y por otro lado medidas de resistencia mecánica a partir de ensayos de flexión en tres puntos (propiedades mecánicas). El objetivo final será encontrar un material que aúne estos dos tipos de propiedades, de acuerdo a los requerimientos del fabricante.Ingeniería Industria

El procedimiento de regularización catastral 2013-2016 : el reconocimiento legal de la deficiente inspección catastral y tributaria del IBI

En el presente artículo se analiza el procedimiento de regularización catastral 2013-2016 y fundamentalmente su relación con el Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles. En particular, se examina si este novedoso procedimiento constituye la medida más idónea para adecuar a derecho la realidad inmobiliaria no declarada y conseguir el fin pretendido de lucha contra el fraude fiscal inmobiliario.This article analyzes the proceedings for the regularisation of property registry 2013-2016, principally in relation to the Real Estate Tax. In particular, the article examines if the new proceeding is the most adequate measure for alignment with law of the reality of unreported real estate and thereby obtain the intended aim of fighting against property tax fraud.Publicad

Analysing teamwork in higher education: an empirical study on the antecedents and consequences of team cohesiveness

Uno de los factores más importantes del trabajo en equipo es la cohesión entre sus miembros. Sin embargo, escasos trabajos analizan sus antecedentes y consecuencias. El presente estudio utiliza el modelo Input-Process-Output para analizar el impacto de factores individuales y de la tarea sobre la cohesión del equipo, así como la influencia de la cohesión del equipo sobre la eficacia del mismo. En base a una encuesta a 160 alumnos que realizaron trabajos en grupo, los resultados muestran que el grado de cooperación y el comportamiento colaborativo tienen una influencia positiva en la cohesión del equipo, mientras que la carga de trabajo y la complejidad de la tarea tienen una influencia negativa en la misma. Además, la cohesión del equipo influye positivamente en el aprendizaje percibido, la satisfacción con el trabajo en equipo y la calidad esperada. Finalmente, tanto el aprendizaje percibido como la calidad esperada predicen la satisfacción con el trabajo en equipo.One of the most important components of effective teamwork is cohesiveness. However, few empirical studies on the antecedents and consequences of group cohesiveness exist. In response to this gap, the current study draws on the Input-Process-Output model of team effectiveness to investigate the impact of individual and task factors on team cohesiveness, as well as the influence of team cohesiveness on students’ perceived learning, satisfaction with teamwork, and expected quality in the outcome. Based on a survey of 160 undergraduate students who worked in groups, the findings show that cooperativeness and collaborative behaviour have a positive influence on team cohesiveness, while workload and task complexity have a negative influence on it. Additionally, team cohesiveness is positively related to perceived learning, satisfaction with teamwork, and expected quality. Finally, both perceived learning and expected quality predict satisfaction with teamwork

Ideological socialisation in the childhood: Cheburashka

Cheburashka is one of the most famous animation characters in the Soviet period. This paper carries out a discursive analysis of four animation films in which the curious creature, Cheburashka, is the protagonist. This paper explores the pedagogic and ideological socialisation functions that the Cheburashka animation films bring about, analysing the implicit and explicit values passed on to the audiences. The paper comprises a theoretical introduction and a methodological framework section in which the formal arguments of the analysis are elucidated. The next section examines the four animation movies that make up the saga: Gena the Crocodile (1969), Cheburashka (1971), Shapoklyak (1974) and Cheburashka goes to school (1983). This paper confirms the appearance of ideological principles that start showing in the way the characters handle conflict resolution. This paper finishes with a succinct conclusion and reflection

The Black Box of Mutual Fund Fees

This paper re-examines the determinants of mutual fund fees paid by mutual fund shareholders for management costs and other expenses. There are two novelties with respect to previous studies. First, each type of fee is explained separately. Second, the paper employs a new dataset consisting of Spanish mutual funds, making it the second paper to study mutual fund fees outside the US market. Furthermore, the Spanish market has three interesting characteristics: (i) both distribution and management are highly dominated by banks and savings banks, which points towards potential conflicts of interest; (ii) Spanish mutual fund law imposes caps on all types of fees; and (iii) Spain ranks first in terms of average mutual fund fees among similar countries. We find significant differences in mutual fund fees not explained by the fund’s investment objective. For instance, management companies owned by banks and savings banks charge higher management fees and redemption fees to nonguaranteed funds. Also, investors in older non-guaranteed funds and non-guaranteed funds with a lower average investment are more likely to end up paying higher management fees. Moreover, there is clear evidence that some mutual funds enjoy better conditions from custodial institutions than others. In contrast to evidence from the US market, larger funds are not associated with lower fees, but with higher custody fees for guaranteed funds and higher redemption fees for both types of funds.
