Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Upah Pada Auditor Sektor Publik (Pemerintah) (Studi Kasus Pada Kantor Inspektorat di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta)

Reformasi yang terjadi di Indonesia sejak tahun 1998 telah membawa perubahan dalam berbagai segi, salah satunya pola pikir masyarakat yang semakin kritis. Hal tersebut membuat pemerintah harus transparan dalam tugasnya melayani masyarakat. Laporan keuangan menjadi penting dalam pengambilan keputusan serta sebagai pertanggungjawaban terhadap masyarakat. Auditor Publik sangat berperan dalam pemeriksaan laporan keuangan yang disusun sehingga bisa menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah. Auditor Publik harus bersikap independen dan taat terhadap kode etik profesi agar kualitasnya bagus. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat upah auditor publik adalah karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan modal manusia. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat upah pada profesi auditor disektor publik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survey. Populasi penelitian adalah auditor laki-laki maupun auditor wanita yang bekerja di sektor publik di Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah convenience non random sampling . Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa jabatan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat upah dan Ha diterima. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh p value 0,000 diterima pada taraf signifikansi 5% (p<5%). Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat upah dan Ha diterima. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh p value 0,000 diterima pada taraf signifikansi 5% (p<5%). Status pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat upah dan Ha diterima. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh p value 0,000 diterima pada taraf signifikansi 5% (p<5%). The Anti-Candida and the Cytotoxic Activity of Aloe Vera Gel Extracts

Purpose: The research paper studies the in vitro anti-candida activity and cytotoxic effects of Aloe vera (Linn) leaves extract against melanoma and normal cell lines. Subjects and Methods: The traditional Soxhlet apparatus was used to prepare the crude plant extract using organic solvents. The agar well diffusion method was used to explore the in vitro anti-candida, and the MTT assay was used to assess the cytotoxic activity. Results: With IC50 values of 250 g/ml and more than 1000 g/ml, respectively, crude extract demonstrated anti-Candida activity against Candida ((kefyr, glabrata, and albicans) in varying potencies and cytotoxic effect in B16 cell line and vero cell line. Conclusions: This study unequivocally establishes that the crude extract of Aloe vera leaves with bioactive metabolites is capable of supplying high-quality biological material for anti-Candida and anti-cancer therapeutic programs

Restorative Justice Approach on The Under Age (Minors) Violator of The Traffic Case Accident (Laka) That Lead to Death in Polres Majalengka

The research is qualitative research in the form of descriptive analysis using sociological juridical approach. Types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collected through the study of literature and interviews, while the juridical analysis using qualitative analysis. The approach used for the treatment of children in conflict with the law based on values, principles and norms. Pure approach puts the welfare and well-being approach to legal intervention. The punishment model approach to restorative justice called today considered more feasible. For the sake of freedom and rights of the child (fundamental rights and freedom of children) as well as the various interests related to the welfare of children. A limiting factor in the application of Restorative Justice against children in violation of the Act Traffic is due to the factor of legislation often misinterpretation, the factor of law enforcement is the lack of knowledge and skills of investigators in solving criminal cases traffic, factors of infrastructure, a factor of society who do not know information about Restorative justice, Cultural factors personal character actors and victims and their families who do not support the case outside of court settlement or peace. Efforts of traffic guards to avoid conflicts / complaints by victims neutral officer, the offender is directed to the relationship and extend our condolences to the victims, conduct deliberations and request assistance from the Institute of Corrections.Keywords: Restorative Justice; Traffic Accident; Child Actors

KAJIAN SEMIOTIKA KUMPULAN PUISI PENDIDIKAN JASMANI DAN KESUNYIAN KARYA BENI SATRYO (DALAM PERSPEKTIF A. TEEUW)

Objective literary analysis is to give meaning and aesthetic values based on the reality of literary texts. Semiotics approach literature as a sign, or as semiotics symptoms. The literary work got significant if it had embraced, interpreted, and evaluated by the reader. The reader’s intention is the literary main characteristic, only with it’s work literature reaches aesthetic realization and becomes an aesthetic object. Demolition by codes can help the literature analysis to describes the experience of significance and aesthetic value. Poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo has complex structure and its own signature, with analysis of language code, literary code, and cultural code contained in the text can help impart meaning and aesthetic value. So that the convention and invention are known on the text. From here it can be defined the problem of this research: (1) form of a language coded in poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo; (2) form of a literary coded in poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo; and (3) form of a cultural coded in poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo. This type of research is qualitative research using the semiotics approach in A. Teeuw perspective. Data resource in this research is poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo. Data found, processed several steps: (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) conclusion. Based the process has several forms of language code, literary code, and cultural code was then reviewed with the theory of literary semiotics. Based on result and discussions, it’s obtained conclusion that in dismantling language code are discovered Beni Satryo’s selected potries still following the Indonesian Language convention, as for invetion in the form of tampering with spelling of words with intent to create comical effect on words that are most loads serious value. On desmantling of literary code be found that Beni Satryo’s selected poetries in general still following poetry convention, as for invention that exist in the form metaphor choice with things that are close, paltry, such things that give an element surprise in enjoying aesthetic value of those poetries. On desmantling of cultural code be found the attempt to say something of everyday life it is also culture, even though in the everyday life it is taken for granted
