Musical support in physical education sessions. Research about its effect in primary school students
velocidad entre los sujetos participantesThis research’s aim was to observe, assess and analyse how the use of music

The relationship between capacities and entrepreneurial intention in secondary school students
Education in entrepreneurship is a key factor in intentions to create
companies. Given that adolescence is an ideal stage to
acquire knowledge, secondary schools and universities are tasked
with the challenge of offering educational programs. This study
identifies potential entrepreneurs from among 897 secondary
school’s students and analyzes their entrepreneurial skills in
motivation, risk, dedication, empathetic and communication.
Results indicate that there is a high percentage of potential entrepreneurs
among secondary school and that entrepreneurship is
not limited to a specific field, but rather it is recognized as a
future employment option regardless of the studies students
want to pursue
Viability of some probiotic coatings in bread and its effect on the crust mechanical properties
9 pages, 4 figures, 3 tablesThe objective of this study was to obtain functional bread combining the microencapsulation of Lactobacillus acidophilus and starch based coatings. Different probiotic coatings (dispersed or multilayer) were applied onto the surface of partially baked breads. In all treatments, microencapsulated L.acidophilus survived after baking and storage time, although reduction was higher in the sandwich treatment (starch solution/sprayed microcapsules/starch solution). Despite coatings significantly affected the physicochemical properties of the crust, increasing water activity and reducing the failure force, the sensory evaluation revealed a good acceptability of the functional breads. Scanning electron microscopy revealed the presence of scattered microcapsules onto the bread crust, being highly covered in the sandwich coating. Therefore, L.acidophilus included in microcapsules can be incorporated to bread surface through edible coatings, leading functional bread with similar characteristics to common bread, but with additional healthy benefits.Authors acknowledge the financial support of Spanish Ministry of Economy and Sustainability (Project AGL2011-23802) and the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC).
This study aimed at assessing the effect of hydrogel on irrigation water use efficiency
and yield of Capsicum annuum crops. It was used the hybrid pepper variety El Salvador
as the experimental material, with row widths of 1.0 m and a 0.5 m separation between
plants. It was evaluated five pre-hydrated gel doses: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 g/plant.
Treatments were arranged in a randomized complete block design. The variables under
study were: water consumption, irrigation frequency and water use efficiency, plant
height, fruit characteristics, and yield. Results showed that hydrogel, at doses ranging
from 2 to 2.5 g/plant, reduced the depth of application from 388.6 mm to 197.6 and
196 mm, respectively. Water efficiency was correlated with hydrogel use producing up
to 10.1 kg.m-3, whereas the control treatment reached 5.1 kg.m-3. Production variables
did not show statistical significance. The conclusion is that hydrogel worked as a water
retainer releasing water into the Fluvisol soil and making water use more efficient in
pepper crops, without affecting plant development.
no presentaron influencia estadística.

Water absorption hydrogel agricultural use and wetting of three soil types
The objective was to evaluate the percentage of water absorption and wetting in
three soil types. It was used as experimental material to Acrylamide Polymer Potassium
(PAP) and three floors of sand, loam and clay type. The amount of water (mL) and time
(minutes) which absorbs 1g of PAP was measured. In addition, the wetting of PAP for each
soil type by placing 1 g dry soil was evaluated previously soil moisture was measured
before and after placing the PAP. The results indicate that the hydrogel absorbed per
gram PAP about 103 mL, this absorption is increasing function of time reached, after
this time turning point at 60 min the increase is not significant. It wetting had a variable
increase depending on the type of soil, being 14.7, 17.4 and 14.5% for sand, loam and
clay soils respectively. This wetting is obtained after about an hour. In saturated soil
gels remain unchanged. However in a dry soil, the gels gives the contained water to the
ground becoming part of the soil`s water.Fil: Rivera Fernández, Rubén Darío.
