PRZEGLĄD METOD STEROWANIA SYSTEMÓW ELEKTROWNI WIATROWYCH Z GENERATOREM SYNCHRONICZNYM O MAGNESACH TRWAŁYCH

The paper presents a review of control methods of the wind energy conversion systems with permanent magnet synchronous generator. The modern vector control methods for converter system of variable-speed wind energy conversion have been described. In order to improve the energy efficiency of wind turbine, the maximum power point tracking algorithm has been applied. To verify the effectiveness of the considered configuration and its control strategy, the selected simulation studies have been performed. The obtained study results showed the high effectiveness of the considered configuration and its control methods.W artykule przedstawiono przegląd metod sterowania elektrowni wiatrowej z generatorem synchronicznym o magnesach trwałych. Opisano nowoczesne metody sterowania wektorowego dla przekształtnikowych układów elektrowni wiatrowych. W celu zwiększenia skuteczności przetwarzania energii wiatrowej zastosowano algorytm śledzenia mocy maksymalnej. W celu sprawdzenia skuteczności rozpatrywanej topologii i metody sterowania, wybrane badania symulacyjne zostały przedstawione i omówione. Przeprowadzone badania potwierdziły prawidłowość i dużą dokładność sterowania rozpatrywanej topologii i ich metod sterowania

The voluntary activity of students and doctoral students in self-governments and university organizations on the basis of the regulations of the Law on Higher Education and Science Act

In this article the author describes his research regarding the legal situation of organisational forms by means of which students and doctoral students may carry out voluntary activities based on the organisational structure of a higher education institution, and in particular regarding the law-forming activities of organisations associating students or doctoral students. The research methods used by the Author were critical analysis and linguistic analysis of the provisions of the Law on Higher Education and Science Act, as well as statements of doctrine and court rulings. In addition, the author attempted to solve the issue of the possibility of intercollegiate student organizations.W niniejszym artykule Autor opisuje swoje badania naukowe dotyczące sytuacji prawnej form organizacyjnych za pomocą których studenci i doktoranci mogą prowadzić dobrowolną działalność w oparciu o strukturę organizacyjną uczelni wyższej, a w szczególności dotyczące prawotwórczej działalności organizacji skupiających studentów albo doktorantów. Przeciwdziałanie mobbingowi w Służbie Więziennej w Polsce

The paper deals with the problem of workplace mobbing in the Polish Prison Service. The introduction points out to the multifaceted character of mobbing behaviours. It also mentions their harmful effect on the victim’s personal, family and professional life. Further on, the issue is analysed from the perspective of the Polish labour law by reference to relevant provisions on these matters. Then, the basic issue of the paper is discussed, i.e. mobbing among prison personnel, pointing out that uniformed services are an emanation of the society and can be affected by the same phenomena, including negative ones. To this end, the procedures that are in force in the Prison Service with regard to reacting to mobbing behaviours are described; also, light is cast on appropriate preventing measures, including trainings for management staff, officers, and other personnel of correctional facilities. Finally, reference is made to the criticism formulated against the abovementioned procedures and relevant recommendations are presented, mentioning that counteracting mobbing should take place within the scope of internal regulations of the institution, the practice of management, and the accepted ethics and culture.W artykule podjęto problem mobbingu w Służbie Więziennej w Polsce. We wstępie wskazano na wieloaspektowy charakter zachowań mobbingowych. Zasygnalizowano ich szkodliwy wpływ na życie osobiste, rodzinne i zawodowe ofiary oraz przeanalizowano zagadnienie z perspektywy polskiego prawa pracy, odwołując się do stosownych zapisów. Następnie przystąpiono do omówienia mobbingu wśród personelu zakładów penitencjarnych, wskazując, że służby mundurowe stanowią emanację społeczeństwa i mogą w nich występować identyczne zjawiska, włącznie z negatywnymi. W związku z tym opisano obowiązujące w Służbie Więziennej procedury dotyczące reagowania na zachowania mobbingowe oraz naświetlono adekwatne działania profilaktyczne, m.in. szkolenia dla kadry kierowniczej, funkcjonariuszy i pozostałych członków personelu zakładów penitencjarnych. Na koniec przywołano zarzuty formułowane w stosunku do wyżej wspomnianych procedur oraz przedstawiono stosowne rekomendacje, podkreślając, że przeciwdziałanie mobbingowi powinno się odbywać w wymiarze prawa wewnętrznego danej instytucji, praktyki zarządzania, ale też w obszarze przyjętej etyki i kultury

Analysis of a wind energy converter system with pm sg generator

This article presents a variable-speed converter system for wind energy conversion. The considered system consists of a wind turbine with a permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG), a machine-side converter, a grid-side converter and control circuits. Mathematical models of the components of the wind energy system are described. The control algorithms of the converter systems based on the vector methods of control are also described. The considered wind energy system were studied by digital simulation. The simulation results are presented and discussed
