    Magnetoelastic coupling in triangular lattice antiferromagnet CuCrS2

    CuCrS2 is a triangular lattice Heisenberg antiferromagnet with a rhombohedral crystal structure. We report on neutron and synchrotron powder diffraction results which reveal a monoclinic lattice distortion at the magnetic transition and verify a magnetoelastic coupling.     The analysis of the status of bank lending in the real sector is carried out.  The scope of credits for financing of subjects of the real economy are estimated. In order to determine the impact of bank lending on the state of the real economy, the relationship between the volume of loans provided by banks to the country's economy, assets of the banking industry and the main macroeconomic indicator - GDP have been established.The application of economic-mathematical modeling in the study of the banking sector's activity enabled the collection and streamlining of statistical information on the main parameters of the development of the banking system; using the least squares method, to construct a six-factor linear regression model of the influence of the factors of the banking system on GDP on a matrix basis;  the correlation between the indicators of the NBU discount rate, the exchange rate, inflation, return on assets and capital of the banking system, the interest rate on loans are investigated.It is determined that the lending  of the real economy sector in Ukraine needs a substantial rethinking in the direction of orientation of banking institutions to lends of priority activities in the national economy.The practical application of the calculations enables to increase the level of the National Bank's management in order to ensure the efficient functioning of both individual banking institutions and the banking system as a whole since the further growth of Ukraine depends on the stable development of the banking system, the possibility of entering the international financial markets and active participation in the globalization processes. A reliable and developed banking sector plays an extremely important role in stabilizing the country's economy.Проведен анализ банковского кредитования реального сектора. Оценены масштабы объемов кредитов для финансирования субъектов реальной экономики. С целью определения влияния банковского кредитования на состояние реальной экономики установлена зависимость между объемом кредитов, предоставленных банками в экономику страны, активами банковской отрасли и основным макроэкономическим показателем - ВВП. Проведен факторный анализ влияния банковского кредитования на состояние реального сектора экономики в условиях экономической нестабильности. Определено, что система кредитования реального сектора экономики в Украине требует существенного переосмысления в направлении ориентации банковских учреждений на первоочередное кредитование приоритетных в национальной экономике видов деятельности.Проведено аналіз стану банківського кредитування реального сектору. Оцінено масштаби обсягів кредитів для фінансування суб’єктів реальної економіки. З метою визначення впливу банківського кредитування на стан реальної економіки встановлено залежність між обсягом кредитів, наданими банками в економіку країни, активами банківської галузі та основним макроекономічним показником – ВВП.  Проведено факторний аналіз впливу кредитоутворюючих чинників на стан розвитку реального сектора економіки в умовах економічної нестабільності. Визначено, що система кредитування реального сектору економіки в Україні потребує суттєвого переосмислення в напрямі орієнтації банківських установ на першочергове кредитування пріоритетних у національній економіці видів діяльності

    Radial HI Profiles at the Periphery of Galactic Disks: The Role of Ionizing Background Radiation

    Observations of neutral hydrogen in spiral galaxies reveal a sharp cutoff in the radial density profile at some distance from the center. Using 22 galaxies with known HI distributions as an example, we discuss the question of whether this effect can be associated exclusively with external ionizing radiation, as is commonly assumed. We show that before the surface density reaches σHI0.5M/pc2\sigma_{\textrm{HI}}\le 0.5 {\cal M}_\odot/{\textrm {pc}}^2(the same for galaxies of different types), it is hard to expect the gas to be fully ionized by background radiation. For two of 13 galaxies with a sharp drop in the HI profile, the "steepening" can actually be caused by ionization. At the same time, for the remaining galaxies, the observed cutoff in the radial HI profile is closer to the center than if it was a consequence of ionization by background radiation and, therefore, it should be caused by other factors.Comment: 15 pages, 6 figure

    Conductivity, weak ferromagnetism and charge instability in αMnS\alpha-MnS single crystal

    The temperature dependence of resistivity, magnetization and electron-spin resonance of the αMnS\alpha- MnS single crystal were measured in temperature range of 5K<T<550K5 K < T < 550 K. Magnetization hysteresis in applied magnetic field up to 0.7 T at T=5K,77K,300KT=5 K, 77 K, 300 K, irreversible temperature behavior of magnetization and resistivity were found . The obtained data were explained in terms of degenerate tight binding model using random phase approximation. The contribution of holes in t2gt_{2g} and ege_g bands of manganese ions to the conductivity, optical absorbtion spectra and charge instability in αMnS\alpha -MnS were studied. Charge susceptibility maxima resulted from the competition of the on-site Coulomb interaction between the holes in different orbitals and small hybridization of sub-bands were calculated at T=160K,250K,475KT=160 K, 250 K, 475 K.Comment: 6 pages, 12 figure

    Digital Transformation of Additional Professional Education: Features of the LK-14 Educational Platform

    This article substantiates the relevance of the transformation of the educational environment of additional professional education (APE) in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). This study aims to justify the transformation of the educational environment of APE in the context of digitalization and to consider the prospects for targeted professional development of teachers in the republic according to their needs. The authors chose this scientific topic due to the pressing needs of Russian continuing professional education (CPE) and current problems such as the lack of unified approaches and mechanisms for regulating the professional development of teachers in the digital educational environment and the lack of methods for monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of CPE distance learning programs. Creating an innovative and dynamic CPE system requires the intensive introduction of information technologies into education. These technologies ensure that the learning process is open and of high quality, as well as provide access to global educational resources. This helps learners create “their own individual educational environment” reflecting their needs and requirements. The research methods used to explore this problem were a pedagogical experiment, the analysis of the organization of CPE of teachers in the region, designing a regional model of targeted personalized training of educators and administration. The research results include the specifics of APE modernization in the region and the model of targeted personalized training of teachers of the republic. The qualitative novelty of this model stems from the fact that developing teachers’ competencies involves identifying gaps in their professional knowledge and building individual learning paths

    Ethnodemography of Bashkirs in Regions of Russia (1970—2010)

    The issues of ethno-demographic and ethno-linguistic development of the Bashkir population in the regions of the Russian Federation are considered. It is noted that the tendencies of demographic processes among the Bashkirs in the regions and in the republic of the same name are very different. The features of the ethnodemographic development of the Bashkirs in the regions of their historical settlement are shown, in which general trends coincide with the demographic processes in the country as a whole. It cannot be said about the Republic of Bashkortostan, which is characterized by sharp fluctuations in the size of the titular ethnic group. The dynamics of the ethnic and linguistic identity of the Bashkir population in the regions of historical settlement is revealed in a comparative aspect with the subjects to which the Bashkirs moved at a later time and in which their number is a small proportion. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that it was the first to analyze the ethno-demographic and ethno-linguistic aspects of the development of the Bashkirs in the Russian Federation, including in the regions of their historical settlement. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the issue of the demographic development of the Bashkir population at the present stage, especially in the republic of the same name, has acquired an ethnopolitical discourse. It has been proven that, despite the policy of reviving ethnicity and the native language, the Bashkirs, like other peoples, are gradually losing it in favor of being recognized as a native Russian

    Predicted facies, sedimentary structures and potential resources of Jurassic petroleum complex in S-E Western Siberia (based on well logging data)

    This paper is devoted to the current problem in petroleum geology and geophysics- prediction of facies sediments for further evaluation of productive layers. Applying the acoustic method and the characterizing sedimentary structure for each coastal-marine-delta type was determined. The summary of sedimentary structure characteristics and reservoir properties (porosity and permeability) of typical facies were described. Logging models SP, EL and GR (configuration, curve range) in interpreting geophysical data for each litho-facies were identified. According to geophysical characteristics these sediments can be classified as coastal-marine-delta. Prediction models for potential Jurassic oil-gas bearing complexes (horizon J[1]{1}) in one S-E Western Siberian deposit were conducted. Comparing forecasting to actual testing data of layer J[1]{1} showed that the prediction is about 85%

    How to Attract Women in STEM and Help Them Become Successful: The Review of Practices of Overcoming Gender Stereotypes

    Gender imbalance among students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is a worldwide problem leading to negative social and economic consequences. Despite the widespread “myth of gender equality” in Russia, this problem is also relevant for our country. The share of male students in most STEM fields in Russian universities significantly exceeds the share of female students, especially in engineering and technical fields. The article is aimed at analyzing the existing experience of combating gender stereotypes in STEM educational programs. It provides an overview of seven types of practices: 1) informing girls about gender stereotypes and their negative consequences; 2) practices aimed at developing “growth mindset”; 3) influence through “role models” and the formation of friendship networks based on interest in STEM; 4) class composition management; 5) organization of active learning; 6) emphasis on the public benefit of career in STEM; 7) creating a positive climate through working with stereotypes of male teachers and students. The article also discusses the applicability of these practices in the Russian educational context

    The influence on soil woody vegetation, which came from the agricultural use of arable land

    Проведено изучение морфологических и агрохимических свойств почв пашни, зарастающей древесной растительностью, на территории Свердловского лесничества Департамента лесного хозяйства Свердловской области (в окрестностях поселка Марамзино). Район исследования принадлежит Двуреченскому почвенному району Свердловской области, таежной зоны Средне-Уральского таежного лесного района. Исследовалась серая лесная обычная среднемощная глинистая почва. На территории объекта проходило комплексное обследование с изучением всех компонентов насаждения (подроста, ЖНП, подстилки, почв и т.д.) общепринятыми методиками, для того чтобы выявить, как зарастание древесной растительностью повлияло на почву, которая вышла из-под сельскохозяйственного пользования. Исследованы четыре почвенных разреза, заложенных вместе: с наибольшей густотой сформировавшегося молодняка, под пологом прилегающего к бывшей пашне леса, на начальной стадии зарастания древесной растительностью и на бывшей пашне, не успевшей зарасти древесной растительностью. Наибольшая густота сформировавшихся молодняков около стены леса – 10 940 шт./га, возрастом 11 лет, составом 8С2Б и полнотой 0,68; средними диаметром 3,2 см, высотой 3,7 м. Прилегающая стена леса имеет состав 5С5Б, возраст 70 лет, полноту 0,6, запас 180 м3/га, среднюю высоту 19 м, средний диаметр 21 см. На начальной стадии зарастания пашни формируются молодняки составом 10С+Б, полнотой 0,1, густотой 1079 шт./га, средним возрастом 8 лет, диаметром 3,1 см, высотой 3,4 м. Обнаружена связь интенсивности зарастания пашни с выраженностью протекания подзолистого процесса: чем более густая растительность сформировалась, тем интенсивнее выражен подзолистый процесс. Данные закономерности можно проследить по следующим показателям: увеличению мощности переходных горизонтов А1А2 и А2В, увеличению в них гидролитической кислотности, а также уменьшению степени насыщенности почв основаниями и увеличению обменной кислотности, облегчению гранулометрического состава.A study of the morphological and agrochemical properties of arable soil, growing woody vegetation on the territory of the Sverdlovsk forestry Department of the Sverdlovsk region (in the vicinity of the village of Maramsino). The research area belongs to the Dvurechensky soil district of the Sverdlovsk region, the taiga zone of the Middle Ural taiga forest district. On this site, the gray forest, normal, medium-sized, clay soil was studied. On the territory of the object, a comprehensive survey was conducted with the study of all components of the plantation (undergrowth, LGC, litter, soil, etc.) conventional techniques, in order to identify how the overgrowth of woody vegetation affected the soil, which came out of agricultural use. Investigated four soil cut, laid in place with the greatest density of established juveniles under the canopy adjacent to the former arable land of the forest, at the initial stage of overgrowing woody vegetation on former arable land did not manage overgrown woody vegetation. Four soil sections were studied laid in the place with the highest density of the formed young growth, under the canopy of the forest adjacent to the former arable land, at the initial stage of overgrowing with woody vegetation and on the former arable land that has not had time to overgrow with woody vegetation. The highest density of young growth around the forest wall is 10940 PCs/ha, aged 11 years, composition of 8P2B and completeness of 0,68. Average diameter of 3,2 cm with a height of 3,7 m. the Adjacent wall of the forest has a composition 5P5Б, age 70 years, a completeness of 0.6, the stock 180 m3/ha, the average altitude is 19 m, the average diameter of 21 cm. At the initial stage of overgrowing of arable land formed a young squad 10P+B, the fulness of 0,1. density 1079 PCs/ha, average age 8 years, diameter 3,1 cm, height 3,4 m. The relationship between the intensity of overgrowth of arable land with the severity of the podzolic process, the denser vegetation is formed, the more intense the podzolic process is. These regularities can be traced by the following indicators: an increase in the power of the transition horizons A1A2 and A2B, an increase in their hydrolytic acidity, as well as a decrease in the degree of saturation of the soil bases and an increase in exchange acidity, a simplifi cation of the granulometric composition
