    Spinor calculus on 5-dimensional spacetimes

    Penrose's spinor calculus of 4-dimensional Lorentzian geometry is extended to the case of 5-dimensional Lorentzian geometry. Such fruitful ideas in Penrose's spinor calculus as the spin covariant derivative, the curvature spinors or the definition of the spin coefficients on a spin frame can be carried over to the spinor calculus in 5-dimensional Lorentzian geometry. The algebraic and differential properties of the curvature spinors are studied in detail and as an application we extend the well-known 4-dimensional Newman-Penrose formalism to a 5-dimensional spacetime.Comment: Convention mismatch and minor typos fixed. Pyme Colombiana que fue creada en el año 2008 inspirada en la cultura Zenú con un portafolio que cuenta con: collares, pulseras, brazaletes, anillos y aretes. Se realizó un análisis interno y externo de la empresa empezando con una entrevista a la fundadora donde se identificaron 3 áreas de oportunidad para trabajar y proponer mejoras como: estructura y formalización del área de mercadeo, comunicación y consumidor y cliente. También se realizó un análisis financiero de la empresa donde se evidenció la disminución de las ventas en el último año. Además, se realizó una entrevista a 102 consumidoras de accesorios personales donde el 81% confirma que compra más de dos veces al año accesorios para combinar con el vestuario. De acuerdo con el análisis realizado para Diana Tous accesorios, es necesario formalizar un área de mercadeo que defina los objetivos corporativos. Para el área de mercadeo se implementará un plan de marketing digital dirigido al segmento objetivo. La integración de la página web y RRSS con un contenido que logre un mejor posicionamiento en la mente del consumidor nacional e internacional. La estrategia de marca consta de la división de las líneas creando una marca para cada DT joyería la marca Premium y la de la línea de bisutería sería Diana Tous accesorios.The objective of this work is to make a proposal of 2018 for Diana Tous accessories marketing plan. Colombian SME, which was created in 2008 inspired by culture Zenu with a portfolio that features necklaces, bracelets, bangles, rings and earrings. Held an internal and external analysis of the company starting with an interview with the founder where three opportunity areas were identified for work and propose improvements as structure and formalizaci6n of the area of marketing, comunication and consumer and customer. I was also conducted a financial analysis of the company where the decrease in sales was evident in the last year. In an addition held an interview with 102 consumers of personal accessories where 81% confirms that more than two times a year buy accessories to match the costume. According to the analysis performed for Diana tous accessories, it is necessary to formalize an area of marketing that defined corporate objectives. The integration of the wedsite and social networks with content that achieves a better positioning in the minds of national and international consumers.     Cognitive Fusion Mediates the Relationship between Dispositional Mindfulness and Negative Affects: A Study in a Sample of Spanish Children and Adolescent School Students

    Nowadays, mindfulness-based interventions (MBI) have experienced a remarkable development of studies among childhood and adolescent interventions. For this reason, dispositional mindfulness (DM) measures for children and adolescents have been developed to determine the e ectiveness of MBI at this age stage. However, little is known about how key elements of DM (for example, cognitive de/fusion or experiential avoidance that both confirm psychological inflexibility) are involved in the mechanisms of the children and adolescents’ mental health outcomes. This research examined the mediating e ect of cognitive fusion between DM and anxiety and other negative emotional states in a sample of 318 Spanish primary-school students (aged between 8 and 16 years, M = 11.24, SD = 2.19, 50.8% males). Participants completed the AFQ-Y (Avoidance and Fusion Questionnaire for youth), which is a measure of psychological inflexibility that encompasses cognitive defusion and experiential avoidance; CAMM (DM for children and adolescents), PANAS-N (positive and negative a ect measure for children, Spanish version of PANASC), and STAIC (an anxiety measure for children). The study accomplished ethical standards. As MBI relevant literature has suggested, cognitive defusion was a significant mediator betweenDMand symptoms of both negative emotions and anxiety in children and adolescents. However, experiential avoidance did not show any significant mediating relationship. Probably, an improvement of the assessment of experiential avoidance is needed. MBI programs for children and adolescents may include more activities for reducing e ects of the cognitive defusion on their emotional distress
