El objetivo de este análisis no es sólo acercarse a la naturaleza de las bases de datos (aproximación que consideramos obligada para entender, en el momento en que nos encontramos, cuál es la presencia de este tipo de Información digital y qué amenazas sufre por parte de otros soportes, como puede ser el cederrón, o nuevos medios de distribución, en el caso de la mencionada Red), sino desentrañar y cuestionar su utilización por parte del Periodismo, que se ha encargado de limitar el empleo de estas recopilaciones a una nueva parcela del mismo denominada como Periodismo de Precisión

PRESERVAR, DIFUNDIR, COMUNICAR: DEL REPOSITORIO A LAS REDES SOCIALES Y A LA CIUDADANÍA

En esta comunicación vamos a comentar una experiencia que une conservación y promoción de unos fondos muy concretos de la BUSC, depositados en la correspondiente colección de nuestro repositorio Minerva. Abordamos una estrategia de difusión a través de redes sociales, no solamente dirigida a la comunidad universitaria, sino a otras entidades académicas y a la ciudadanía, reafirmando la presencia de la institución en la ciudad de Santiago de Compostela. Una vez lanzada la campaña, observamos un incremento de  visitas al repositorio, una interacción variada en distintos medios y, por tanto, una puesta en valor de nuestros materiales y de la propia institución. In this work, we’ll talk about our experience joining preservation and promotion of some of our library stocks, now digitalized in Minerva, the University repository. We started a strategy in social networks and traditional media as well, oriented to all the people involved in the university but not only: we wanted to reach many other citizens, underlying the identity and presence of the University at the proper Santiago de Compostela. As soon as we started this promotion, we realized that the visits to the university repository were increasing, and also the interactions in social networks, highlighting and showing the value of our materials

Estrategias lúdicas pedagógicas para el aprendizaje de la Matemática

El presente trabajo se realizó para facilitar el proceso de aprendizaje del contenido “La parábola” con estudiantes de undécimo grado A del Instituto Nacional Rubén Darío de San Juan de Limay- Estelí, en el segundo semestre del año 2022. Este estudio se enmarca en el paradigma interpretativo con enfoque cualitativo de carácter descriptivo, la población la conformaron 66 estudiantes de undécimo grado y en la muestra fueron seleccionados a 23 estudiantes de undécimo “A”. Las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección fueron la entrevista y encuesta aplicadas a docente y estudiantes; que sirvieron de insumos para la elaboración y aplicación de estrategias lúdicas pedagógicas. Una vez analizados los resultados se encontró que estas estrategias contribuyeron a mejorar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, ya que el uso de juegos en la asignatura de matemáticas genera motivación e interés en los procesos de aprendizaje

Tratamiento Contable y Fiscal de los Arrendamientos

El presente ensayo tiene como finalidad identificar y analizar las principales diferencias que se generan al contabilizar los arrendamientos usando los criterios contenidos en el marco técnico normativo bajo NIIF, para este caso específico la NIIF 16 Arrendamientos y el tratamiento fiscal conforme a lo establecido en el Estatuto Tributario Nacional. Por tal motivo, se hace énfasis en el tratamiento contable y fiscal de las transacciones inherentes a los arrendamientos financieros; por ende, se plantea un paralelo y ejercicio en el cual se aplican los principios del reconocimiento, medición, presentación e información a revelar en sus estados financieros, y los diferentes efectos tributarios en la conciliación fiscal.The purpose of this essay is to identify and analyze the main differences that are generated when accounting for leases using the criteria contained in the regulatory technical framework under IFRS, for this specific case IFRS 16 Leases and the tax treatment in accordance with the provisions of the Statute National Tax. For this reason, emphasis is placed on the accounting and tax treatment of transactions inherent to financial leases; therefore, a parallel and exercise is proposed in which the principles of recognition, measurement, presentation and information to be disclosed in their financial statements are applied, and the different tax effects in the tax reconciliation

Nuevo registro de Rhachoepalpus Olivaceus Townsend, 1908 (diptera: tachinidae) para Puebla, México

This is the first record of Rhachoepalpus olivaceus Townsned, 1908 for the state of Puebla, Mexico. The record is based on several specimens found in northern Puebla, municipality of Capuluaque, specifically in Tetela de Ocampo. The specimens were determined with taxonomic keys and deposited in the Insect Collection of Colegio de Postgraduados, Montecillo, Mexico (CEAM).Este es el primer registro de Rhachoepalpus olivaceus Townsned, 1908 para el estado de Puebla, México. El registro está basado en varios especímenes encontrados al norte de Puebla, municipio de Capuluaque, específicamente en Tetela de Ocampo. Los especímenes fueron determinados con claves taxonómicas y depositados en la Colección de Insectos del Colegio de Postgraduados, Montecillo, Mexico (CEAM)

La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. Departamento de Sucre, Bolívar, Casanare, Arauca y Boyacá

El conflicto armado en Colombia refleja en las víctimas secuelas y heridas de violencia física y psicológica, desplazamiento, pérdida de tierras, desarraigo y en general la vulneración de los derechos en aquellas comunidades afectadas. A raíz de lo anterior, desde el nivel individual se aborda el caso de un líder indígena que gestiona a través de la radio programas culturales y de opinión pública en comunidades indígenas; pero por ejercer estas actividades es amenazado por las FARC, viéndose obligado a abandonar su territorio. Por otro lado desde el nivel colectivo se trabaja el caso de Peñas Coloradas, una comunidad que se ve en la necesidad de sustituir los cultivos agrícolas por el cultivo de coca debido al nulo compromiso de los entes territoriales con esta población, lo que generó que las FARC ejerciera control sobre esta zona, donde posteriormente se presenta una incursión militar del ejército, generando que sus habitantes sean desplazados y culpados de ser “sus aliados”. A partir de ello se crea un análisis con sentido reflexivo y analítico, donde los enfoques que se materializan en cada caso son fundamentados en aspectos relevantes y teóricos que emergen conceptos de violencia y desplazamiento forzado. Se plantean propuestas de abordaje psicosocial, que mediante una intervención reflexiva y estratégica permiten la potenciación de los recursos de afrontamiento, proyectando la labor del psicólogo bajo un papel de “promotor” que acompaña los procesos de reivindicación y de identidad individual y colectiva, fortaleciendo el tejido social y el reconocimiento de habilidades y capacidades que refuercen a estas comunidades. También se hace uso de la imagen y la narrativa como exponentes de conceptos críticos y reflexivos en la “FOTO VOZ”, donde se muestran realidades en contextos comunitarios que evidencian distintas dinámicas de violencia en los Municipios de Tame-Arauca, Paz Ariporo-Casanare, Duitama-Boyacá, Magangué-Bolívar y Sincelejo-Sucre. En la identificación de los elementos propios que generan estos actos de violencia, se observan consecuencias que afectan la salud mental y calidad de vida de las comunidades, estableciendo un reconocimiento de esos elementos propios y relevantes que posibilitan una mayor conexión y apropiación significativa de estos contextos.The armed conflict in Colombia reflects in the victims the consequences and wounds of physical and psychological violence, displacement, loss of land, uprooting and in general the violation of rights in those affected communities. As a result of the above, the case of an indigenous leader who manages cultural and public opinion programs in indigenous communities through the radio is addressed from the individual level, but for exercising these activities he is threatened by the FARC, exercise control over this area, where later there is a military incursion of the army, causing its inhabitants to be displaced and blamed for being "their allies". From this, an analysis with a reflective and analytical sense is created, where the approaches that materialize in each case are based on relevant and theoretical aspects that emerge concepts of violence and forced displacement proposals for a psychosocial approach are proposed, which through a reflective and strategic intervention allow the empowerment of coping resources, projecting the work of the psychologist under a role of "promoter" that accompanies the processes of claim and individual and collective identity, strengthening the social fabric and the recognition of skills and capacities that strengthen these communities Also makes use of the image and the narrative as exponents of critical and reflective concepts in the "FOTO VOZ", where realities are shown in community contexts that show different dynamics of violence in the Municipalities of Tame-Arauca, Paz Ariporo-Casanare, Duitama-Boyacá, Magangué-Bolívar and Sincelejo-Sucre. In the identification of the own elements that generate these acts of violence, consequences that affect the mental health and quality of life of the communities are observed, establishing a recognition of those own and relevant elements that enable a greater connection and significant appropriation of these contexts

Searching for glycosylated natural products in actinomycetes and identification of novel macrolactams and angucyclines

Many bioactive natural products are glycosylated compounds in which the sugar components usually participate in interaction and molecular recognition of the cellular target. Therefore, the presence of sugar moieties is important, in some cases essential, for bioactivity. Searching for novel glycosylated bioactive compounds is an important aim in the field of the research for natural products from actinomycetes. A great majority of these sugar moieties belong to the 6-deoxyhexoses and share two common biosynthetic steps catalyzed by a NDP-D-glucose synthase (GS) and a NDP-D-glucose 4,6-dehydratase (DH). Based on this fact, seventy one Streptomyces strains isolated from the integument of ants of the Tribe Attini were screened for the presence of biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) for glycosylated compounds. Total DNAs were analyzed by PCR amplification using oligo primers for GSs and DHs and also for a NDP-D-glucose-2,3-dehydratases. Amplicons were used in gene disruption experiments to generate non-producing mutants in the corresponding clusters. Eleven mutants were obtained and comparative dereplication analyses between the wild type strains and the corresponding mutants allowed in some cases the identification of the compound coded by the corresponding cluster (lobophorins, vicenistatin, chromomycins and benzanthrins) and that of two novel macrolactams (sipanmycin A and B). Several strains did not show UPLC differential peaks between the wild type strain and mutant profiles. However, after genome sequencing of these strains, the activation of the expression of two clusters was achieved by using nutritional and genetic approaches leading to the identification of compounds of the cervimycins family and two novel members of the warkmycins family. Our work defines a useful strategy for the identification new glycosylated compounds by a combination of genome mining, gene inactivation experiments and the activation of silent biosynthetic clusters in Streptomyces strains

Infrared-Emitting Multimodal Nanostructures for Controlled In Vivo Magnetic Hyperthermia

Deliberate and local increase of the temperature within solid tumors represents an effective therapeutic approach. Thermal therapies embrace this concept leveraging the capability of some species to convert the absorbed energy into heat. To that end, magnetic hyperthermia (MHT) uses magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) that can effectively dissipate the energy absorbed under alternating magnetic fields. However, MNPs fail to provide real-time thermal feedback with the risk of unwanted overheating and impeding on-the-fly adjustment of the therapeutic parameters. Localization of MNPs within a tissue in an accurate, rapid, and cost-effective way represents another challenge for increasing the efficacy of MHT. In this work, MNPs are combined with state-of-the-art infrared luminescent nanothermometers (LNTh; Ag2S nanoparticles) in a nanocapsule that simultaneously overcomes these limitations. The novel optomagnetic nanocapsule acts as multimodal contrast agents for different imaging techniques (magnetic resonance, photoacoustic and near-infrared fluorescence imaging, optical and X-ray computed tomography). Most crucially, these nanocapsules provide accurate (0.2 degrees C resolution) and real-time subcutaneous thermal feedback during in vivo MHT, also enabling the attainment of thermal maps of the area of interest.
