The Issue of Tangible Assets according to the Czech Legislation and according to the International Financial Reporting Standards

Diplomové práce je zaměřena na problematiku dlouhodobého hmotného majetku dle české legislativy a dle Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví. V teoretické části je uveden historický vývoj a právní předpoklady obou úprav. Teoretická sekce této práce dále obsahuje definice dlouhodobého majetku dle obou účetních soustav a na zívěr jsou popsány nejvýznamnější rozdíly. V praktické části jsou analyzovány vybrané položky dlouhodobého majetku a zkoumán vliv odlišného vykazování na výsledek hospodaření a bilanční sumu.Cílem práce je poukázat na nejvýznamnější rozdíly ve vykazování dlouhodobého majetku v rámci obou účetních soustav.The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of long-term tangible assets according to Czech legislation and according to International Financial Reporting Standards. In the theoretical part is presented the historical development and legal assumptions of both adjustments. The theoretical section of this thesis also contains the definition of long-term assets according to both accounting systems and the most important differences are described in the note. The practical part analyzes selected items of long-term assets and examines the effect of different reporting on the profit and loss amount. Import 22/07/2015Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení externího financování podniku pomocí různých forem leasingu, a jakým způsobem jsou tyto zdroje vhodné pro společnost jako takovou z hlediska rizikovosti a daní. V bakalářské práci bude nastíněna základní právní úprava leasingu, budou zde rozebrány daňové aspekty a podmínky daňové akceptace splátek. Práce je zakončena modelovým příkladem. Součástí modelového příkladu je i srovnání leasingových vztahů s následným vyhodnocením výhodnosti pro uživatele.Aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate external financing of bussiness enterprise through various form of leasing and whether those are fitting for the company from tax and risk management points of view. Thesis outlines basic legislation of leasing and explains its tax aspects and conditions for tax acceptance of repayments. Thesis concludes with model case. In the thesis the ventilation and the dehumidification of the swimming pool hall, the ventilation of the family house and the cooling of living room with the kitchen is included.

The problems and prospects for sectoral indices are the same, which is typical for the current stage of development of the Russian stock market. To solve all the problems with sectoral indices, it is necessary to solve the problem of new companies entering the stock market. The immediate prospects are also associated with an increase in the number of companies included in various sectoral indices. If such indices are strong, then they will be in demand from both investors and those who create new financial products - this justifies the relevance of studying the issue of studying stock indices.Проблемы и перспективы у отраслевых индексов одинаковые, что характерно для текущего этапа развития российского фондового рынка. Qualitätsmanagement Lehrveranstaltungen : Empfehlungen für Konzipierung, Etablierung, Durchführung und Verwendung von Evaluationen

Um institutionell akkreditiert zu werden, müssen Hochschulen in der Schweiz die Qualitätsstandards für die institutionelle Akkreditierung der Richtlinien des Hochschulrates für die Akkreditierung im Hochschulbereich (Akkreditierungsrichtlinien HFKG, 2015) erfüllen. Mit der institutionellen Akkreditierung sind insbesondere das Bezeichnungsrecht „Universität“, „Fachhochschule“ oder „Pädagogische Hochschule“ und die Gewährung von Bundesbeiträgen verbunden. Die Qualitätsstandards für die institutionelle Akkreditierung sind auf einem relativ hohen Abstraktionsniveau formuliert, um einen Rahmen für das Qualitätsmanagement verschiedener Hochschulen und Hochschuleinheiten sowie Hochschultätigkeiten mit ihren charakteristischen Merkmalen und Bedingungen bieten zu können. Zweck dieses Dokuments ist es, die Qualitätsstandards für die institutionelle Akkreditierung auf das Qualitätsmanagement von Lehrveranstaltungen auszuführen. Zudem werden die Qualitätsstandards um die Evaluationsstandards der Schweizerischen Evaluationsgesellschaft (SEVAL, 2016) ergänzt. Acidentes com Material Biológico Potencialmente Contaminado,Envolvendo a equipe de Saúde de um Município do Interior Paulista

O presente estudo, de caráter retrospectivo, realizado em um Serviço Especial de Saúde, objetivou caracterizar os acidentes com material biológico entre a equipe de saúde. Os resultados evidenciaram que, das 113 notificações, 58% acometeram os trabalhadores da enfermagem. As situações mais freqüentes de ocorrência se deram na administração de medicamentos (13%) e, tratando-se do agente causal, a agulha com luz se sobressaiu com 53%. Ressalta-se que somente 41% dos profissionais utilizavam luvas

High-Resolution Energy and Intensity Measurements with CVD Diamond at REX-ISOLDE

A novel beam instrumentation device for the HIE-REX (High In-tensity and Energy REX) upgrade has been developed and tested at the On-Line Isotope Mass Separator ISOLDE, located at the European Laboratory for Particle Physics (CERN). This device is based on CVD diamond detector technology and is used for measuring the beam intensity, particle counting and measuring the energy spectrum of the beam. An energy resolution of 0.6% was measured at a carbon ion energy of 22.8 MeV. This corresponds to an energy spread of ± 140 keV
