Dle původu se rozdělují do tří základních skupin: rostlinné organické (len, dřevní vlákna, celulóza, rákos, korek, konopí, sláma), živočišné organické nebo minerální anorganické (expandovaný perlit, hlína – jíl, pemza, pěnové sklo, minerální materiály, pěna). Stavby, v nichž jsou takovéto přírodní materiály a produkty aplikovány, se označují jako ekologické domy. Toto zároveň představuje současný trend ve stavební výrobě. Airport Terminal

Práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením nosné konstrukce letištního terminálu. Řešeny byly dvě varianty. Obě varianty mají stejné rozměry haly, mění se pouze statické působení. Půdorys je ve tvaru části mezikruží. Šířka haly je proměnná, ve středu je zhruba 90 m. Délka je 52,5 m, z čehož je 42,5 m délka haly a před ní se čiší 10 m dlouhý přístřešek. Sklon střechy je 3° směrem do přední části.My diploma thesis is focused on design and assessment of structural system of airport terminal. The design is processed in two options. Both of them has the same dimensions but structural system is changed. Floor plan is in the shape of part of annulus. Width of the hall is changing, in the middle of the hall is aproximatly 90 m. Length is 52,5 m, 10 m of this length is porch. Roof slope is 3° towards to the front of the hall.

Import 05/08/2014Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou systému odměňování ve vybrané výrobní firmě. V úvodní části je řešena obecná problematika a jsou zde rozebrány jednotlivé klíčové pojmy, jako jsou lidské zdroje, mzda a mzdový systém, ale také hodnocení práce nebo metody výzkumu. Všechny tyto prvky totiž významným způsobem ovlivňují nejen zaměstnance, ale i samotnou společnost. Další část je zaměřena na již praktickou aplikaci, tedy popisuje zvolený podnik. Zejména pak jeho organizační strukturu, historii, výrobní program a personální oblast. Následující část analyzuje současnou situaci v systému odměňování dané společnosti. Jsou zde rozebrány využívané formy mezd, jejich výše a struktura, a také je zde využito dotazníkového šetření. Na tuto analýzu navazuje závěrečná část s návrhy a doporučeními, která mají současný systém optimalizovat.This diploma thesis deals with the remuneration system in selected manufacturing company. In the first part is the general issues are discussed, each key concepts such as human resources, wage and payroll system, evaluation of work or research methods. All of these elements have an important affect not only on employees, but also on the company. The next part focuses on practical application that describes the selected company. In particular, its organizational structure, history, program production and manpower. The following section analyzes the current situation in the remuneration system of the company. Are discussed here used form of wages, the amount and structure, and is used a survey in here. Sports building in Soběšovice

V práci jsem řešil návrh a posouzení nosné konstrukce sportovní haly o půdorysných rozměrech 30x45 m a výškou 15,5 m. Hala je vytvořena jako příhradová konstrukce tvořená příčnými vazbami, které jsou osově vzdálené 9 m. Střecha je sedlového tvaru se sklonem 5,71°. Opláštění haly je vytvořeno sendvičovými izolačními panely.In my work I deal with design and assessment of the supporting structure sports hall with dimensions 30x45 m and a height of 15,5 m. Hall is designed as a truss structure formed by cross-links, which are axially located 9 m. Roof is like a saddle with a slope of 5.71 °. Cladding hall is made sandwich insulation panels.

Import 11/07/2012Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje problematiku motivace zaměstnanců, ale stejně tak i oblast zaměstnaneckých benefitů jak v obecném pojetí, tak v podmínkách vybraného podniku. První část je zaměřena na obecný popis a charakteristiku jednotlivých klíčových pojmů a prvků, které ovlivňují jednotlivé zaměstnance a podniky v jejich rozhodování. V praktické části se nachází seznámení s konkrétně vybraným podnikem a rozbor stávající situace, přičemž k věrohodnému zachycení aktuálních podmínek slouží dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedené uvnitř daného podniku. V přímé návaznosti na získané a interpretované výsledky následuje část s návrhy a doporučeními, která mají vylepšit, optimalizovat a zefektivnit stávající firemní systém motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Firma díky těmto opatřením může dosahovat lepších hospodářských výsledků a dokáže si udržet kvalitní zaměstnance.This bachelor thesis analyzes the issue of employee motivation, but as well as the area of employee benefits in general terms and in conditions of the selected company. The first part focuses on the general description and characteristics of the different key concepts and elements that affect individual employees and businesses in their decision making. The practical part is familiar with the selected company and analyzed the current situation, with a credible capture current conditions serves a questionnaire survey, which was carried out within a given company. In direct relation in the obtained and interpreted results, followed by a section with suggestions and recommendations to improve, optimize and more effective the existing system of corporate employee motivation and employee benefits. Computer modelling of burden distribution in the blast furnace equipped by a bell-less top charging system

This article describes the simulation method for layering the components of the charge in the blast furnace, including the particle size distribution and gas flow distribution of bell-less top charging systems in blast furnaces. The Burden Distribution application, which simulates the charge in blast furnaces operated by the company Trinecke zelezarny (ironworks) to optimize the production of pig iron, applied this simulation method. Based on the parabolic trajectory of the material falling from the tilting chute of the bell-less top charging system, the method is calculating the profile of individual charge layers. The material forms after impact according to known angles of repose, segregating into individual granulometric size fractions. The data incorporated into the simulation enables the estimation of charge and gas flow distribution along the radius of the blast furnace shaft. CDK9 activity is critical for maintaining MDM4 overexpression in tumor cells

The identification of the essential role of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) in the control of cell division has prompted the development of small-molecule CDK inhibitors as anticancer drugs. For many of these compounds, the precise mechanism of action in individual tumor types remains unclear as they simultaneously target different classes of CDKs – enzymes controlling the cell cycle progression as well as CDKs involved in the regulation of transcription. CDK inhibitors are also capable of activating p53 tumor suppressor in tumor cells retaining wild-type p53 gene by modulating MDM2 levels and activity. In the current study, we link, for the first time, CDK activity to the overexpression of the MDM4 (MDMX) oncogene in cancer cells. Small-molecule drugs targeting the CDK9 kinase, dinaciclib, flavopiridol, roscovitine, AT-7519, SNS-032, and DRB, diminished MDM4 levels and activated p53 in A375 melanoma and MCF7 breast carcinoma cells with only a limited effect on MDM2. These results suggest that MDM4, rather than MDM2, could be the primary transcriptional target of pharmacological CDK inhibitors in the p53 pathway. CDK9 inhibitor atuveciclib downregulated MDM4 and enhanced p53 activity induced by nutlin-3a, an inhibitor of p53-MDM2 interaction, and synergized with nutlin-3a in killing A375 melanoma cells. Furthermore, we found that human pluripotent stem cell lines express significant levels of MDM4, which are also maintained by CDK9 activity. In summary, we show that CDK9 activity is essential for the maintenance of high levels of MDM4 in human cells, and drugs targeting CDK9 might restore p53 tumor suppressor function in malignancies overexpressing MDM4.peer-reviewe

Cílem této práce je poukázat na nejčastější poruchy zděných staveb a rozpoznání příčin a okolností, které vedly k jejich vzniku. Součástí bakalářské práce je také experimentální část, kde se zabývám základními zkouškami zdících prvků v laboratorním prostředí. V tomto textu je uveden stručný přehled nejčastěji používaných přístrojů pro diagnostikování zděných staveb, jejich popis a způsob práce s nimi.The content of this bachelor's effort is solving issues of diagnostics by brick constructions. The main goal of this effort is to point on most frequent failures by brick constructions and recognizing of cause and conditions which leads to failure occurence. Balkans as a geopolitical and geoeconomic ground between the European Union and Russian federation

There were several changes from the global point of view during last decades. The European Union has enlarged itself by more than half of new members and it represents the biggest area of free trade in the world. Political integration of this unique international organization has also taken a place by accepting new treaties. Russia after the breakup of the Soviet Union overcame with the legacy of this empire and not only due to its geographical area is one of the world superpower now. The Balkans was from the historical view area of clashes between European powers and it is valid until now. The European Union has offered to Western Balkans countries full membership on behalf of Stabilisation and association agreement. On the other hand Russia expands its mainly economic interests with regional overlap and that's why the researched region swelled its geopolitical and geoeconomic significance. Thesis called "Balkans as geopolitical and geoconomic area between the European Union and Russian Federation" separated up to three connected parts. Theoretical and methodological part anchors thesis from theoretical perspective, presents operationalization of variables and defines the hypothesis.
