Using of fractal theory for the determination of density of energetic states in organic semiconductors

Bakalářská práce se věnuje základům fraktální fyziky a jejich využití při studiu elektrických a dielektrických vlastností organických polovodičů. Teoretická část práce obsahuje základní rovnice fraktální fyziky a jejich aplikace na elektrické veličiny (elektrický náboj, hustota elektrického náboje, intenzita elektrického pole, elektrický potenciál). Praktická část práce obsahuje výsledky měření volt-ampérových charakteristik vzorků organických polovodičů a určení jejich fyzikálních parametrů (poloha Fermiovy energie, koncentrace nosičů náboje v látce) stanovených pomocí fraktálních vztahů odvozených v teoretické části práce.Bachelor's thesis deals with the basics of fractal physics and its use in research of electrical and dielectric properties of organic semiconductors. Theoretical part contains the basic fractal physics equations and their applications to electrical parameters (Fermi level, density of electric charge). Practical work includes the results of measurements of Amper-Volt characteristics of samples of organic semiconductors, and determines their physical parameters (Fermi level, concentration of charge carriers in substance).

Study of Electric and Dielectric Properties of Alkali-Activated Aluminosilicate with Increased Electrical Conductivity

Tato dizertační práce je zaměřena na studium elektrických a dielektrických vlastností kompozitních materiálů na bázi alkalicky aktivovaných aluminosilikátů s příměsemi různých uhlíkových částic. Tyto materiály připravené z alkalicky aktivované vysokopecní strusky, křemenného písku, sodného vodního skla jako alkalického aktivátoru, vody, dispergátoru a malého množství elektricky vodivé uhlíkové příměsi (uhlíkových sazí, grafitového prášku, uhlíkových vláken nebo uhlíkových nanotrubiček) ke zlepšení elektrických vlastností se mohou používat například ke konstrukci sníh rozpouštějících, odmrazujících a sebe-monitorujících systémů. Ke stanovení elektrických a dielektrických vlastností vzorků těchto materiálů byly využity jejich volt-ampérové charakteristiky a impedanční spektra. Při analýze impedančních spekter byly využity ekvivalentní (náhradní) elektrické obvody. Výsledky byly korelovány s tepelnými vlastnostmi těchto struktur.This dissertation deals with the study of electric and dielectric properties of composite structures on the base of alkali-activated aluminosilicates with admixtures of various carbon particles. These materials fabricated from alkali-activated blast furnace slag, quarz sand, natrium water glass as alkali activator, water, dispersant and small amount of carbon admixture (carbon black, graphite powder, carbon fibers or carbon nanotubes) to increase electric conductivity may be used for example to construction of snow-melting, deicing and self-monitoring systems. Their current-voltage characteristics and impedance spectra were used for determination of electric and dielectric properties of these structures. The equivalent circuits were used for evaluation of impedance spectra. The results were correlated with thermal properties of these structures.

Electric and dielectric properties of organic materials for photovoltaic applications

Diplomová práce se věnuje využití organických materiálů ve fotovoltaických aplikacích a studiu jejich elektrických a dielektrických vlastností. Teoretická část práce pojednává o problematice využití organických polymerních materiálů ve fotovoltaice a jejich výhodách a nevýhodách. Dále jsou uvedeny výsledky různých výzkumů organických solárních článků jiných autorů. V praktické části práce jsou uvedeny experimentální výsledky (volt-ampérové charakteristiky a impedanční spektra) vzorků vybraných organických polovodičů a jejich vyhodnocení.Diploma thesis deals with the use of organic materials in photovoltaic applications and the study of their electric and dielectric properties. The theoretical part of thesis deals issue of the use of organic polymeric materials in photovoltaics and their advantages and disadvantages. Next are the results of various studies of organic solar cells by other authors. In the practical part of the work are shown experimental results (volt-ampere characteristics and impedance spectra) of samples of organic semiconductors and their evaluation.

Representations of the World War II in the West German literature by authors from three different generations

Using the comparative reading method of texts by Wolfgang Borchert, Uwe Timm and Julia Franck this bachelor thesis compares the differences in historical and cultural memory of the World War II within the West German society. Each author belongs to a different generation of authors which all have had a different opinion about the War. The thesis therefore explores the texts separately at first, noticing their most important elements related to the World War II. Consequently, the component findings are compared in the final part of the thesis and lead to conclusions about what the opinions of the respective generations have in common and where they differ

The Evolution of Media Portrayal of Slovaks and Slovakia in the Czech Press between 1993 and 2018

This diploma thesis explores the evolution of the way Slovaks and Slovakia are portrayed in the Czech press after the 1st of January 1993. For this purpose, it aims to answer the question: 25 years after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia, what has changed in the way the Czech print media perceive Slovaks and Slovakia? The way Slovaks and Slovakia are portrayed in the Czech press is always reconstructed using the methods of quantitative and qualitative content analysis, namely in selected three- month periods in the years 1993, 1998, 2004, and 2008. These periods are related to events which for Slovaks and Slovakia, following the dissolution of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic, are generally perceived as significant. It is essential to understand we are interested in Slovaks and Slovakia as seen by the Czech press. Based on the performed content analyses and their results respectively, the diploma thesis characterizes the ways Slovaks and Slovakia are portrayed in the Czech press in the given periods. These findings are then compared to capture the overall evolution of media portrayal of Slovaks and Slovakia in the Czech press in the course of time. The empirical evidence serves as a base for formulating conclusions and validating the research hypothesis

Za tímto účelem si za klade za cíl najít odpověď na otázku: Co se za 25 let od rozdělení Československa změnilo v tom, jak se česká tištěná média dívají na Slováky a Slovensko? Mediální obraz Slováků a Slovenska v českém tisku je rekonstruován vždy prostřednictvím kvantitativní i kvalitativní obsahové analýzy, a sice ve vybraných tříměsíčních úsecích v letech 1993, 1998, 2004 a 2018. Jde o úseky související s událostmi, které jsou pro Slováky a Slovensko po rozdělení České a Slovenské Federativní Republiky obecně vnímány jako významné. Mediálním obrazem je míněn pohled na Slováky a Slovensko tak, jak je vidí český tisk. Na základě provedených obsahových analýz, respektive jejich výsledků, diplomová práce charakterizuje dílčí mediální obrazy Slováků a Slovenska v českém tisku v jednotlivých obdobích. Tyto mediální obrazy poté vzájemně porovnává a přibližuje tak celkový vývoj mediálního obrazu Slováků a Slovenska v českém tisku napříč časem.
