Webinar Peningkatan Literasi Demokrasi dan Literasi Informasi pada Media Bagi Generasi Muda

The younger generation is still reluctant to utilise their social media in democracy wise. Like the younger generation, they are still reluctant to get involved in politics, especially in the 2024 elections. Because of these problems, the service team organized community service activities by increasing democratic literacy and information literacy. To increase the understanding and skills of the younger generation in democratic literacy and information literacy on social media. So that partners understand not only entertainment and business content but also democracy and information education. The webinar event for the younger generation of Probolinggo City was attended by 30 partners. The implementation of events with democratic literacy and information literacy webinars is well organized and falls into the category of the right technique, right target, right time, and right purpose. As well as showing results according to the success target of program achievements. The results of monitoring and evaluation of the results of the closed questionnaire show that all partners strongly agree on this webinar event and that sustainable events can be held. The results of the open questionnaire showed that partners experienced changes and increased understanding and actions of partners related to democratic literacy and information literacy. In particular, partners are able and skilled in active democracy and the wise dissemination of political information on social media

INOVASI QR CODE PADA PENCETAKAN DOKUMEN DATA PENDUDUK SEBAGAI WUJUD PENERAPAN ASAS PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN

The Indonesian government has made reforms to the system of governance. Included in the system of administration of government administration. This form of renewal is by optimizing the use of information and communication technology which is increasingly sophisticated and coupled with an internet base. This renewal is called innovation with elements of technological sophistication, bringing the Indonesian government as a form of bureaucratic digitization or E-government. One of these reforms or innovations is in the Population Administration sector. The Directorate General of Dukcapil has the innovation of implementing document printing by adding a QR Code. The goal is to make public services in the population administration sector easier, better, and consistent with the principle of protecting population data. This study will describe the QR Code innovation on population documents in accordance with the principles of governance in Probolinggo City. This research method applies descriptive-oriented qualitative. The data input method is by observing phenomena related to the object of research and obtaining data from literature studies. So that it can be seen that the QR Code is a form of innovation by the Probolinggo City government in public services in the population administration sector in accordance with the legislation containing the principles of governance. Key Words: Population Administration, Barcodes, Public service.  Petunjuk Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan pembaharuan pada sistem penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Termasuk dalam sistem penyelenggaraan administrasi pemerintahan. Bentuk pembaharuan tersebut dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakain mutakhir dan ditambah dengan basis internet. Pembaharuan tersebut disebut inovasi dengan unsur kecanggihan teknologi ini membawa pemerintahan Indonesia sebagai bentuk digitalisasi birokrasi atau E-government. Salah satu pembaharuan atau inovasi ini pada sektor Administrasi Kependudukan. Ditjen Dukcapil memiliki inovasi menerapkan pencetakan dokumen dengan menambahkan QR Code. Tujuannya menjadikan pelayanan publik sektor administrasi kependudukan lebih mudah, baik, dan tetap dengan prinsip melindungi data penduduk. Penelitian ini akan menjabarkan inovasi QR Code pada dokumen kependudukan sesuai dengan asas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Kota Probolinggo. Metode riset ini menerapkan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode input data dengan mengamati fenomena terkait objek penelitian dan mendapatkan data dari studi kepustakaan. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa QR Code bentuk inovasi pemerintah Kota Probolinggo dalam pelayanan publik sektor administrasi kependudukan yang sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berisikan asas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. PENGARUH PEMBERIAN RAMIPRIL TERHADAP GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGIS OTAK TIKUS WISTAR (Rattus norvegicus) YANG MENGALAMI EDEMA OTAK

Edema otak adalah akumulasi cairan yang berlebihan pada ruang intrakranial dan atau ekstraseluler dari otak. Edema otak dapat disebabkan oleh trauma kepala, tumor otak, hipoksia, gangguan metabolisme, atau hipertensi akut. Infark miokard akut adalah kerusakan otot jantung yang terjadi akibat kekurangan oksigen. Pada saat jantung mengalami infark miokard akut, akan terjadi gangguan aliran darah berupa stasis yang memungkinkan terjadinya emboli dan penurunan CO (Cardiac Output) yang akan menyebabkan penurunan pada CBF (Cerebral Blood Flow). Pada keadaan ini, akan terjadi keadaan iskemia dan hipoksia sehingga mekanisme hemostatik terganggu yang akan memicu terjadinya edema otak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian ramipril terhadap gambaran histopatologis otak tikus wistar yang mengalami edema otak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan the post test only control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan 32 ekor hewan coba yang dibagi dalam 4 kelompok (K-, K+, P1, dan P2). Kelompok perlakuan 1 diberikan profilaksis ramipril 3 mg/kgBB selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Kelompok perlakuan 2 diberikan profilaksis ramipril 4 mg/kgBB selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Pada Hari ke 8 dan 9, kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol positif diinduksi isoproterenol 85 mg/kgBB selama 2 hari berturut untuk menginduksi edema otak melalui mekanisme infark miokard akut. Analisis data menggunakan uji One Way Anova dan Post Hoc Bonferroni. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah rerata luas edema otak pada kelompok K-, K+, P1, dan P2 berturut-turut adalah 20,76%, 34,69%, 22,70%, dan 21,90%. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah adanya pengaruh pemberian ramipril yang bermakna terhadap gambaran histopatologis otak tikus wistar yang mengalami edema otak

Plantlet regeneration via somatic embryogenesis from mature seed of Citrus nobilis variety SoE from SoE NTT

The aim of this research is a study about direct somatic embryogenesis from mature seed and plantlet regeneration of Citrus nobilis variety SoE. Plant material for somatic embryogenesis is the mature seed of Tangerine SoE. 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) 3 mg/L supplemented to Murashige and Skoog (MS) modified medium was induced direct somatic embryos (SE) 4 weeks after treatments. MS modified medium with single BAP 3 mg/L has resulted the average of eight SE. Nevertheless, average number of SE which resulted from combination BAP 3 mg/L with some level of concentration 2.4-D (0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 mg/L) decreases with increasing the concentration of 2.4-D. Abscisic acid (ABA) is added at concentration 0.5-3.5 mg/L cannot increase the number of SE, globular early-stage, at 4 and 8 weeks. Gibberellic acid (GA3) added at concentration 2.5 mg/L can increase the growth in the number of normal plantlets this citrus at 8 weeks. Media of enlargement of Tangerine SoE plantlets used half-strength MS modified medium concentration. This medium can increase the average in height of plantlets at 4 weeks and the average in a number of leaves at 8 weeks. The regenerated plants were acclimatized underthe 60% sunlight block and to keep the humidity remains high the plants were lid with UV plastic. The results indicated that the plant regeneration via somatic embryogenesis from mature seed of C. nobilis an efficient and effective technique for producing more SE and plant production in large scale. The next sub-cultured in medium containing GA3 and then the half-strength concentration of medium can increase the number of normal and enlargement plantlets, respectively.Â

The Transition of Limited Face-to-Face Learning After Covid-19 Pandemic at Islamic Private Junior High Schools Pontianak

The article aimed to analyze the limited face-to-face learning strategy during the Covid-19 pandemic at Islamic Private Junior High Schools Pontianak. With the limited implementation of face-to-face learning, schools were required to design learning strategies that in accordance with the conditions of learning implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic. As has been applied at this school from the results of this study, both in the school environment, teaching and learning activities and the availability of various health protocol facilities as a strategy for implementing face-to-face learning during the pandemic. The research used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques incuded observation, interviews and documentation. The limitations of face-to-face learning at Islamic Private Junior High Schools Pontianak were the number of years of study at school, the lack of interaction and the implementation of assessments which had better transformation. Meanwhile, Islamic Private Junior High Schools Pontianak had merely once a week for learning implementation, so schools must maximize learning strategies. PENYULUHAN PENTINGNYA PEMERIKSAAN IVA PADA IBU-IBU DI DESA TIRTA KENCANA, KECAMATAN RIMBO BUJANG

Tingginya jumlah penderita kanker seviks di Indonesia dapat dicegah melalui deteksi dini, yakni pemeriksaan IVA (Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat). Kegiatan KKN ini dilakukan di Desa Tirta Kencana dengan metode pendidikan kesehatan dalam bentuk penyuluhan. Strategi pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini dengan memberikan meteri berupa ceramah dan diskusi menggunakan leflet kemudian diakhiri penyampaian materi penyuluhan, diberikan kesempatan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan, kemudian dilakukan diskusi mengenai pentingnya pemeriksaan IVA test secara rutin setiap tahunnya kepada ibu-ibu yang telah menikah dan yang telah berhungan seks agar terhindar dari kanker serviks yang dibantu dengan Bidan Desa Tirta Kencana. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan mengenai pemeriksaan IVA terjadi kenaikan pengetahuan dimana sebelum diberikan penyuluhan rata-rata pengetahuan ibu-ibu di Desa Tirta Kencana sebesar 50% dan setelah diberikan penyuluhan naik menjadi 83%. Pemberian penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan IVA merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu untuk menjaga kesehatan reproduksi dan meningkatkan kesadaran ibu dalam deteksi dini kanker serviks

Utilization of oil palm biomass as a renewable and sustainable energy source in Aceh province

Oil palm production can convert and produce biomass waste, which has high energy value. Oil palm biomass (OPB) that can be discarded includes empty fruit bunches, palm oil leaves, stems, palm kernel shells and mesocarp fibres. Palm oil mills can produce a variety of products, one of which is renewable and sustainable energy, especially for power plant generators. This research concentrated on biomass-based cogeneration plant modelling and simulation. The objective of this article was to develop unit processes and configurations, simulate and optimize the cogeneration process in Aspen Plus simulator using biomass such as EFB, PKS and OPF as fuel. Moreover, this simulation is carried out to find the constant value of the biomass flow rate and the airflow rate and to do some variations with different variables and scenarios. Simulation results have shown results that are appropriate for the biomass flow rate of 5 kg/s with an airflow rate of 58.5 kg/s. Recycle LP-Stream without utilizing stream exhaust which is simulated that the recycle value that can be charged is 20%. While recycle using the exhaust value that can be installed is 80%. The more recycles that are made with various variations show better results. Overall simulation results in this paper have reached a constant value
