THE SCRUM GUIDANCE FOR IT SERVICE SUPPORT DOMAIN AND SQA TO GENERATE SUCCESSFUL AND QUALITY SOFTWARE
The article is presenting how to implement the framework of scrum in IT service support domain and software quality assurance (SQA). Basicly, scrum framework is being used in other software development methods such as agile, but the reseach found that there is merely a few could support the software development. This framework could be implemented in small, medium and large projects. By promoting the usage of scrum framework could add more valu to organization and reach its goal. STUDI KELAYAKAN PENENTUAN LOKASI TEMPAT PENGOLAHAN SAMPAH TERPADU (TPST) BERBASIS SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT TAHUN 2020
ABSTRAK
Berakhirnya fungsi TPA Sarimukti sebagai satu-satunya TPA Regional yang digunakan oleh Kabupaten Bandung Barat memaksa Kabupaten Bandung Barat perlu menyediakan lahan untuk lokasi tempat pengolahan sampah skala lokal atau lebih dikenal dengan tempat pengolahan sampah terpadu (TPST). Dalam pembangunanannya diperlukan perencaan yang matang agar dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan semakin kecil. Dengan memanfaatkan kemampuan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dapat dilakukan analisis dalam penentuan lokasi tempat pengolahan sampah terpadu (TPST). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelayakan calon lokasi TPST di Kabupaten Bandung Barat berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini merujuk pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) No. 03-3241-1994 tentang Tata Cara Pemilihan Lokasi TPA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksploratif. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah dan dianalisis dengan bantuan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dengan analisis buffering, skoring, bobot dan overlay. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa Kabupaten Bandung Barat memiliki 5 lokasi yang layak sebagai TPST berdasarkan 8 kriteria kelayakan regional. Namun lokasi layak calon TPST yang memiliki nilai kesesuaian lahan tertinggi berdasarkan 7 kriteria kelayakan penyisihan berada di Desa Ciptaharja, Kecamatan Cipatat, Kabupaten Bandung Barat.

Humor Trend in The Age of Social Media “It’s Just A Kidding” in The Qur’anic Perspectives of Surah Al-Hujurat Verse 11
Humor is human nature to feel and share happiness. Nowadays, humor is one of the most popular forms of content, including pranks and roasting themed. This study attempts to review the humor trend in the study of Surah Al-Hujurat verse 11 and the ethics of humor as a form of communication. The research design uses a qualitative literature review study and a content analysis approach. The interpretation of Surah Al-Hujurat verse 11 was collected from several tafsir books, such as Tafsir Al-Maraghi, Tafsir Muyassar, Tafsir Al-Munir, Tafsir Fii Zhilalil Qur’an, Tafsir Al-Azhar, and Tafsir Al-Mishbah. The analysis results illustrate that humor practically is mubah, but some humor trends have made others the object of jokes with humiliating behaviour. Humor in Islam indeed considers the ethics of communication, including surah Al-Hujurat verse 11, which outlines the prohibition of humiliating others, including humor. Nevertheless, humor is permissible communication without turning others into objects of humiliating jokes. As a form of communication, humor requires ethics to avoid humiliating behaviour under the pretext of “it’s just kidding”, including qaulan sadida, qaulan maisura, qaulan layyina, and qaulan ma’rufa.Humor pada dasarnya merupakan fitrah manusia untuk merasa bahagia dan berbagi tawa. Dewasa ini, humor menjadi salah satu konten yang paling diminati, diantaranya yakni humor bertema prank dan roasting. Studi ini berupaya untuk menganalisis konsep humor dalam kajian surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11 dan etika berhumor sebagai salah satu bentuk komunikasi. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi kualitatif jenis kajian literatur dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Data tafsir Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11 dihimpun dari beberapa kitab tafsir, seperti Tafsir Al-Maraghi, Tafsir Muyassar, Tafsir Al-Munir, Tafsir Fii Zhilalil Qur’an, Tafsir Al-Azhar, dan Tafsir Al-Mishbah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa humor pada praktiknya adalah perkara yang diperbolehkan, namun beberapa tren humor menjadikan orang lain sebagai objek bercanda dengan perilaku merendahkan. Humor dalam Islam tentu memperhatikan etika berkomunikasi, salah satunya adalah surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11 yang merupakan bentuk larangan untuk merendahkan orang lain, termasuk berhumor. Meskipun demikian, humor tetap sebuah komunikasi yang mubah dilakukan tanpa harus menjadikan orang lain sebagai objek bercanda yang merendahkan. ANALISIS PERSEPSI PENGELOLA DAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM PELIBATAN MASYARAKAT DI WANA WISATA KAWAH PUTIH
Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 72 Tahun 2010 Tengtang Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Kehutanan Negara Pasal 7, butir 1 tercantum bahwa Perusahaan menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pengelolaan Hutan sebagai ekosistem sesuai dengan karakteristik wilayah untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang optimal dari segi ekologi, sosial, dan ekonomi, bagi Perusahaan dan masyarakat, sejalan dengan tujuan nasional dan daerah. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari apa yang telah dicantumkan dalam pasal tersebut, Perum Perhutani selaku pengelola telah melaksanakan beberapa program terkait dengan pelibatan masyarakat di Wana Wisata Kawah Putih. Namun masyarakat memiliki persepsi yang berbeda dengan pengelola, dimana mereka menganggap bahwa apa yang telah dilakukan oleh Perum Perhutani sampai dengan saat ini belum bisa mewakili keinginan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi pengelola mengenai pelibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan di Wana Wisata Kawah Putih, mengidentifikasi persepsi masyarakat lokal mengenai pelibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan di Wana Wisata Kawah Putih, mnganalisis perbedaan persepsi antara pengelola dan masyarakat mengenai program pelibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan di Wana Wisata Kawah Putih, dan mengidentifikasi program pelibatan masyarakat yang tepat untuk dilaksanakan di Wana Wisata Kawah Putih. Penelitian ini merujuk pada teori mengenai pariwisata berbasis masyarakat, yakni 10 prinsip Community Based Tourism yang dikeluarkan oleh The United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) dan World Tourism Organization (WTO) meliputi : mengakui, mendukung dan mengembangkan kepemilikan komunitas dalam industri pariwisata, mengikutsertakan anggota komunitas dalam memulai setiap aspek, mengembangkan kebanggaan komunitas, mengembangkan kualitas hidup komunitas, menjamin keberlanjutan lingkungan, mempertahankan keunikan karakter dan budaya di area lokal, membantu berkembangnya pembelajaran tentang pertukaran budaya pada komunitas, menghargai perbedaan budaya dan martabat manusia, mendistribusikan keuntungan secara adil kepada anggota komunitas, berperan dalam menentukan prosentase pendapatan (pendistribusian pendapatan) dalam proyek-proyek yang ada di komunitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, serta analisis data dengan menggunakan Uji-T tidak berpasangan (Independent Sample T-test). Setelah dilakukan analisis data, dalam penelitian ini ditemukan perbedaan persepsi antara pengelola dan masyarakat, dari ke 10 operasional variabel penelitian, diantaranya terdapat 7 variabel yang memiliki perbedaan persepsi antara kedua pihak. Dengan mengetahui dimana letak perbedaan persepsi tersebut yang merujuk kepada 10 prinsip Community Based Tourism, diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi bagi program pelibatan masyarakat yang tepat di Wana Wisata Kawah Putih. Dengan mempertimbangkan persepsi, kebutuhan, dan kesulitan antara pengelola dan masyarakat serta menurut peraturan yang mengikat Perum Perhutani sebagai Perusahaan Umum. Hal ini menjadi perhatian bagi semua pihak yang terkait terutama bagi Pengelola, pemerintah, serta masyarakat untuk bekerjasama dalam mengembangkan sektor pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Ciwidey, khususnya di Wana Wisata Kawah Putih.-----------Indonesian Government Regulation number 72 of 2010 Concerning Public Corporation ( Perum ) State Forestry. Article 7, point 1 stated that the company is conducting forest management as an ecosystem in accordance with the characteristics of the area to get the optimum benefits in terms of ecological, social, and economic, for the Company and the community, in line with national and regional objectives. To achieve the goal of what has been stated in the article, Perum Perhutani as the management has implemented several programs related to Community-based tourism in Wana Wisata Kawah Putih . But people have different perceptions, where they consider that what has been done by Perum Perhutani until now could not represent the wishes and needs of the community. So, this study aims to identify the perceptions of managers regarding community based tourism in Wana Wisata Kawah Putih, identify the perceptions of local community regarding community based tourism in Wana Wisata Wana Kawah Putih, identify differences in perception between the manager and the local community regarding community based tourism in Wana Wisata Wana Kawah Putih, and identify appropriate community vased tourism program to be implemented in Wana Wisata Kawah Putih. This study refers to the theory of the Community-based tourism, the 10 principles of Community-based Tourism issued by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World Tourism Organization (WTO) include: recognizing, supporting and developing community ownership in the tourism industry, involving community members in starting every aspect, developing the pride of the community, improve the quality of community life, ensure environmental sustainability, maintaining the unique character and culture in the local area, assist in the development of learning about cultural exchange in the community, respect for cultural differences and human dignity, distribute profits equitably to members of the community , play a role in determining the percentage of income (income distribution) in projects in the community. The method used in this research is quantitative method, as well as data analysis using Independent Sample T - test. After analyzing the data , found differences in perception between the manager and the local community , from 10 operational research variables, which there are 7 variables that have a difference of perception between the two sides . By knowing the differences in the perception of which refers to the 10 principles of Community Based Tourism, is expected to be a solution for appropriate community engagement program in Wana Kawah Putih . Mobile flight and hotel booking application: A heuristic and UX test
The purpose of this study is to present the usability evaluation of the mobile flight and hotel booking application. Currently, mobile applications have offered the easiness to users in order to book flight and hotel. Unfortunately, there is a lack of study on usability that focuses on mobile booking application, while many people start to do all the transactions on their mobile phone.This study will conduct two combined usability evaluation methods which are heuristic and UX test.Ticket.com will be evaluated as it is a critical application that can represent the study of this usability testing.Those selected usability evaluation methods are to evaluate mobile application based on usability experts and end users to get feedbacks and propose solutions and recommendations to improve the application. Observation and questionnaire will be used to measure the metric of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction.The heuristic is conducted by three usability experts. Whereas, the UX test participants are ten persons that will be randomly selected either from novice users or the one who experience purchasing flight ticket and hotel reservation on mobile.The result of the study revealed that the application is not easy-to-use and inconsistent as it has been proven by usability score of this application is 66% or below average. It is expected that this study can be adopted by developers and usability practitioners to deliver a user-friendly mobile application that leads to high customer satisfaction

The purpose of this design is to provide a place that facilitates wellness-based activities in one place by paying attention to the interaction between space and nature. By utilizing the connection between humans and nature, the wellness center is planned to use the concept of biophilic architecture because it is synonymous with good natural use patterns and the use of design methods by utilizing 5 natural elements as the design method.Perancangan pusat kebugaran ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan setiap individu terhadap bugarnya kondisi pikiran, tubuh, dan jiwa. Melalui kebutuhan tersebut, masyarakat mulai menyadari untuk kembali dan memulai suatu gaya hidup yang holistik. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah menyediakan suatu tempat yang memfasilitasi kegiatan berbasis kebugaran dalam satu tempat dengan memperhatikan interaksi antara ruang dengan alam. Melalui pemanfaatan koneksi antara manusia dengan alam, direncanakan pusat kebugaran menggunakan konsep arsitektur biofilik karena identik dengan pola pemanfaatan alam yang baik serta penggunaan metode perancangan dengan memanfaatkan 5 elemen alam sebagai metode perancangannya
KEPUASAN KERJA DAN LOYALITAS KERJA PADA GURU HONORER SMA SWASTA BUKITTINGGI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas kerja pada guru honorer SMA Swasta Bukittinggi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif korelasional dengan populasi Guru honorer SMA Swasta Bukittinggi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja yang berjumlah 36 butir pertanyaan dan skala loyalitas kerja yang berjumlah 31 butir yang disusun berdasarkan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunaka adalah uji korelasi. Hasil dari uji korelasi p = 0,674 (p<0,01) yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas kerja pada guru honorer SMA Swasta Bukittinggi
Race to the Bottom: Sweatshop Industry Existence in Bangladesh and Its Impact on Social Cultural
In Bangladesh, 80 % of the country’s total export revenue comes from the garment industries. There are 3.5 million workers in 4825 garment factories. This garment production chain held in Bangladesh then export to the global market, mostly Europe and North America. This industrial sector generates the wealth of Bangladhesis and helps improve their lives whom 85% of them are women. Besides, most of the garment workers in Bangladesh earn a small amount of money. Bangladesh garment workers also got no decent working condition. They used to work for 14-16 hours per day seven in a week. As well as, worker’s working condition is relatively unsafe, cramped, and hazardous. That condition potentially leads to work injuries and factory fires. Also, many of the woman workers reportedly got engaged in sexual harassment and discrimination. This such phenomena done by major fashion industry have been called as sweatshop industry. This paper is focused on what have done by the fashion industries, more specifically in relation to labor rights. This paper used a qualitative descriptive study method of analysis, which is the way to describe an illustrate the phenomenon based on the observation data based on research done before. The purpose of this research is to educate and show people that the fashion industry, especially the sweatshop fashion industry cost so many effects one of them in labor issues. The result of this research is the customers are having a huge control of fashion industry sustainability, if customers are wise enough to avoid sweatshop fashion brand, the brand itself will collapse
The Implementation of Learning of Islamic Characters in Ma’had Al-Jami’ah IAIN Samarinda, Indonesia
Indonesia is currently facing degradation of character marked by deviations of norms that are social and religious. Ma'had Al-Jami'ah is responsible for improving the character and create who are intellectually religious. This study aims to find out the implementation of learning of Islamic characters in Ma'had Al-Jami'ah IAIN Samarinda. This research used descriptive qualitative and collected data by interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Text learning in religious activities still uses classical models in large numbers, so text learning has not achieved maximum results. Moreover, Islamic learning activities are still limited to translating and have not yet achieved scientific activities following university students' capacity. The learning implementation of Islamic character has been successful in three Islamic scopes, both in ḥabl minallāh, min al-nās, and min al-'ālam. Although ḥabl minallāh has not reached the level of maḥabbah, the learning process has trained students to worship and become obedient servants. Concerning the various learning activities and processes available, ḥabl min al-nās have become the most dominant scope, especially in attitude (adab) and empathy. Meanwhile, ḥabl min al-'ālam is only limited to cleaning activities and has not reached the stage of iḥsan comprehension
