The role of FELDA and KESEDAR in the development of land in the district of Gua Musang: A comparison the socio-economic level of the settlers

The South Kelantan Development Authority (KESEDAR) and the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) are the two main agencies that develop land schemes in the district of Gua Musang, Kelantan. The nine land schemes developed by FELDA are Kemahang 3, Chiku 1, Chiku 2, Chiku 3, Chiku 5, Chiku 6, Chiku 7, Perasu, and Aring 1.KESEDAR also developed eleven land schemes namely Paloh 1, Paloh 2, Paloh 3, Chalil, Lebir, Meranto, Sungai Terah, Renok Baru, Jeram Tekoh, Limau Kasturi, and Sungai Asap. A large part of the schemes under the FELDA was planted with oil palm (84.7%) while the rest was planted with rubber trees.On the other hand, most of the land schemes under KESEDAR were planted with rubber (67%), while the remainder were planted with oil palm.The question that arises is to what extent is the role of both the agencies in advancing the standard of living of the settlers? What are the problems faced by the settlers and their implications regarding their socio-economic level? This paper will discuss the role played by KESEDAR and FELDA in advancing the standard of living of the settlers as well as identifying the problems faced by the settlers under the two agencies.The study found that many settlers earned between RM600 - RM1200 per month despite the efforts undertaken by FELDA and KESEDAR to improve the living standards of the settlers.The main problems faced by the settlers are: palm oil prices are volatile; oil palm trees are old, the old age of the settlers, and the settlers’ chidren migrating to the city

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an imaging technique that has played an important role in neuroscience research for studying brain images. Classification is an important part in retrieval system in order to distinguish between normal patients and those who have the possibility of having abnormalities or tumor. DAMPAK IMPLEMENTASI PSAK 73 PADA PERUSAHAAN TERBUKA DI INDONESIA

AbstrakArtikel ini menganalisis dampak penerapan PSAK 73 pada perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia. Untuk menganalisis fenomena tersebut maka ruang lingkup  penelitian ini  adalah perusahaan terbuka yang masuk papan utama Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif serta menggunakan teori institusional dalam menganalisis fenomena yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari 115 perusahaan terbuka yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan PSAK 73 pada perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia cukup berpengaruh dengan dampak yang bervariasi. Dampak ini terutama disebabkan standar baru mengharuskan penyesuaian secara retrospective terhadap akun aset hak guna dan liabilitas sewa. Penyesuaian laporan keuangan ini menyebabkan penambahan aset dan liabilitas yang bisa mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan berupa menurunnya beberapa rasio keuangan perusahaan. Apabila diklasifikasikan berdasarkan industri, penerapan PSAK 73 berdampak paling besar pada perusahaan jasa. Selanjutnya dengan dampak yang moderat adalah sektor industri dan pertambangan. Terakhir yang terdampak paling kecil adalah sektor pertanian dan real estate.Kata Kunci: Leasing, PSAK 73. AbstractThis article analyzes the impact of implementing PSAK 73 on open companies in Indonesia. To analyze the phenomenon, the scope of this research is an open company that is included in the main board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive qualitative approaches as well as using institutional theory in analyzing the phenomena studied. Data collection is done through library studies using secondary data from 115 open companies selected using simple random sampling methods. This research shows that the application of PSAK 73 in open companies in Indonesia is quite influential with varying impacts. This impact is primarily due to the new standard requiring retrospective adjustments to the accounts of right-to-use assets and lease liabilities. This adjustment of financial statements leads to the addition of assets and liabilities that can affect the company's financial performance in the form of a decrease in some of the company's financial ratios. When classified by industry, the application of PSAK 73 has the most impact on service companies. Furthermore, with a moderate impact are the industrial and mining sectors. ABSTRACT: This study aims to identify and describe the role of the Student Da'wah Institute of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University in contributing to improving the non-academic achievements of FISIP Mulawarman University students and to identify and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Student Da'wah Institute (LDK) FISIP Mulawarman University in improving achievement. Non-Academic. The data collection technique is purposive sampling and the data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate the role of LDK FISIP Mulawarman University in improving students' non-academic achievements, has three roles, namely the role of LDK FISIP as Education (Dakwah Education), the role of LDK FISIP as a facilitator, and the role of LDK FISIP as a motivator.   ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui dan mendekskripsikan peran Lembaga Dakwah Kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Mulawarman dalam berkontribusi meningkatkan prestasi Non Akademik mahasiswa FISIP Universitas Mulawarman dan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat Lembaga Dakwah Kemahasiswaan (LDK) FISIP Universitas Mulawarman dalam meningkatkan prestasi Non Akademik. Pengembangan Model Pelatihan Berbasis Aplikasi Quiz Creator untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Guru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis model pelatihan berbasis aplikasi wondershare quiz creator efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas guru di Madrasah Aliyah Patra Mandiri Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Modifikasi model yang digunakan adalah design ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), Martin Tessmer dan Model Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah guru mengikuti pelatihan berbasis aplikasi wondershare quiz creator. Dengan demikian, model pelatihan berbasis aplikasi wondershare quiz creator efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru Madrasah Aliyah Patra Mandiri Palembang untuk membuat soal interaktif

Hubungan Antara Nilai School Climate Dengan Motivasi Belajar Pada Siswa Yang Mengikuti Extrakurikuler Dayung Di SMAN 2 Padalarang

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meguji hubungan antara nilai school climate dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler dayung di SMA Negeri 2 Padalarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang bersumber dari kuisioner yang disebar secara daring melalui google form. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 31 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan uji korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai sig sebesar 0,002. Karena nilai Sig 0,002 < lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka artinya ada hubungan antara variabel school climate dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler dayung di SMA Negeri 2 Padalarang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin positif school climate maka semakin tinggi motivasi belajar. This study examines the relationship between the value of school climate with learning motivation in students who take extracurricular rowing at Padalarang 2 High School. This study uses data sourced from questionnaires that are distributed online through Google form. The sample used was 31 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and using the Spearman rank correlation test. The result showed that there was a significance value of 0.002. because the Sig value of 0.002 <is smaller than 0.05, it means that there is a relationship between the school climate variable and the learning motivation of students who take the extracurricular rowing at SMA Negeri 2 Padalarang.
